It is a very clean place to stay and town is also pretty cool. There are lots of places to go for outdoors and cycling in summer time. It is located right at the Swiss border and costs a lot less than Swiss hotels.

It is floor heating system which keeps hotel too warm through out the night. It is controlled by the hotel management and guests have no sight of it. So it does get too hot in night.

Great restaurants in the vicinity. Uwe's steak house is recommended.

The best hotel I have stayed in Germany for many years.. excellent staff and hotel was spotlessly clean..breakfast was amazing..an absolute gem of a place to stay..

very clean room and bathroom. no airco but silent ventilator/fan did a good job. nice breakfast with fine coffee and nice people serving us. nice restaurants in the direct neighborhood.

price/quality is on the high side.

Breakfast was plentiful in good quality, not fancy (e.g. no hot dishes) but very decent, interieur was appealingly modern, receptionist was very friendly, as was the staff at the breakfast

we were surprised when we didn't find a water boiler or some Koffe or one bottle of water in the room !!! Its a standard thing for 3 Star Hotel !!

Nearly perfect in every way. Friendly welcome. Secure bike storage. Spacious room, perfectly appointed. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast.

Nothing I did not like. I very rarely give a 10 rating, but this hotel is very good.

Staff seemed nice.

I didn’t get the room I had booked. Manager said there was a problem with Booking.com and he was over booked. He gave me an option of staying in a room in a Gastaus across the street for a slightly reduced price. The place smelled of smoke but I didn’t have a choice as I was on a bike tour and it was already late in the day. Given this experience I would not book with them again.

clean and very elegant

Very clean and modern/new rooms. Besides the Church that rings the clock in the morning a quiet location.

Limited facilities in the room, no tea or coffee. Also the breakfast is very limited compared to other German standards in hotels.
