Easy to find. Free parking. Self check-in using code emailed to us so very easy. Old fashioned room with lots of pine furniture, but clean, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Good breakfast with warm fresh bread, crossiants, yoghurt, cheese, eggs and coffee. No fresh fruit and the coffee wasn't great. Didn't meet any staff until breakfast but they were friendly once we saw them! Mainly peaceful location but be aware there are church bells going until late and very early.
No air con but had a fan supplied, room was very hot and stuffy, as we only had a small window.

Arrival very well organized. The front desk was closed upon arrival but we received all necessary information beforehand (2 days before arrival) and everything went smoothly. The room and bathroon were super clean. Kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The location suited our needs, however the hotel cancelled our room (apparently due to water damage) so we ended up not staying. I have had no word about a refund. I was only told on the morning before we were due to go, when I called as they had not replied to my emails. They put a guest on the phone who spoke English to tell me...

Very quaint Alpine-style hotel, unmanned most of the day - at least when we were there. Good communication regarding checking in.
Breakfast was adequate but simple by Swiss hotel standards. Room got very hot (but a noisy fan was provided in the room). English barely spoken (but that’s not a complaint as such, just a statement of fact).

Very nice old hotel which had the bad luck to be
next to a disastrous urban development. Luckily our room overlooked the car park.Difficult to review staff when the only person we saw was the breakfast lady (who was friendly). Presumably because of covid.
