Ubicación, Limpieza, Atención... un excelente lugar, definitivamente altamente recomendable. volvería a ir cada que vaya a Cochabamba.

Muy buena la atención, el personal es un amor, y me dejaron hacer check in antes, siempre es muy cómodo el hotel, la ubicación es increíble.

Debes tener cuidado con las cosas con azúcar por las hormigas.

Breakfast was ok but they skipped it the last day. Location and parking was fine

They did not provide breakfasts the last day with no explanation or compensation for it. The person who delivered breakfast the first day was unnecessarily rude and hostile. They do not clean the apartment every day and they do not provide a groom to self clean.

Location is very good and near a lot of good bars, restaurants and in a very safe zone. Stuff was very friendly and parking was great

Breakfast was very very disappointing. No buffet just a very simple plain menu delivered to the room, sometimes cold. Forget about variety or choice. Shampoo dispensers did not work and look a bit funny (seems they were gone bad)

The hotel is well located near from city attractions. Breakfast was good enough.

I reserved through Booking.com an apartment with two bedrooms for 3 adults and 2 small children. There was only two bath towels in the bathroom. When I requested extra towels the staff at the hotel indicated that they couldn't provide us with more towels. This is suppose to be a 4 stars hotel, and they couldn't provide more towels for the guests? That did for the staff to start being rude with my party. I also didn't like to see signs with inventory and prices in the bathroom and kitchen. They also offered a better price in their own Facebook profile. When I asked about that price they said that it was my fault that I used BOOKING. COM for the reservation.
