Hotel en béton sans intérêt ni charme

отличный отель за свои деньги. состоит из двух корпусов, жила в новом корпусе который находиться через дорогу от пляжа. дорога не загружена, было комфортно. район спокойный и чистый. есть два магазина с продуктами, аптека, несколько ресторанчиков и кафе, но и в самом отеле хороший ресторан., хороший завтрак. спа отличный.

полоска пляжа около отеля не большая, но можно пройти минут 5 влево от отеля и дойти до широкого пляжа. вода в начале ноября была парная. людей в этом районе в принципе мало. в итоге была рада что выбрала данный отель и район.

The hotel was really nice and both swimming pools were clean and nice and the thai staff were really amazing and understanding especially the Security guy he was really nice and welcoming.

I have one question for the hotel does the hill side and beach side got different Managers?​ Because​ the​ thai​staff​ told me i can sit in the beach side on the pool chair but for some reason a non thai staff goes by the name Alex​ told​ me​ i​ can't sit on one of the pool chairs because one of the hotel guests were reporting me for the color of my towel and Alex​ told​ me​ to​ move​ or change chairs and why is that? i felt like i did nothing wrong i was just sitting and chilling btw the first day No one said anything this happend on the second day. I was going to stay few more days but i left because of this accident. I felt like Alex​ and​ the​ guests that​ were reporting me were racially motivated.

The water park was excellent. I liked also two large pools in the garden of resort. A wide selection of food and drinks at breakfast. The staff was very attentive.

Location is good, staff was friendly, rooms are pretty large, the Waterpark was good entertainment for kids. Have own beach, where you can reach through neighbor resort.

On the beach not allowed to use sunnybeds, only laying chairs, but there are not enough chairs.

Great beach and front-side facilities. Nice pools. Excellent waterpark which where more fun and challenging than they look 😁 it's not just for kids. Clean facilities and rooms, super friendly staff, motorbike for rent at normal prices. Great price too all considering. We had a great time. Also visit the Malibu bar just around the corner. It's a bit hidden away behind the coffee shop, surrounded by massage salons, but a very charming decorated place to sit and have a drink with super friendly owners who are happy to have a chat with you.

As you may expect from a place like this not the cheapest prices in the bar/restaurant. Also ordering a taxi comes with a premium vs just stopping one at the road. Can be expected, just something to consider. It's a great location for the beach, but not much to do here compared to white sand or Kai Bae. So a motorbike is recommended.

We stayed for 12 nights only - sad to leave the paradise!

The hotel is very modern and clean, staff are friendly and super helpful. The waterpark is lots of fun, even for adults.

The name says it = it's not on the beach front, but most of the amenities can be used from the paradise resort so it's okay.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and powerful shower. The balcony is very spacious with lovely views over the pool. The breakfast quality was good. The parking area is very large and below the hotel so cars are well sheltered from the sun / rain.

Although the hotel is very new it seemed a little understaffed, the waterpark is large however the slides were quite aggressive for younger children to be using. Ordering refreshments from the pool area takes some time as they come from the separate hotel across the road.

was not told in advance that the Hillside is not fully open , breakfast is across the road in Paradise Spa , Hillside apart from cleaners no staff or feeling of being open

Not told they changed our room to parent hotel,front desk friendly but not only changed our room without notification even though we were on conversation vier email and bookings app the English was limited made many mistakes with simple requests.

Location is a very good, amazing view of the mountain. Perfect pool for kids and adults, but should be cleaned. The big bonus is free access to the gym in another hotel. Gym is quite good with perfect view on the mountain. Breakfast with very good choice of dishes, but very often you need to wait for the free caps and forks. Room is very big but not furnished in an optimal way

OVERPRICED. First of all the staff on the reception desk was NOT FRIENDLY, especially Soko (not sure I remember her name, but she is I think like a chief and chubby woman). No Smiles, no help. At arrival I asked to have a look at another room just to have the possibility to have a choice. But they told me that the hotel is fully occupied. It was a lie. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child on booking.com. At arrival we paid extra money for our second child and his breakfast. It is ok because it was according to the rules and mentioned before arrival. The payment for 4th person was not small. So I was extremely disappointed when we get only 3 bottles of water and 3 towels. When I asked for water and towel for 4th person my request was declined. They told me that I have to pay for an extra bottle of water. In the meanwhile, I have paid 800 THB per day for extra child. NOT COMFORTABLE. Teapot smells in chemistry too much. There is no socket close to teapot. TOO BRIGHT LIGHT at night from the street lantern. It is impossible to stay at the balcony at this time. Thank God that the curtains in the room is very good. Not easy to set up stable water temperature at the shower. The slippery floor at the room, Stain on the floor in the room and corridor. Maybe it is not dirty but looks untidy. The service staff is overloaded. It is not enough people to manage everything fast and in a proper way. Very often you have to wait for forks, plates, cups. Probably it's because they have a very limited set of cutlery. So I think you just have to wait while it is in the dishwasher. So I cant blame for cleaning lady because she has too much job. But it is not comfortable for the guests when you get beach towels, water and cleaned room at 16:00. Yes I know I can call to reception and ask for towels but it is so boring to do it every time. One day we got beach towel with stains Pool was not clean enough.

I asked about staying for another 3 nights the price quoted was more expensive than on booking.com as a customer of 7 nights I would of expected to pay the same nightly price as my 7 nights or less .
