Il y a beaucoup à faire pour toute la famille: installation de tennis à quelques métres, 7 parcours de golf , Autodrome Karting, casino , Zoomarine avec possibilité de nager avec des dauphins , Aqualand ,etc.
Pour les aimants des sports aériens il ya un aerodrôme trés actif en diverses modalités aériénes .Voiles touristiques aussi possibles.
Trés bon choix gastronomique pour poisson et coquillage aux petits restaurant et tavernes du port. Si vous preferez la volaille ,essayer le fameux Frango Piripiri ,fait aux grill qu'ily a partout .Une excursion à Mochique ,les montagnes prochaines ,est une belle occasion pour deguster ce plat et voire les belles vues de la Côte de L' Algarve du haut.

Just returned from 2 weeks family holiday. Beautiful villa with traditional ceiling in the lounge. The villa is maintained exceptionally well, cleaned 3 times per week, pool cleaned weekly. The pool was so relaxing with the July/August weather, with plenty of seating area to watch the sky divers, or relax in the sunshine. The villa is about 3 minutes walking from local restaurant, 6 minutes to supermarket and about 12 minutes to Alvor. So many restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely place to stay. Missing Alvor already.
Personally we missed having air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, but fans are available to rent if required.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen’s villa. The check in process was smooth and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool area aswell as the back garden. There is loads of space to spread out if you are a larger group.
It was good to have the housekeeper popping in for linen and towel changes and she also did some washing for us.
We hired a car and felt this was useful for supermarket runs and visiting the local area but it isn’t essential.

Comfortable, well equipped and really interesting style combining tasteful old with modern convenience. Filomena, the house keeper was lovely, efficient and unobtrusive. The owner Carmen was very attentive and solved all the early niggles immediately. This is a great Villa for a family or a couple. Walking distance to some good restaurants too. Beds super comfortable. Linen change very regular and of great quality.

Villa was very impressive, the pictures dont do it justice. The villa is huge inside and out. Beautiful pool area, kitchen fully kitted out with everything you would need, honestly cant fault anything. We had a perfect holiday, teenagers loved it too. Had a fabulous stay in casa da Oliveira with three kids under 10 ! Pool was lovely and villa was beautiful , really authentic Portuguese. Would recommend car if kids coming but great location for adults , really quiet which is what we wanted . Filomena was great and host was lovely very responsive and helpful. Would love to return some time !

Fantastic holiday. Located only 5 mins from couple of great wee bars and restaurants and only 10-15 mins walk to the town. The villa itself is so relaxing, We sat on the patio reading and enjoying getting in the pool to keep cool. Housekeeping was done a couple of times and the pool guy comes around to keep the pool clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday in Alvor.

We stayed for a week. The owner and housekeeper were very helpful, responsive, and friendly.
The property is in great condition and is very spacious and clean. The location is great too. In a quiet part of town but walking distance to the centre of Alvor.
We especially loved the quiet pool area with far reaching views and great sunsets! Highly recommended for couples or families.

We have just had the most special time with our family including our 1st grandchild of 5 months old. The villa is exceptionally clean with a homely spacious feeling, offering all the facilities and equipment you need; including lovely outside/poolside areas in peaceful surroundings.
Location is excellent, very near to the local supermarket and only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Alvor.
Very friendly housekeeper on hand if you have any questions or needs
All in all would recommend 100% and will definitely be back

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week staying at Villa D’Oliveira. It is every bit as lovely as the photos on the website show. The owner Carmen was extremely helpful and attentive and made sure our holiday ran smoothly from beginning to end. We particularly enjoyed lazy days outside by the pool and the views from the villa at sunset are breathtaking. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Carmen’s fantastic villa (3 adults and 3 teenagers). The location is perfect as it’s a 15 minute walk to Alvor with all the restaurants, bars and cafes, and a 20 minute walk to the lovely beach. As it’s away from the town it’s generally quiet with only occasional barking from a neighbour’s dog. The villa is huge with a well stocked kitchen. The pool is a good size and there is so much outside space. You can watch the skydivers while having breakfast by the pool. Filomena popped in every few days to check if we needed anything and Carmen was always quick to respond to queries. Would recommend a meal in the closest restaurant Dom Joao-fantastic Portuguese food. Also recommend using Alvor boat trips to see the caves and go snorkelling. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this villa and Alvor is a great location. Thank you Carmen.

Kleines Paradies
Wir waren rundum begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Ferienvilla. Bereits die Planung der Reise war angenehm, da unsere Gastgeberin Carmen uns mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt hatte. Das Haus selbst ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen. Im Garten gibt es sogar eine kleine Ecke mit frischen Kräutern, die man ernten darf. Der sehr schöne Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Filomena, die liebenswerte und sehr sympathische Hilfe, die alle zwei Tage u.a. zum Wechseln der Handtücher, Reinigen etc kommt. Carmen und Filomena waren sogar so fürsorglich, dass sie uns an einem Sonntag noch extra mit Ventilatoren wegen der Hitzewelle versorgt haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Vielen Dank, Carmen, für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, und vielen Dank auch an Filomena. Alvor selbst ist ein hübsches, nicht zu überlaufenes Fischerdorf mit einem schönen Hafen und sauberem Strand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Markt sowie Restaurants in der Nähe. Von hier aus lassen sich Küste und Hinterland prima erkunden, und mit Kindern kann man einen wunderbaren und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbringen.

Algarve return
Pre pandemic we had this property booked, from the moment we had to cancel it was our intention when the situation was allowed we would be going. Very easy to review a property that was everything it said it was. Carmen was a joy to deal with, very responsive and attentive. The maid was lovely and did her work quietly and without bothering us. Little to add except if you want a quiet break within easy walking of lovely Alvor this is well worth a visit. We travelled as 2 x 60 year old couples, thank you

Perfect Accommodations
Highly recommend! My family and I (5 adults- 3 generations) recently spent 10 days at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, location and property were perfect! We used this house as our home base to visit neighbouring sites in the morning and relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. We have shared this property info with our friends and highly recommend Carmen and her home should anyone come to Portugal. 5 stars!

….a very welcome getaway
After eighteen months of Covid isolation, it was a real treat to get away to this villa in Alvor. The house was very well appointed, the weather was fine, and it was really peaceful. The host was very helpful and responsive, notably for putting us in touch with Maria, a local woman to come and cook some excellent meals for us. As is normal, there were one or two minor issues (e.g. re appliances), and the pool was not Olympic size, which the photo suggested. But since it was late September the pool was a bit too cool anyway. We all had a good time, and the villa was an excellent base for visiting beaches and towns in the Algave. A great getaway.

As condições da casa são ótimas, casa moderna, muito bem equipada e decorada, espaço dos quartos muito bons, o exterior oferece bons momentos de relaxamento com muitas espreguiçadeiras, uma boa piscina, um vista privilegiada para o por do sol, a localização é muito boa, temos privacidade , zona muito tranquila! Proprietária Carmen sempre muito simpática e disponível, bem como a Filomena senhora que vem a meio da semana, também muito simpática e prestável! Aconselho a 200%!!!

Just returned for a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa and would certainly recommend to anyone planning a trip.
The villa itself is beautiful, airy, spacious and yet homely with a fantastic pool and equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Carmen was so helpful and patient as our trip was actually postponed from last year due to the pandemic. Communication was very easy and quick and we were able to plan our trip stress free. The villa was also kept clean and tidy throughout our stay by Philomena who was also really lovely and helpful. Alvor itself is a beautiful town and within walking distance from the villa as is the local super market which adds to the relaxed feel. We will definitely be back. Thanks Carmen!!

We had an excellent time resting relaxing and cooking, we only ate out twice in 7 days . Tastefully decorated in a colonial style, large rooms, high ceilings and fascinating artefacts - a very special experience.

ein rundum wundervolles Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat hier ein richtiges Zuhause gehabt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Sehr gute Betten. Der Pool, die ganze Stimmung wunderbar.
Ser guter Service alle zwei Tage.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich. Wir werden in jedem Falle wieder kommen, wenn es uns möglich ist.

Our stay at Casa da Oliveira
The villa is truly beautiful and a great place to unwind for a holiday.... being only 10-12 mins walk from Alvor, you really can simply walk around and forget about the car. With supermarkets and restaurants all close by and the beach just a short distance further, it is in a great location. The Villa itself is super clean and the lady who comes to clean is very attentive to the current COVID situation, we were made to feel safe at all times and almost forgot we were in the middle of such a pandemic. The owner, Carmen is very helpful and approachable.
We would highly recommend staying here (family of 4. children 9 and 7).
The only FYI would be, the WiFi is not unlimited and also pretty slow if anyone requires to work remotely from the villa, I had to switch to my 4G SIM, which wasn't an issue for me. The Wifi is fine for email, web surfing though...

Erholung pur in Alvor
Wir haben es als 6 köpfige Familie mit halbwüchsigen und erwachsenen Kindern sehr genossen in Alvor. Carmen, unsere Gastgeberin, war immer ansprechbar, das Haus war tiptop in Ordnung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Der schönste Strand der Algarve (Praia de tres Imaos) vor der Tür, tolle Restaurants und eine gemütliche kleine Stadt in Kürze erreichbar. Jederzeit und gerne wieder. Corona war hier weit weg!

Schönes Haus in netter Umgebung
Schönes großes Haus in einem sehr netten, gemütlichen Fischerort.
Die Casa de Oliveira ist ein größeres Anwesen mit großer Küche, sehr großem Wohnzimmer, drei großen Schlafzimmer, 2 kompletten Bäder, Swimming-Pool und mehreren Außenterrassen. Am Pool größerer Außenbereich mit Grill und Außenbestuhlung um draußen zu frühstücken oder abends zu grillen. Alle 2 Tage Reinigung und neue Pooltücher durch die sehr nette Reinigungskraft Filomena. Vermieterin Carmen ist sehr nett und kommunikativ und hilft bei allen Problemen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Alvor.

What a wonderful property Casa da Oliviera is.
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Alvor, the real highlight of our stay though was the villa. The pool with its amazing views and the spaciousness of the villa was perfect for our family of 6 plus a baby. A cot and high chair was supplied by Carmen too. The villa was very clean and tidy and the housekeeper visited midweek too. The kitchen was extensively equipped. Carmen was the perfect host and made contact with me at every stage ensuring that we had everything we needed. She also recommended an excellent taxi company to take us to and from the villa. Homely villa.
Carmen’s villa is a home from home, a really relaxing place to spend your holidays. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s within walking distance to the supermarket and Alvor village centre so there’s no need for a car, and the communication with Carmen is excellent. We hope to return some day.

A relaxing break in a beautiful location.
The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pictures online didn’t do it any justice, it was much bigger and had better views. The main bedroom opened onto the patio and pool area, where we would sit with a cup of Tea looking out at the early morning sun. The location from the main centre of Alvor was only 7 minutes walk, we timed it, but far enough out to be private and quiet. Carmen was so helpful and any questions we had, she was quick to respond. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a perfect holiday
Casa Oliveira is a fantastic property. It truly feels like a 'home away from home' not like your average holiday villa. The house is spacious and super well equipped, including the kitchen with its plentiful crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and any kind if cooking gadget/utensil you can think of. (Carmen, the only thing we were missing was a top-stove espresso maker). All rooms are lovingly decorated and everything is spotlessly clean upon arrival and Filomena makes sure it stays that way as she come in three times a week to tidy up and change towels, sheets etc. What a luxury! The pool terrace has stunning views, sunbeds and chairs are provided in sufficient numbers and if there is a strong wind from the sea there is still the sheltered back terrace to catch the sun.
We enjoyed the fact that the town centre of Alvor was in walking distance with the great bakery, the small covered market (very good for buying fresh fish), ice cream places and cafes. Walking to the beach is possible, but also easy and convenient to drive down with parking never a problem.
The biggest 'asset' of Casa Oliveira, however, is probably its owner, Carmen. Not only is she willing to share the delights of her home with holiday guests, she was very quick in responding during the booking process, gave helpful tips and excellent directions and was in touch and ready to help throughout our stay. Much appreciated and a big thank you.

A wonderful well maintained and managed property. Great communication from the owner . Wonderful commanding views across the valley with a fantastic heated private pool.
I have already reccomended it to several friends and collegues. Five minutes from the Pingu supermarket and 10 minutes from the centre of Alvor. Relly enjoyed our stay and would throughly recommend this villa.

Fantastic, well equipped villa in a great location!
Carmen's property is like a home from home. Well furnished and equipped with all the mod cons needed for a family and the pool and pool area a great place to relax! The villa is spotlessly clean and Filomena cleans the property to a very high standard 3 times a week. Carmen although on holiday at the time or our visit was contactable at all times and even from Holland arranged an extra clean of the villa and pool due to the ash that was being blown from the Monchique forest fire miles away.
The location is a leisurely 15 min walk from the centre of Alvor which has numerous bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. The beach is beautiful too and although busy as we stayed in August if you are prepared to stroll 5 mins up the beach away from the sunbeds and umbrellas you can still find a quiet spot. Slide and splash was a great day out for our two boys too. Supermarket is a 5 min walk down the road and has everything you need.
We really would recommend this villa to any family who would like to be close to amenities but not in the centre of it all. The villa is in a lovely quiet road with beautiful views of the hills in the distance. We would definitely come again!

Villa was excellent in every way, indoor space and outdoor space were well thought out with lots of seating areas. Villa has high ceilings which keep it cool. Three good sized bedrooms with one large shared bathroom and a large en suite. Easy walking distance to a large supermarket and a nice stroll into Alvor itself. We walked in and out each evening. Housekeeper comes every couple of days to change towels etc. Nice clean pool, good for cooling off but a bit smaller that some. Carmen was very helpful and contactable at all times. Would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends.

Beautiful place
We stayed at the Casa da Oliviera from July 3rd until July 10th 2018, with my daughter and her family. The Place is absolutely beautiful and very clean, the location couldn't have been better, walking distance to the market and great restaurants, and even down town Alvor. Filomena was very nice and discreet and so was the pool man. Great contact with our host Carmen the whole time as well, and she was very helpful and informative. We will definately recommend this gorgeous place.
