This place is magical! From the immaculate bungalows to the 'Fairy door' for the wee folk, everything is perfect! Welcoming committee of Pongo, the resident St. Bernard and the three tiniest kitten cats all added to a very special experience. Thank you so much! Muchos gracias!

Amazing location and amazing bungalow. Perfect for a relaxed stay. The shared kitchen/bathroom/dining area was cleaned daily and stocked very well. The bungalow itself was very clean with a comfortable bed. Located between the town of cercedilla and part way up the slope towards the natural pools/walking paths its location is great to reach both. Would definitely visit again. Place is pet friendly, even though I don't have any I loved the presence of friendly dogs and cats.

Location is good, and the general atmosphere of the place was very nice. It accepts pets and the owner provides good tips of hiking routes on Wikilocs.

The bungalows are a bit warm in the summer and in the shared kitchen area there were not many kitchenware available.

The bungalow I stayed in was absolutely adorable. The whole property was very comfortable and a great location - close to the cercanias train station (6 min walk), and also close to two hiking trails.

Would have been good to have more than one communal bathroom and toilet

The check in was super smooth: I did not have to communicate any arrival time, I just arrived and find the keys and the room ready.

location was great, super clean and very well heated. kitchen had everything you needed to cook and we enjoyed the hiking route the owner suggested.

parking, outdoor parking for only 3 vehicles in a cliff. no member of staff to receive us and guide us to our room.

Alex was great, the place was magical, the dog, huge and friendly. Hospitality top!

Fabulous place to go to! Ideal location if you want some piece and quiet and some disconnection from the hussle and bustle of big cities. Amazing place!! Both the common area (kitchen and bathroom were clean and organized) and the bungalow was beautiful. The place has it’s kinda magic due to the contact with the nature and all the wood-crafted thing one can find in the place. This place in winter when is snowing is a fairytale. The staff was kind and treated us so well. Definitely I won’t hesitate to come back here. PS: The restaurant next to the Posada is an amazing option for trying spanish food! great dishes and amazing staff

The view, the surrounding and the stuff. Beautiful place!

Our cabin was super cold despite 3 electric heaters. We had to ask for an additional heater, which was broken. Then we asked for another one. It was impossible to walk without shoes as the floor was freezing. Additionally, the cmmon area with the kitchen was at the upper part, quite annoying when it is that cold outside. There were cats in the kitchen which we found unpleasant and not clean for having a meal. There was no kettle so we had to boil water every time for our baby's milk, and the oven didn't work so we had to make pizzas on the gas. overall the kitchen experience was very bad. It could be nice for a couple but as a family with 2 young babies we found it too difficult to operate, low quality facilities and overpriced stay.

Everything was perfect. All the staff was very kind. Pongo and the 2 cats are so sweet. We will repeat the visit.

Some noise during the day (siesta time) due to some site repair and construction activities.
