It was an apparent.. that’s unfortunately pretty much it.

I’ll try to keep myself short here and focus on information only as that’s what’s important for other guests considering to book this property. First off, the accommodation is not what you see in the pictures. The living room is completely different with an extra bed instead of a sofa, no sofa table and there’s no desk in the bedroom. You also essentially have to make the bed yourself taking out the duvet from the closet unless you want to sleep under only a sheet in winter. Second, the heating is technically there, it just doesn’t work properly. We ended up sleeping with the heater about 1m away from the bed, on maximum heat, with the blinds and doors closed, under the duvet, a blanket, our towels, in sweaters and thick socks we brought with us and we’re still freezing. Third, and probably the worst was how dirty it was. There was dust everywhere, from the top of the once white curtains (now grey at the top) to the massive spider web between the light bulbs, the dust balls on the bedside table and old food in the oven. Fourth, what you’ll be surprised to learn upon getting your checkin instructions is that you’re supposed to clean the place: “tidy the apartment and leave it in the condition you found it”. I guess luckily since the place wasn’t tidy to begin with, the cleaning you have to do is minimal. We booked it for one night and regretted it. There are several other options for a similar price, some even hotel chains, I’d recommend you to look there.

Nicht weit von Strand entfernt. Abgeschlossener Parkbereich. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ok.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - wollte unbedingt, dass ich WhatsUp nutze. Aus Sicherheitsgründen nutze ich das nicht. Erst nach Beschwerde bei Booking.com hat es dann doch funktioniert. Als Zwichenstop ok - aber Urlaub nein Danke.

Proximité plage, logement climatisé et décoré avec goût. Bien équipé (lave-vaisselle lave-linge cafetière,....)

Colonne de douche très vétuste, manque de vaisselle (4 fourchettes par exemple). Volet chambre bloqué en position semi fermée. Manque de nettoyage de fond (miettes dans four placards, poussières et toiles d'araignées dans les coins)

L'emplacement proche de la mer ça c'est super, on y a accès à pied, la déco et le calme.

De devoir payer 20 euros de plus si on voulait partir à 13h. On a dû partir vers 10h 30, on est arrivé vers 16h 30 la veille, il n y a même pas 24h, sur ce point je trouve ça dommage qu'il faille payer et assez chère alors qu'on déjà payer 70 euros et qu'on a dû décaler pour pb perso, on à payer 81 euros au finale donc 20 euros de plus pour même pas 2h en plus, non. La douche, pas très propre.

It was grubby and dirty. 1. Oven had food residues 2.Shower was broken and hadn’t been cleaned 3. Bathroom sink and mirror hadn’t been cleaned 4. Settee was beyond uncomfortable 5. Lounge ceiling fan covered in a cm of dust. 6. Clothes airer left on the balcony full of bedding and towels.

The apt I believe is a recent renovation so everything clean and working well. Some minor things could be improved for more comfort but I was there only 3 nights so enjoyed all the positives

I chose the apt as the sofa looked comfortable. On arrival the sofa had been replaced by a single bed which isn’t usable to sit and watch tv. Think the site should mention its 1st floor with stairs.

The apartment was nice, clean and modern in decor (although it's an older block of flats). Located next to the marina and has shops nearby. Sonia was very flexible with our arrival and departure times (we missed our flight and had to get another one later in the say to Carcassone, then travel by train to Perpignan).

Our only gripe was having to make our own bed upon arrival after a 14 hour journey – we had expected that to be done.
