Het appartement ligt op een heuvel en vraagt een goede conditie.

Es hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist (wie von anderen Bewertungen bekannt) optimal ausgestattet !! Vor allem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 1A-hervorragend. Er antwortet und hilft bei Problemen sofort !!

Dit is een mooi ingericht appartement . Netjes ingericht en proper . Het ligt op de 10de verdieping en heeft een prachtig uitzicht . Wat is er spijtig , als je wat later op het jaar gaat ben je in de namiddag vroeg de zon kwijt op het balkon . Voordeel daaraan is dan ook dat het niet te warm is op het app 's avonds en 's nachts . Prijs kwaliteit is prima .

Ich kann mich den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in der Altstadt. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l appartement est bien placé ( à proximité des restaurants commerces et plage…) Cependant le stationnement est assez pénible en effet dans le parking de la résidence il y a quelques places mais les véhicules ne bougent jamais… en cette période estivale ( août) le stationnement aux alentours à vraiment été pénible à gérer. L’appartement est propre. Il faut reconnaître que le rapport qualité prix est correct. Merci

El apartamento es estupendo, moderno y limpio, a destacar solamente que había hormigas en la cocina. Las vistas impresionantes y la cercanía tanto a la playa como al centro de la ciudad y supermercados es ideal.

Nos hemos alojado durante 3 días en este apartamento y hemos estado muy contentas, las vistas son espectaculares y está totalmente reformado. Por decir algo que mejorar, las toallas podrían ser mejores y sería un detalle dejar jabón de manos y de fregar los platos, que no había. Por lo demás todo perfecto! Lo recomendaría sin duda!

Apartamento reformado, moderno y amplio con 3 habitaciones, mucha luz y vistas espectaculares a la playa, muy cerca de playa y del centro y supermercado. Mejorable no pudimos aparcar en el parking porque lo estaban reformando y que hay hormigas en la cocina y es incómodo, aún asi estaba muy limpio y es totalmente recomendable.

El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor. Las vistas son espectaculares. Está bien situado y próximo a zona de tiendas. La playa cercana es muy tranquila y no hay aglomeraciones. Hemos pasados unos días muy agradables allí.

Todo excelente, salvo que ocasionalmente estaban asfaltando el aparcamiiento, que no pudimos utilizar. Muy bien todo.

Appartement met alles erop en eraan, veel ruimte, groot terras en magnifiek zicht, comfortabel en net, volledig uitgerust, dicht bij winkels en strand, kortom : super!

Het hebben het verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren. Alle gebruiks benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Uitzicht was uitstekend en hebben dan ook erg genoten !

We had a wonderful stay at Volker's apartment. It is in a great location and just a short walk to the beach and town. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped, with all you could need for a relaxing holiday. The views fron the balcony and from all of the rooms are amazing and we spent happy hours looking over thè bay, the town and the rock. Fabiola 1 is just a short walk from the main bus station, so easy to get to from, say, Alicante or Valencia by Alsa bus. There is also a good-sized Mercadona supermarket not far away with everything you could need. I should also mention thst the pool area is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures, with plenty of sun, and it was very quiet while we were there. We had excellent communication with Volker, who was always very quick to reply to our questions. Thank you, Volker; we hope to return one day!

Absolutely loved the apartment. Was slightly worried due to lack of air conditioning in August but with the apartment being on the 10th floor there was a nice breeze if windows were left open. Some doorstops might be useful as we had to hold the doors open with bags to stop them banging. A large fan was also provided which we moved from living to bedroom as required. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area is more inviting than shown on the picture. Calpe old town is a lovely area. Loads of places to eat and drink and plenty of Supermarkets. Would definitely stay again. Volker replied quickly to our initial query which was great.

I’ve just returned from a lovely week in Calpe. Our apartment was beautifully presented with everything needed for our holiday. The apartment block was quiet and well maintained. The apartment was a few minutes walk to the beach , although quite a climb on the way back, and also very near to the old town....great to go in the evening for tapas and drinks! I’m happy to recommend this apartment!

Very nice stay. Great view, only issue was slight smell from the drain which we tried to cure without any joy.

Fabulous apartment and had fully intended to book again on our return, sadly we were charged €50 for a pair of scissors which were as we found them, they came apart and clipped together for use and something in the bedroom which again was exactly as we had found it, the problem is nobody checks you in or out, we did however mention them to Adela the lady in the block who holds the keys, I have sent 2 emails/messages to Volker the owner, tried to call from a number that I was given by the company, (that was unobtainable), very sad and very unfortunate as we really had intended to re book the same apartment!...my rating is relating to the issues which were fully explained in my email! Volker was responding to every email/message almost immediately, so it was very disappointing to be ignored with no explanation or discussion, we are respectable people and would have genuinely been happy to pay for damages had we actually caused any, we feel we are paying for other people’s damage or carelessness or possibly people may be paying for the same damage over and over again?...who would know.

Super vue - lovely apartement. Great place. Bad chairs in the kitchen. You should buy some new shap knives :-). We had a great time.

We have had a fabulous beach holiday staying in this lovely apartment. The beach is a five minute walk as is the old town where you can find great restaurants amongst the narrow streets. Everything is on your doorstep and the view from the balcony is stunning. Aircon would have made it a bit more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location for all the amenities including beach, supermarket, restaurants and cafes! Plenty of space and because it's so close to the beach the sea breeze keeps the apartment lovely and cool in the hot summer days! Me and my husband had 3 teenage girls with us, we love the beach and the one in calpe is particularly stunning ! Lots of ice cream parlours around to cool down from the sun. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with a powerful shower and open plan kitchen., dinning room and living room ! Plenty of space for the 5 of us! We absolutely loved our stay and was talking while we are here of another stay in this apartment !! Thank you Volker, it was brilliant.

Wir haben bereits zum dritten Mal die Ferienwohnung im Fabiola gebucht und wiederum eine top aufgeräumte und saubere Wohnung angetroffen. Schön, dass die Fenster neu gemacht wurden - dies ergibt noch besseren Wohnkomfort. Und uns als Familie hat uns auch gefreut, dieses Jahr einen Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderbett anzutreffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a brilliant stay in May 2016. My husband, 5 year old daughter and I found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable and the view is just wonderful. Calpe is a lovely town with ample restaurants and a stunning beach just a short stroll away. The swimming pool is VERY cold (in May) and the big pool is very deep but we did brave it one afternoon. The local bus station was about 15 minutes walk (With the help of google maps!) where we got the bus into Benidorm one day to visit Mundomar which was a lovely day out. Overall, this is a great apartment and our holiday was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you Volker!
