Location is fantastic!5☆ This was my 2nd visit to the Hotel, Excellent value for money, Breakfast selection great, Continental or cooked. Beds comfortable, linen good quality, Ensuite spotless, shower great. Views great too, based on West Beach Lossiemouth Aurora is seen regularly, sadly it was misty on that visit! Staff 1st Class.

Had a lovely sea view fron our room, with plenty of space to pack our clothes etc. Nice modern and bright room. Staff are polite and helpful. Lovely choice for breakfast.

Rooms were a little dated and the carpet particularly could have done with a deep clean

As we came with a dog we got a room in the annex. It was a beautiful room with everything you could ask for. The view was amazing!!

No hot water on our last day so couldn’t get a shower.

Room needs updating. Room.12 Thin walls, noisy heating and water pipes. Lots of mould in shower room and around the windows excessive amounts of dirt and cob webs in radiator. Rooms let this hotel down as the rest of the hotel food and staff are great.

The location was fantastic, our room had a view over the golf course. The bar / restaurant location had the same view, very nice. Free parking was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The corridor to the rooms was nice, but you step into the room and the room was not of the same standard. It could do with a refresh. I thought the food was ok, but a bit expensive for what it was. The food at the Golf club was the same price but of a higher standard.

Location and view were excellent. Spacious room and view from room was stunning. Bed really comfortable and I would highly recommend.

Had dinner first night we stayed I can’t complain about mine soup and steak pie was lovely. The only issue we had over the few days was the chicken burger my wife had, it looked amazing but was really tough around the edges and way over cooked.

love the views and love the staff, they make you feel really welcome and they are so friendly.

The only let down was the towels, it would be perfect if they had bath sheets in the bundle.

Spotlessly clean room which was very spacious with everything you need,exceptional views over the golf course and sea.The bar and restaurant area was just as good with wonderful views and food to match,we will definitely return .
