침대가 4개 뿐인 상황에서 이불을 넉넉하게 준비되어있지 않아 두사람이 한 이불을 덮고 자야 하는 상황이 불편했다.

We stayed there for 4 nights with 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Akihabara and Asakusabashi station. The apartment was very easy to locate. The inside of the apartment is very clean. Sheets and towels felt fresh and laundered. There is a designated area for shoes and the slippers were provided. The bedrooms are big. There is enough space to open up the luggage between the two beds in each room. The living room is also very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (pots, knives, silverware, bowls, plates). Both the shower and toilet are clean and spacious. All the remote controls are well-labeled. Overall very pleasant apartment.
The elevator leading to the apartment is pretty small. Maybe only enough room for 4 people. It can be a bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the train, but the owner provides earplugs.

The location of this apartment is extremely underrated. I love Akihabara, the streets in this area are quiet with a lively night life. Great restaurants and bars following the train line. The apartment is spacious, which is a luxury in Tokyo.
This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it.
More than one key per apartment would be tremendous to allow larger groups to manage them more freely.

they gave as a hard time to get the key. and no body mesg or meet us for cleaning, no one came to change the towels. no instruction. no mesg. worst hotel ever!!!
and indicate capacity of 8. but the bed are only 4 single bed. pillows are not enough.

Spacious apartment, big kitchen
The apartment is pretty noisy during the night (it is close to a road with a lot of trucks that you can hear through the windows)
There was an AC problem in one of the rooms which made some nights uncomfortable.

don’t like the shower head is too low. need to lower down and bath. need to keep hold the shower head and stand to bath.

The property, in my honest opinion, felt very outdated and was not as clean as I would have expected it to be.
Upon arrival, the restroom floor had hair all over from the assumed previous guest. Shower room could have used a bit more cleaning as there was build up of dirt/grime along the door. Trash was left behind the couch and only found because the AC remote had fallen behind. The dishes is what bothered me most as it was not clean. The mugs looked as if it was just rinsed and not thoroughly cleaned and I needed something to cut through plastics and used the kitchen shears that was very filthy with left over food.

Good location and great facilities.
There was a very horrible smell in one of the bedrooms close to where I slept. I think perhaps something was dropped and was rotting and wasn't cleaned up. The smell was so strong I struggled to sleep.

great location, facilities were great and clean and had everything we needed. Management was fabulous
Emphasis on the great location, small walk to the stations and awesome restaurants in the surrounding area.
Management was great, we couldn't figure out the hot water on the first night and they were able to respond to us even after 10pm.
The WiFi was slow which made slow days rough...
The walls are prone to noise leaking so you need to be mindful of how loud you are.

it was big enough for 5 people, American size 5 people. they had 2 full size beds with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. the kitchen was huge.
Lacked a lot of basic items like paper towels and tissues. The property was definitely old with some grime left not cleaned in the bathroom and it was loud too, you can hear the cars passing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment is a bit run down. Toilet has seen better days. In the living room. Instead of a place you can sit, you have a bed.
