Plenty of room for all of us. Clean and comfortable.

The house is in a great area close to highways and lots of local food spots. It is not a 4 bedroom it’s a 3 but that office space leave room for a blow up bed. The home overall was nice. My only thing I would say is upholstery on the furniture is needed lots of soil marks takes away from the cleanliness of the home but it is a lovely home no doubt !

This is the perfect spot when hitting downtown Houston and the owner is quick to communicate back with you, if any questions or concerns! We looking forward to booking this place again!!!

A group of college girlfriends and our daughters came into town for a girls weekend to see Taylor Swift. The house was perfectly located in the Heights area, even had an amazing local bar two doors down. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed including paper products and coffee. The porch and yard were perfectly sized to enjoy a cocktail outdoors. The beds were all very comfortable and linens great quality. This house is a 10/10 and we will definitely stay here when we return to Houston. Check in/access was painless.

The house was not lacking on anything. I wish we stayed longer to use it. Beds comfy, open living kitchen space was great. Easy to find convenient. We were very satisfied with this house.

House was overall nice. The flooring had lumps in it specifically around furniture. The cleaning crew was seen more than once without request which was quite annoying. One of the doors looked like someone kicked it in near the handle. The front door handle was off and a picture was leaning on the wall. One tv didn’t have a remote and the bed frame was peeling. We made the best of all of those things and notified the owner of any concerns in the moment. Location is superb! We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was spacious enough for the chef. Master bathroom is nice.

It was a good size for 7 adults and 2 dogs. Close to the highway.

This was a great place for our whole family. Everyone had a good bed to sleep in, there was good kitchen space with the essentials, including coffee pods for the Keurig, and a nice gathering space to visit. Close enough to groceries and restaurants in the Heights. I would stay there again!

Checkin was easy, loved the house, the beds were so comfortable and my dog loved the yard. We did have an incident where a friend by his own carelessness locked himself out so he broke the door trying to get back in but the owner thankfully was understanding about and got it fixed immediately, still allowing us to stay there but other than that enjoyed our stay. Thank you Bryant!

This was our second time we stayed at this lovely property. We went to Houston to visit my grandmother who lives in an assisted living property, so we had her stay with us during our stay. We wanted to make sure she was comfortable, and she was, and we all absolutely loved it! We had a nice time spending some family quality time with her. The place was calm and peaceful the whole time during our stay.

We came over Thanksgiving weekend to be with our family and their children. The yard is perfect for the dog, the kitchen very well-equipped and updated, and the manager super responsive. The furniture is a little worn but that makes it less stressful with kids and a dog. Couldn't t be happier.

We rented this home for a wedding in town and it was great. Large, clean, and had everything you could want. Location was perfect as well. Definitely a home away from home! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

When we arrived at 3pm to check in the and the house was hot! 84 degrees inside 101 outside ! When I contacted the owner to complain; he said “ this is a big house and you must give it some time to catch up” We left to go get something to eat. When we returned it was still verg ssrn M

The whole is way more beautiful in person. Bryant was a wonderful host. The home had just about everything we needed. It was close to all of the places we needed to go to and parking was no hassle. I will definitely book this home again for any future trips.

I had to take my mother and husband to appointments at MD Anderson. This home was convenient and took about 15 minutes to get to the medical district. The home had everything we needed for our stay and the owner kept in touch with us to make sure our stay was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. The area is nice and not sketchy. The house smells good when you open the door and was very clean. I'm a little ocd so my opinion about cleanliness is probably higher than others. But it was great. The beds were comfortable. Amenities were great. Plenty of extras in case you forgot something. And we met Bryrant and Reese Pieces. Very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The property was well furnished and in a great location. It was clean, the appliances were very nice and worked well. Enjoyed the stay! Had a small hiccup during check-in but otherwise a smooth weekend.
