Pleasant village area. Super pool areaand clubhouse across the highway.. Good access to beach. Appliances worked well. Spacious kitchen. Lots of cleaning products and toiletries, laundry products. Shower worked well. Lots of towels Parking right outside the accommodation. Lots of space to store our extra luggage in the back room. Owner corresponded promptly. Good bike lanes down both sides of highway.

Trailer home very old and in need of many repairs and updates.Living room furniture very old and dirty. Low and soft. In need of pillows, pillowcases, glasses, a good sort out in cupboard., new window blinds, new tables lamps and sofas would make a big diiffernce.

we love staying here. location is amazing, very friendly atmosphere. All the neighbors are really nice.

This place NEEDS a deep cleaning....

The apartment was a little bit tired and could do with a bit of modernising. Furniture was a well worn and just not clean, the cement under the floor tiles was moving and felt brittle you could hear it breaking up as you walked on it. The cleaner could have done a better job for the hosts in overall cleanliness.

Great location. Quiet complex. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. Friendly neighbors. Close to beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great messaging and quick response from host.

Needed a deep cleaning, coach dirty under cushions and cabinets were dusting and had cobwebs in them. Only 1 drinking glass but plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses. No hand towel and very thin wash cloths in bathroom. No paper towels in kitchen. Several crack and loose floor tiles and grout was coming loose so we were stepping on and picking up pieces of grout. The place was in need of a little maintenance.

Make sure to wear flip flops in the house. Loose tiles on the floor.

Location and price cannot be beat for the area.

Limited pots and pans etc. Hard to cook even a simple breakfast. Only one beach chair.

Both my wife and I enjoy the beach greatly. This cottage gave us comfortable accommodations very near the beach--you just walk across the road and are on the beach! The pelicans, waves, and sea shells were fantastic!

The door to tub needs some maintenance. Our computers and phones indicated that the security on the WIFI needed to be upgraded. The codes used to enter were easy, but left us with a small concern about security regarding previous visitors/neighbors.

It was very easy to access. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to where I wanted to fish. The unit is very spacious. Has a stackable washer and dryer.

There wasn't any negative things.
