The facilities were very nice.
Well, ventilation at times allowed cigarette smoke to enter the restaurants. We would’ve stayed longer in the restaurants but we didn’t like the Smokey smell.

I found the service and check in and out process to be really friendly and professional. I appreciated having such a comfortable, well appointed, and quiet room to return to after appointments and business. The room was really clean ( thanks housekeeping!) and the bed was very comfortable. The bed linens were very high quality and there were plenty of pillows to prop up on for reading or TV watching. The Mill Casino was very well located for everything that my visit required. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on re-booking the next time that I am in Coos Bay.
I would have appreciated some safety grab bars in the shower. As a “senior citizen “ , I found the lack of that safety feature concerning, and hope that the Mill Casino Hotel might consider reviewing that area.

Location is great. Atmosphere is great. Rooms are great. Beds are very comfortable. TV channel line-up is great.
It seems very pricy. We stayed at Lucky 7 on Hwy 101 just south of the Oregon border the next night and the price there for pretty much the same thing was $100 less for one night.

no coffee makers in room, coffee in lobby was horrible, and we had a room near lobby. loud crowds near until there until 2 am kept me awake, there was a basketball tournament and fight televised
