Keurig net appartement met twee slaapkamers en aparte keuken. Elk 3 bedden waarvan 1 tweepersoons. Inrichting vrij basis, 3 Tv's maar slechts 2 zenders, dus zelf inloggen op je streamingsdienst. Keurig schoon. Douchen in bad, beetje krap maar warm water volop. Geen afzuigkap dus let op met koken en de rookmelder. Prima locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Eigen parkeerplaats, Wi-Fi top!

Because of COVID, the Christmas markets in Stuttgart were closed, so we never went into the city. We did enjoy our time in Esslingen -- beautiful medieval city. The apartment was big and spacious.

Hat alles gepasst

Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft eingerichtet. Genau nach unserem Geschmack. Die Räumlichkeiten wirken durch die viele Türen sehr offen und sind sehr gemütlich und irgentwie romantisch. Die Küche hat alles was man für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Matratzen im großen Schlafzimmer, das wir genutzt hatten waren sehr bequem. Auch sonst hatten wir nur wenige Wünsche offen, wie zum Beispiel ein Kerbesen oder ein Wischmob. Aber das war mit einem Anruf schnell erledigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und für Fragen und Wünsche immer telefonisch erreichbar. Der direkte anliegender Friedhof ist gut geeignet für einen Spaziergang. Der Ludwigsburg Park "Bluender Barock" ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Gegenüber vom Haupteingang auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz. Sonst kann ich noch den Stuttgarter Zoo "Wilhelma" empfehlen und den Erlebnispark Tripsdrill mit dem gleichnamigen Wildpark. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener kurzer Urlaub. Dazu haben die Räumlichkeiten einen großen Teil beigetragen. ❤️

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Schlosses. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte gehen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten sind gut. Gerne wieder!

Eine schöne, sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Vielleicht etwas laut, uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke für alles!

Renting this property was very easy. Ludwigsburg is a very beautiful city, and this property is located in a great area; blocks away from the castle, restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and grocery stores. The flat is spacious and very nice. I wish that we had a microwave and at least one more mirror, but we adjusted. There were four senior adults staying in the flat. Since there are stairs, is not handicap friendly. Flat is very close to bus lines; therefore, getting to various areas and to train station was quite easy.

We stayed in apartment for 2 nights ... had everything we needed , including parking at the back if the property ... Comfortable for 2 couples travelling together ... Close to both Porsche and Mercedes museums... Great little apartment , could only be better if had a washing machine in the apartment...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe vom Zentrum, alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Schöne alte Villa mit Charme um moderne Elemente (z.B. Dusche) trefflich ergänzt. Wer es liebt in alten Gemäuern (da knackt und knirscht es auch mal) zu leben, ist hier genau richtig. Nette Vermieterin und beste Lage zur Innenstadt (Schloß). Gerne wieder !

The property is on a pretty busy street and parking is a little tricky, narrow driveway and not much space to park. The apartment is nice and spacious and the kitchen well equipped.

Excellent home. Very attentive and accommodating host. Met us at arrival, answered all questions. Even took care of some minor travel problems. Would stay again.

Great location, immaculate and spacious

We had 5 people staying in the apartment for two nights, mostly to visit the Cannstatter Volksfest in nearby Stuttgart. The apartment was spacious, with loads of natural light. It's well-furnished, with everything we needed to make (and clean up) breakfast. It's a short walk from the town center, and provides easy access to bus and train connections. The owners were very friendly and helpful with helping us figure out how to get around. They made themselves available if we needed anything, but we were pretty self-sufficient. Everyone in our group loved the apartment and the town, and would jump at the opportunity to return.

We arrived on 17, December for a 5 night stay to enjoy the Christmas Markets of Baden-Württemberg. We were greeted outside by Tomas who showed us the off-street parking area. Inside, we met with Sofie who took us through the apartment and showed us how everything worked. They were both so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels, a functional kitchen, and comfortable beds. They even stocked the refrigerator with bread, butter, jam, and milk for us.On one night, we ran into our hosts on our way downstairs. They graciously helped us select a restaurant for dinner, phoned to reserve us a table, and wrote down a list of menu items they thought we would enjoy (Sofie even drew little pictures to remind me what the German dishes were) They truly made us feel at home. The apartment is within easy walking distance to Ludwigsburg Palace and the Baroque Christmas market. We were able to visit several other Christmas Markets, castles, and palaces during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return.
