Its a resort being a super model for spotless maintenance. Mr.Subish, an all rounder, a kind hearted front desk executive has got better communication and affable.I am so thrilled to recommend this resort for those who want to enjoy with his family and kids. Its so sagacious to choose this hotel if you look for a resort located amidst bunch of trees ,and in calm location. It is good that all time running hot water. Bathroom seems poorly designed and too dark. Enough cc cams aren't there.
Restaurant isn't there in the property but is informed that restaurant is in the property,and, there is no WiFi. Very poor signal .

The manager changed our rooms after checkin to accomodate another customer, he was ready to let go customer who had booked 2 rooms to keep a customer who had booked 1, and overall comfort in the rooms was not satisfactory. Need lots and lots of improvement. No Restaurants, Breakfast just one option as served. for the same cost you get better resorts in wayanad. I wont visit this place again.

Excellent place to stay.....we have booked only for one day...later on extended for two more days ....campus is very comfortable for couple stay... swimming pool and rooms were neat and clean....staffs were so warm and hospitable....the resort exceeded our expectations....would like to visit again for sure....

Staff are really friendly .place is quite good though not much to explore..still if you are just looking for a budget stay it's not bad.
Only attraction is Pool ... breakfast was also good..They have maintained the property very neatly.

But again at this rate can't expect 5star facilities.
Very small size rooms.
Bathroom was not that tidy.
Balcony was good but had no view
