Newly Renovated Rustic Cabin
Cette maison classique du New Hampshire vous fera faire des vacances ici plusieurs fois par an. Dans un climat plus chaud, il y a un accès étroit à une belle plage sur le lac blanc. Profitez de la baignade sans bateau à moteur ou faites du kayak, du canoë ou du bateau à rames pour une visite tranquille du lac. Des vues incroyables sur le mont Chocorua rendent la plage encore meilleure. En hiver, sautez sur votre motoneige et accédez directement au couloir 19, que vous pouvez rouler pendant des jours! Jusqu'à 15-20 minutes pour les stations de ski Mt Cranmore et King Pine pour le ski et les tubes. Retour à la maison: cette concept ouvert récemment rénové est idéal pour se divertir. Cuisine entièrement équipée, salon avec poêle à bois et solarium. Il y a deux chambres de bonne taille et une chambre à lits superposés. Il y a un bain complet avec baignoire. Cette maison a tellement à offrir. Situé à proximité de nombreuses attractions dans les montagnes blanches. 15 minutes à North Conway, à 20 minutes du lac Winnipesukee et à 10 minutes du lac Ossipee.

The location was great. The rustic cottage was very cute Although some attention to the property is needed. The yard was full of debris (organic) I raked the back yard in order to enjoy the fire pit which had not been cleaned out in quite a while. I borrowed a shovel and shoveled it out. The Kitchen sink leaked in the cabinet. TV was difficult to operate
I communicated my findings to the owner and I am sure he is going to look into it

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Great location close to white lake state park.

Great, clean well equipped cabin just down the road from Ski Works for our yearly group kayaking trip. House had a single floor AC unit that was so appreciated on a really warm July weekend. Only issue was were unable to get outlets in the queen bedroom to work (reset breaker and GFCI outside to no avail). Owner responded promptly but was not resolved during our short two night stay. We improvised with an extension cord for a CPAP machine and a fan, no biggie. I hope to be repeat renter of this property. Some of our fellow paddlers also have stayed here with the same good results in years past. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Lovely cabin in the woods by Echo Lake State Park. Adequate space, kitchenware. Wi-fi not working during our stay. Had issue with hot water, that was quickly addressed by owner. Be sure to bring your own towels and note that AC is only in one room.

Great little place love the rustic feel, had a minor issue getting in batteries died in electronic key pad but with google and the host’s response we got through it no big deal. Could use some yard cleanup but still had some nice fires in fire pit grille worked great. Overall great vacation house could just use a little loving on the outside

Attended a wedding 8 mins away, so location positive. Very quiet lake community.
The little cabin needs a "deep cleaning" for sure. Clean bathroom, refrig and sheets. Ends there unfortunately.
*The outdoor grill is un-usable...rusty,dirty,grease pan full.
*Needs a set of decent silverware and steak knives. No glassware for drinks. Only tall plastic cups. Funny that there were wine glasses!
*Toaster oven doesn't work well, back rt burner of stove not working. Light and Fan not working on the stove.
* Closets dirty and filled with all sorts of stuff, including dirty mops.
* Trash was left on side of driveway ,guessing from last customer.
* We own rental properties in Scarboro ,so we always tip cleaning staff and strip beds for them.... mistake...mattress pad disgusting .....
Overall....John, the cabin needs some love and a lot of cleaning. Definitely has the bones for a great rental property but not in this condition. Thanks.

Our stay went without a hitch! We arrived in the dark and needed to text the host to help us find which house it was, but he was very responsive both of the times we needed help.
The cabin is cozy (we stayed in December), has adjustabe heat in every room, and a fireplace. The water in the shower takes a while to heat up and didn't get extra hot, but is warm enough for a quick shower.
We loved its rustic feel and the little dirt road community it's in is quiet. Would recommend!

Cabin was nice with some updates to bath and kitchen. Fire pit was messy from prior renter, with ashes and cans and glass bottles burnt up. Also trash barrel outside had watermelon rinds and other trash in it. Was ripe when we bagged and left trash at departure. TV was difficult to use, directions would be nice. Kitchen utensils were in poor shape, suggest bringing your own if you need a sharp knife. Overall descent place to to rent if you dont expect to stay at cabin much. Some electrical issues and need to fix outside lights.

We really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of room for our family of five. Kitchen had anything and everything you need if you want to cook. Tankless hot water heater so the water never gets cold. Not a far drive from anything and obviously very close to White Lake. Only had to text the owner once, not about anything serious, and he was quick to reply. Loved the fire pit out back. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice cabin nestled in the trees close to White Lake and only a half an hour away from North Conway. We have stayed before and keep returning as it is always beautiful and great for the kids.

Property was as good as the listing, not quite as good as I'd hoped but a very nice place to stay. After a slow start getting info, we ended up having a very nice stay in comfort. 2 couples plus an add'l adult. We all would recommend this property.

The cabin worked out nicely for my husband and me while visiting family who were camping in White Lake State Park. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a few wine glasses. Some of the outside lights were not working, so a bit dark at night outside the cabin.
Overall a good experience and would go back again.

Nice and relaxing cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and roomy. Close proximity to White Lake and Lake Chocura for excellent kayaking! Just maybe have the cleaning crew look up next sweep around. Other than that, we had a great week!

This place was really nice. Situated perfectly within walking distance of White Lake State Park and its lovely beach. The cabin is really a house, all on ground level. The kitchen and living room especially nice, with an enclosed porch looking out on a very pleasant front garden. Quiet, accessible. Excellent.

Overall it was a great experience love the area and the cabin feel. In opinion I would get a smart tv and check on hot water source, hot water was a hit or Miss when it was time to shower, at time we had to shower with crisp water lol! Also who ever is cleaning should do a little more with detailing cleaning . There were lots of spiders webs and facets and floors had lots of build up! Shower also was clogged and we did what we could to make it better! Will deff go back again thanks for having us :)

The cabin was very clean and we LOVED the huge kitchen. The yard was spacious and our little ones loved playing outside in the snow. It was very conveniently located near one of the main road that goes to the ski resorts and tubing locations. There is a Dollar General store, coffee shop, Subway, McDonalds, and a couple of other local restaurants just minutes from the house.
We also liked how the temperature in each room can be independently adjusted.
The cabin had games (Sorry, Uno, and Jenga), a DVD player, TV, and a full kitchen's worth of appliances and gadgets (including a Keurig). Some staples, like sugar and salt, were also there. We brought our own, but noticed that several other guests had also left some behind, so thought I would note that for future guests!

This was such a peaceful place to stay. The smell of the wood stove brings such comfort. The home was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Needed to call owner about locking up and he answered immediately, great communication with owner. Definitely recommend if your looking for a nice peaceful get away and want to detach from the world.

Cutest house that accommodated our family nicely . Nice neighborhood ; quiet and close to many stores / Dunkin . First thing we noticed was the lighting since arriving at night. Some outdoor lights weren’t working and some of the indoor lights were very dim (especially in living room) cleaners did not leave house keys so great communication with owner and the wife quickly came by to drop a set off for us ! kitchen was great and fully equipped with everything .bathroom was a small challenge ; hot water would run out quick ( 2 adults , 2teens getting ready ) and the tub wouldn’t drain well while In shower and oddly when using tub for my daughter It wouldn’t hold water . I wasn’t a big fan of having to bring my own towels either . Just more stuff to pack . Beds were ok, we could’ve used more linens but managed . We found an extra cot which was convenient and along with a high chair and pack-n-play. Really convenient except i brought my own pack-n-play as I didn’t see these items on the listing of the property. Very Close to North Conway and mount cranmore. Also recommend Hobbs tavern in town for a nice dinner . Great stay overall .

Great place. Plenty of space to sleep. Only one roll of paper towels, could have used another. it was pretty chilly so we had a fire. Wood is not supplied but that was fine as the store at the end of the street sold some. The only other thing was that the only smoke detector in the house was beeping due to needing new batteries. It was pretty loud and we did have an infant with us. Overall, good property to rent. Thanks again!

We had a work crew of 3 men to do a job in Tamworth Town Hall. The house was perfect for our needs. We had a fire in the backyard one night and were able to cook burgers on the grill.

My partner and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights just after the end of the would-be busy season in Tamworth. It was delightfully quiet in the neighborhood and in the adjacent state park where there was plenty of room to spread out and stretch our legs. The cabin was a fine place to stay for a couple nights, where we particularly enjoyed the firepit and near-instant hot water. An issue we had, being so far away from a densely populated area, was exterior lighting to guide us in and out of the building at night. There were no functional exterior lights. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and clean. We were slightly disappointed not to see a recycling bin on-site so we took our recyclables with us when we departed. A cute little cabin that would be perfect for a small family!

This cute, comfortable cabin is located in a wooded, quiet neighborhood near a truly beautiful White Lake State park.
Two large bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and nice ventilation. The bunk room is very small ( no closet or bureau and low clearance to ceiling fan) , but it does sleep two.
The kitchen is modern but dining is limited to island seating, The bathroom is updated and clean. Living room has nice ventilation and views of back and front yards. Backyard is large and great for the fire pit and grilling . The front porch is nice for morning coffee. Ceiling fans in every room keep air flowing decently. WiFi works, but the modem needs attention since it constantly needs to be reset
Located right off Route 16, the cabin is convenient for swimming, hiking, shopping, and skiing. Summer visitors should note that although you can walk to the park through the woods, rangers randomly check for wristbands which must be purchased at the main entrance.
Overall, a really nice place to stay. This is my second time here, and I hope to return.
