Very clean and sweet apartment with everything you need in it. The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is just a few steps away from store and some good restaurants.

Very uncomfortable bed!
Breakfast is self-service, big disappointment. Nothing fresh, no fruits, no juice, just packaged croissant - without filling, the cheapest one.

Francesca is a great host. She was aware that we were travelling and was very flexible with our arrival time. The communication was friendly and always considered. The replies were quick and easy through Whatsapp.

Quiet and clean with lovely patio and easy walk to the main square. Queen bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was decent.

Location is superb. Close to town's center and its restaurants. The old town is wonderful and 5 minutes away. The apartment is quiet and spacious, the balcony is small, but good enough for breakfast. Francesca is very friendly and ready to help
Breakfast was basic, but not bad when compared to what's available in Italy (or better said, what's usual in similar lodgings in Italy)

Amazing accomodation in the middle of Tuscany. It is located in a small village with almost no turist. The apartment was very cozy and everything was clean. We have felt like at home there. The host, Franceska waited for us in front of the apartment. So the check in was fast and easy. There were prepared a breakfest with coffee for us wich was realy pleasant. I highly recommend this accomodation when visiting the Tuscany region.

Francesca was just lovely, bright spirited and pleasant. The appartement was clean, spacious.
The sofabed is big and comfy.
It's nice to have the balcony.
The town is cute and the surroundings absolutely stunning.
There was really nothing to dislike, we were here for work and were very happy with the appartement

Small Washington machine was very useful. Place was very warm, which we needed with overnight temperatures below zero. Very nicely decorated.
Frying pan was very old and weak. Should be replaced. The decorations are nice, but should leave some surfaces empty for us to put things on.

The host is great!!! She met us and showed how to use everything. The apartment is roomy, has great facilities and is really clean. We were able to relax, spread out and enjoy ourselves. We like the location of this apartment because it is in the middle of Tuscany with easy access to everything we wanted. It's halfway between Greve/Panzano and Montepulciano/Pienza. It's also w/in 10 miles of Siena..

New,well equiped, very,very clean. Comfortable bed, nice design. The place itself not so interesting,but we were looking for something less expensive where we can stay and drive all over Tuscany. Breakfast could be a bit better. We recommend Elena and this loveley app.
