Dinmore Cottage est un chalet confortable de 200 ans pour 2 personnes, bien aménagé et complet avec tout le confort dont vous avez besoin, y compris un poêle à bois, une télévision à écran plat avec freesat et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
Le chalet est joliment meublé avec des sièges confortables dans le salon / salle à manger et une cuisine moderne avec four Neff haut de gamme, plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur et micro-ondes. Il y a un grand garde-manger et un espace utilitaire avec laveuse-sécheuse. A l'étage, une chambre double spacieuse et lumineuse avec vue sur le village vert et, au loin, sur Harkerside. De l'autre côté du palier se trouve la salle de bain contemporaine avec baignoire et douche.
Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis avec un approvisionnement initial de bûches pour le poêle.
Dehors, il y a un coin salon avec un banc et une dépendance verrouillable avec suffisamment d'espace pour les vélos et les équipements de plein air.

May be because of it's slightly eccentric location in the Yorkshire Dales, Reeth doesn't feel as a busy as Hawes. Ideal if you want your stay to be a bit more away from the everyday rush. But in Reeth we could get almost anything for our stay in Dinmore cottage. Otherwise Barnard Castle or Richmond were a short drive from Reeth. And from Reeth, by car, we could reach almost every Yorkshire Dales highlight in max 1,5 hour. Therefore we had a lovely stay in Dinmore Cottage, Reeth and the Yorkshire Dales.

Absolutely loved our stay. It would probably benefit from an upgrade to a smart tv... there were a few dvd's but not particularly my taste but that is just my personal preference. Other than that it was gorgeous.

Perfect cottage for 2 with all you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Reeth is a lovely village with a great grocery store and post office,bakers,cafes ,pubs etc. We recommend Dinmore Cottage and would stay again. ps. Everything spotlessly clean.

A beautiful cottage in a great setting. Many thoughtful touches meant that we felt at home straight away and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, with a friendly, welcoming approach and all the information needed for a fantastic stay.

We loved it as soon as we saw it, and it felt like we were being given a big hug from an old friend when we stepped into this gorgeous cottage, and yet it was our first visit. Dinmore was warm, comfortable and lovely to stay in. The lovely touches such as the flowers on the table. The milk and butter in the fridge, and the loaf of bread and biscuits.
Perfect location in the beautiful village of Reeth, which in itself was a great base for many of the surrounding villages and towns. Highly recommend Dinmore Cottage for a great getaway for a couple. Host’s were extremely helpful and easy to contact.

Dinmore is a perfect base for exploring Swaledale. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with shop, pubs etc close by but quietly situated just off the village green, we loved relaxing here after magnificent walks in Swaledale and Arkengarthdale. Highly recommended!

Reeth is a jumping-off point for many hikers and cyclists in the Dales. It has several pubs and restaurants, and with a car, more are available in the nearby small towns. The Dinsmore Cottage was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The fact that it is right in town and within easy walking distances of amenities was very handy. This cottage is highly recommendable.

The cottage was easy to find, spotless and had everything we needed for a homely stay. The location is a peaceful escape with stunning surroundings. We recommended the 8 walks map of Reeth for exploring. Our favourite spot was the swing bridge. Lots of birdwatching to be done. Hope we will have a chance to visit again. Thanks!

Wow! What an impeccable and beautiful cottage. No detail has been missed and I honestly cannot fault it. It's a perfect, self contained, comfortable and cosy place to stay and it has everything you need. We had a short break Fri-Sun to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and we were not disappointed. From the moment we booked it, Gareth & Jo were brilliantly communicative and attentive, without being overbearing. The fresh tulips, fresh loaf, butter, biscuits and milk that had been left for us on arrival made were such a lovely touch. We were also left enough logs to utilise the wood stove for our duration. I can't think of any detail that has not been considered to make this a pleasant and welcoming stay. Reeth itself is stunning and we will definitely be returning. It's absolutely Gorgeous. Thank you for allowing us to experience this amazing cottage and for your wonderful hospitality.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at this lovely little cottage. Fantastic location in the heart of Reeth, easy parking and three pubs to choose from after a day’s walking. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with particularly high quality bedding and towels. Gareth was warm and friendly in all his communication and made the booking process easy. Lovely treats waiting for us on arrival and one of the best log burners I’ve encountered! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Dinmore Cottage is an ideal bolthole for a couple looking for a getaway. The cottage had everything we needed and Reeth has several pubs for meals and drinks. The only downside was that the cottage was bitterly cold upon arrival and took several hours to get even remotely warm. Fortunately, the local pubs had roaring fires to keep is warm until we could use the cottage properly.

A Swaledale gem
This little cottage was just perfect for me, seeking respite from life’s challenges and wanting to gently explore lovely Swaledale. Very accurately described, very nicely appointed, easy to find, scrupulously clean and efficient, and a privilege to borrow for a week.
Reeth is charming, pubs, tea shops, post office stores, information centre, bakeries (delicious Wensleydale pies!), everyone was very helpful and friendly. Walking the trails along the river, or up over the surrounding hills was a joy, in warm sunshine, rain and snow!

Stayed in this cosy cottage for a 3 night chillaxing break
This beautiful cosy cottage in Reeth was the most perfect chillaxing break for myself and partner to destress ourselves. Lovely village to walk round and we walked down to the river Swale and did the Reeth walk stunning scenery. The cottage is a perfect size for 2 and the lovely wood burning stove was perfect on an evening. Would definitely book this cottage again and for a longer time and see more of the surrounding area. Our last morning we woke up to snow which looked stunning.

Cosy & Comfortable
We've just had a 2 night stay in Dinmore its such a lovely cottage, definitely enough room for a couple, the lounge is comfortable, the bathroom has a great bath for relaxing in with lots of hot water and the bedroom is very peaceful with a view of the hills. The village has a useful shop/post office and there is a choice of eateries and a coffee/ ice cream shop which I can recommend. We had a walk straight from the cottage and a run over to Wendysdale . The communication between myself and the owner was clear and concise. A real gem!!!

Ideal mini honeymoon!
Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon in this gorgeous cosy little cottage, perfect for a quiet little get away and the local pub meals are top quality, especially 'the kings arms'! We were looked after very well there and made to feel so welcome! Plus the food and prices were fantastic!.. Lovely village and scenery for walking around too and loved how even the cafes and local shops were pretty much on your doorstep!.. A little haven of peace and tranquillity and highly recommended!! 🥰🥰

A gem of a cottage
Dinmore cottage is an absolute gem, well thought out, equipped to a high standard, lovely place to relax after a walk or a visit to the local pub. Dinmore has a lovely feel to it and sits just off the main square in Reeth, just a few minutes from cafes, pubs, tourist information and the shops. The views are amazing, Sunday morning with a coffee in bed watching the weather change over Harkerside was a real treat.
Would highly recommend Dinmore for a holiday in North Yorkshire.

A beautiful spot
We really enjoyed our stay at Dinmore. The cottage was perfectly located for exploring Swaledale and the area immediately around Reeth, with walks from the front door. Would definitely recommend the Punchbowl in Low Row for a really tasty dinner. The cottage was really well equipped, and Gareth and Jo were helpful when we had questions. We occasionally found the cottage a little chilly (though that might be our poor fire lighting skills), and the kitchen isn't well heated, so would definitely recommend some slippers! A lovely spot for a few days exploring the Dales!
