This was a beautifully maintained property well designed with stunning views of the sea. It was a quiet location and ease of car parking. We loved swimming in the infinity pool and there was an amazing covered area by the pool which was perfect for all meals. There was a gym and pool and table football. Inside the furnishings were complete to a very high standard and the kitchen was well appointed. All bedrooms had views of the sea. The 3 bathrooms were of a great standard. It’s location was near the beach and also more importantly some stupendous coves to swim in the sea before breakfast. Our hosts were wonderful to deal with incredibly helpful and responsive , could not be better.

Minor issues . If you were infirm you might have trouble with some of the climbs up stairs etc. Not a problem for us. Air conditioning required some thinking to get the cold air into our bedrooms and is usually not a problem I am told when weather is not 26 at 3am.

- The house was tidy and comfortable for a family of 7. - The pool, garden and terace areas were amazing to spend most of our time at. - The beach is very close. - The people/owners were very nice. - The view was breathtaking. - The cities of Lovran and Opatija are beautiful and full of nice restaurants.

the house is comfortable and has an intelligent design. from every room there is a view on the incredible view over the sea. the microclimate keeps the area lovely “cool” from around 19.00.

if you have mobility challenges then you have to be aware that the property is on a hill (which is otherwise an enormous plus) with a considerable amount of stairs. there is nothing to dislike about the property.

Really comfortable stay. Nice house with grill possibilities, 4 bedrooms, a perfect and awesome view on the sea, a nice terrace and friendly owners! Not far to restaurants and a small market. Definitely would recommend!
