appartement bien situé, pas loin du vieux Lille. bien équipé et calme malgré la ligne de chemin de fer proche. stationnement facile dans la rue.

comme toutes les habitations traditionnelles, escaliers un peu raides mais appartement très agréable.

La décoration très actuelle

Les 2 étages non précisés dans l'annonce. Escaliers très raides et donc accès difficile pour personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de santé... Couettes et oreillers sont à changer. Une petite poubelle dans la chambre du haut serait la bienvenue ainsi qu'une chaise dans la chambre car pas de penderie.

Easy check in check out were very easy. Good facility and size

Bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation so the whole apartment can smell the damp. Mould near windows. The passing trains were very noisy at night. Throughout the entire night so didn't get good sleep at all. The pillows had no support. Both of our shoulders hurt.

There was no elevator, this made going up the last floor difficult with a baby.

It was very comfortable even in 38 degrees. With 2 x bathrooms made life easy with 5 people. We felt welcome there and we had a later train to catch home after our stay and were allowed to stay a little over our check out time, which was do helpful and kind. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped ,the washing machine being so useful to us as we didn't pack allot. The beds were comfortable. Lovely place. Lovely in the summer, interesting to see in the winter.

It was quite a walk away from the main town and felt like an intimidating part if town "initially". The stairs/ladder and door to the top room was very noisy, which made it impossible to be quiet. The large windows could have benefited from having something to keep them open once open . There looked like there was a leak initially in the first bathroom on the floor under the sink, but on further inspection, it was the water running down the back of the sink and trickling ,the pooling on the floor.

Once key access explained, no problems. Apartment clean and spacious.

Stairs to apartment narrow and slippery and last set, to second bedroom, frankly flimsy and scary. Apartment clean smelling but rest of house smelt damp. Trains started to move at 4 am and were very close with tremendous screeching so impossible to sleep with window open, but window closed meant great heat.
