We were down for a week and had a perfect trip. House was everything we needed and was so convenient to have a ramp and tons of dock space.

Great property directly on the Atlantic side in Islamorada. We stayed in the ground floor unit, there is a ground and upper floor unit. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful dock to fish from, took the complimentary kayak out for a paddle. The grounds are plenty spacious for groups staying at both units. So many places to eat in a short drive, bait shop was 3 blocks down the street. Absolutely great stay, try it out!

absolutely a fantastic place and what a great time we had. we had fresh fish every day for dinner. and lobster one day for lunch. all caught by our boys.

My husband & I stayed here for a week in Nov. 2023 and it was absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the property & location. The house is absolutely as advertised - very clean and well-equipped and comfortable. The property is quite large and spacious, and as a result it is very relaxing and private. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided, such as the bicycles & kayaks. There is quite a bit of interesting wildlife (birds, tarpon, etc.) to watch while here. We also enjoyed walking to many places in Islamorada. It's nice being not directly on US-1 (quieter), yet close to so many options for dining, shopping, etc. We would love to return!

There aren’t enough positive things to say about our time here! The house is absolutely perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better view- the house was well stocked with everything and spotless! This was a hard vacation to end for sure! We can’t wait to come back- many thanks to the wonderful hosts for everything they do!

Great little place right on the ocean. Excellent place to come if you have a boat, with a boat ramp and a beautiful dock. We caught fish right off the dock! The place is just as described, very clean. The outside is spacious and plenty of room for your toys. The hosts were very gracious and communicated quickly. I can’t say one bad thing about it. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is a pool.

This venue is perfect in so many ways for everything you could want from boating to traveling, once arrived you don’t even need the car to get around everything is in walking distance and it’s safe to ride bike take a run or walk to local pub.
Has the perfect dock for a good size boat and the views are ace.
The accommodation is clean, and modern with good size rooms, even the shower a walk in you can shower all the kids and some.
Easy access down stars with a supper cool area to hang out at night with breeze blowing.
We did sun rise every day and then on the boat just 10 mins ride to the reef.
Local fishing is perfect and we enjoyed some great local food and again you can walk.
The place has gates on the front drive and it is very private not over looked, great size yard, for the kids , bikes kayaks and a cool place with a freezer to keep fish and bait.
Everything works and you can tell the owners are upgrading and improving, the grounds and dock are clean clean.
This place is under the radar highly recommended , thanks to the owners for 100% on time communication , supper easy check in and ready to go

The location is wonderful and the cottage and property were well maintained. The owners are super responsive! The cottage is an apartment on the bottom floor of the house, which worked grreat since the other guests staying there were super nice. Big yard and boat dock offer a lot of room. The outdoor view of wide open water (ocean side) is incredible.

My husband and I came to this property on our baby moon and everything was perfect! The pictures are exactly the same and depict a very nice picture of what you are getting. The communication between the owners was quick when I had questions and they went out of their way to be nice. Everything was clean and perfect! Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

The home we stayed in was a beautiful and warm inviting. The home was spotless!!!!! You can sit there for hours and be lost in the beauty and the sound of the water. This was truly our best vacation ever

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. It is truly Paradise. Love the big fenced in yard for the dog to roam and enjoy.
The private boat launch is hubbys favorite!

We have stayed here multiple times. Love it! So clean and homey. Love the fishing pier. We were catching snapper and tarpon off the pier. So close to everything. Also loved the kayaks. We were able to.ride.bikes up to Lorelei to see the sunset. Just a beautiful vacation.

Rented the apartment for a week and friends rented the 2 bedroom upstairs. Worked out perfectly for all of us. We were there for a Take Stock in Children Rotary fishing tournament and we couldn't have picked a better location.!

Had a fantastic stay with the family here. All the amenities were well kept with plenty of spare towels, sheets and cleaning supplies if needed. The complimentary coffee and wine were such a nice surprise. We didn't have a boat to launch but if we bring one next year this will be my top choice.

Great location and setup
Great location within Islamorada. Amenities are well covered with everything you need in the kitchen and activities. Location is close to many restaurants that are boat friendly. You also have several that are walking distance to the property.

Wonderful
Loved this place..our 3rd trip to our favorite Key - we are already thinking same place next year only a little longer. Easy check in.. great communication with owner.Convenient to everything in Islamorada. Quiet, private..perfect for sunrise views. My husband fished from the pier..biked a mile or two..had everything we needed for our week in the Keys. Area fenced for the dog (young energetic golden retriever) to have a little freedom when she escaped us twice. I highly recommend this place!
