Wendy was a sheer delight to work with!! Very accommodating! Very involved in our planning and answering questions. Provided a person at check in to show us the house and answer questions. House was clean. Up to date and very well stocked for us to cook a few of our own meals. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We have been to Exuma many times, but this was our first time staying at Bahama Blue. The house and location were beautiful. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to enjoy our trip. Internet was strong, water pressure (that has been a problem in some houses) was great, beds were comfy….overall a fabulous place inside and out!

We spent 11 nights at this beautiful house right on the beach in Exuma. The easy access to the beach is awesome. We actually counted the steps from the porch to the beach! Only 50 steps and you are there. The house is very clean when they arrived, and the beds are comfortable. We used provided beach shares and umbrella on the beach, which made it comfortable for us all. The owner provided clear communication and provided a lot of information before we arrived. The property manager was kind and provided prompt response when needed. We have to mention the view, the view is beautiful from each window towards the beach. Most of time during our stay in June, we were alone on the beach. It was like having a private beach.🏖️
For future guest, we want to recommend visiting Jolly Hall beach, it is a gem with calm waters.
We want to think the owners for our stay and we would love to come back once again.

Amazing view and house. Had everything we needed. The kayaks were a pkus with a ton of floats !! The property manager Samantha was great as a two beach chairs broke upon sitting on them but were replaced by others same day ! Wendy was great to communicate with! Only recommendation would be something to help sliding door going into screen porch open more easily as I think that is why on of the handles was half broken when arrived - Samantha was notified. We absolutely had a great time shared the link with many friends and would def come back!! Thanks so much for everything Wendy and Samantha !! We all truly have the Bahama Blues!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bahama Blue! Wendy was very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. Samantha, the house manager was very welcoming, friendly and so helpful with anything that was needed. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, well located, and very well appointed. It was very easy to find when driving from the airport. I appreciated that it was not directly on Queen’s Highway. This provided a more private feel. The beach in front of the home is soft white sand and beautiful blue ocean with two small islands approximately a mile off shore. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats provided to use at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked most nights we were there. There is also a gas grill on the patio which worked well. The bed in the master was very comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure. There are a few other homes in the development, however we found it to still feel private and quiet. We would definitely return. It was a wonderful, relaxing getaway.

Was our 2nd time in Exuma. So we wanted to stay in a diff location. Very convenient - 5 minutes from airport. Gtown is 15/20 minute drive. Recommend renting to drive around/explore the island. Communication with Wendy and team was seamless. Had a few minor issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. House very well kept, very clean, very organized, well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Screen porch nice to keep out flies. House in a small dev - Casa Del Mar - feels very safe. Has a shared Cabana overlooking ocean to sit out of the sun. Porch on water side is nice spot with Comfy furniture. Tiled terrace below porch has more furniture though not as comfortable. One suggestion would be to trim hedges between the house and the water to provide a little better view of the water while sitting on the porch. It does act as a good buffer for the wind/sand blowing up towards house, but trimming just a bit would make a big difference to see more water while seated. One note as you consider best location in exuma. House is on Jimmy Hill beach. Good beach with beautiful water, however is directly on ocean side so you get more wind and water is rougher. Pros and cons to this. Breeze is amazing, keeps things cool, keeps the flies away. We stayed last year at Tropic of Cancer which is a beautiful picturesque beach with very calm water but the flies were more noticeable. Overall a great stay though and would definitely recommend renting Bahama Blue from Wendy and her team! Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beach was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs and floats and even life jackets if you decide to take a kayak out. We rented a boat from Minns for 3 separate days. Definitely money well spent. Not a lot of great food options, but we made do. Santanas in little Exuma was worth the drive of about 50 minutes.

The beach was amazing - soft, wonderful sand...the most wonderful blue water...no rocks...and rolling waves to play in. Our family loved this location so much. And on top of it the house was spectacular. Loved the screen porch to hang out in at night and avoid the bugs. The rooms were plenty large, beds comfortable, etc. We cook meals at the house because of food issues and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! It was an amazing week. We have stayed many places over the years and this one topped the list!

This is mine and my husband’s third year in a row visiting Exuma. It is just an amazing place! It is a beautiful place and everyone there is so very nice. This year we stayed in a beautiful home called Bahama Blue in Casa Del Mar. Oh my what a beautiful house; 3 bedrooms with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom, comfortable beds, screened in porch, nice patio and right on a private beach. Communication with the owner was very easy and she seemed to be truly committed to my group having a comfortable stay. Thanks! The only thing I could mention is that there was a lot of wear and tear on the screened porch furniture and the beach chairs; a few broken chairs and a small plastic table that collapsed when a beach bag was placed on it. The lounge chairs on the outside patio were in great shape and very comfortable! It was just a great stay, in an amazing house, with gracious hosts.

Bahama Blue House was perfect for our group.
The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed.
2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two small single beds. Each of the bedroom has its own bathroom, that offers privacy.
The kitchen was well equipped, we only missed a electric kettle to cook quick hot water.
We had delicious BBQ from the gasgrill.The dinning room was the focal point for exiting game evenings.
Porch and living room look bigger on the photos than they are. Unfortunaly the car garage can not be used. But at mild february temperatures, not a big problem.
The house is close to a beautiful beach and we enjoyed long beach walks. Unfortunaly the sea was mostly rough.
Thats why we always driven to calm beaches for swimming.
Wendy, the owner, took great care of us. Issues got solved quickly. Thank you for your hospitality.
We hope we can come back one more time, someday..

Wendy was extremely prompt responding to our questions and anything we needed. She provided great advice for things to do on the island and where to go. She even checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The home was furnished with plenty of beach equipment if you happened to forget something. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed to cook dinners at the home. Gabby did a great job of getting us a new tank for the grill and assisting us with watching the superbowl at the home when we were struggling to access the network. The beach was pure white sand and the water is a beautiful teal color. That this the best place to stay in Casa Del Mar in our opinion.

This is our third time to Exuma and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The house location is perfectly located on the island – only minutes from the airport, walking distance to a beach restaurant/bar (Tim’s on the Bay), close to Georgetown (convenient for groceries) and halfway to everything else! The house floor plan is perfect for families, with the three rooms, separated to opposite corners of the house and each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need, including spices, soap, etc. The best part for our family was the screen porch with both a sitting area with couch/chairs and a dining table for 6. We sat out there every night listening to the waves without worrying about no-see-ums and mosquitoes (an issue on past visits where we didn’t have a screen porch!). We also appreciated the extras not advertised – a large cooler to put in the back of the truck for island-exploring days, reuseable shopping bags (they don’t use plastic disposable bags on the island) and cooler bags to keep things cool on the beach. The beach toys, chairs, kayaks, life jackets, etc. all worked great. The beach is perfect for long walks without seeing anyone else. Both Wendy and her management team were amazing and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family Thanksgiving 2023!

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I knew this is exactly where I wanted to book for our first trip to Exuma! From the start, Wendy was wonderful to work with. She sent great suggestions on places to eat, visit, and explore. The house was exactly as pictured and was plenty of room for my family of 5. It had absolutely everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and we had it mostly to ourselves. The house included everything we needed for the day from beach chairs, umbrellas, pool towels, kyaks, toys! When we weren’t at the beach we spent a lot of time in the screened in porch, enjoying the evening! Can’t wait to come back!

The house is an ideal sanctuary for when you get tired of the the paradise that surrounds it. Equipped with everything you might need and locally managed by very helpful and attentive folks. Wendy (Owner) was communicative and helpful from the time we booked to our departure. Lots of great recommendations. Great house and location on Exuma. A short drive from the airport. The house has everything you would need. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the beach toys and chairs in the shed. Very few people on the beach if any most days. Only tip would be to bring bug spray if you are going to be outside around the house.

This house is the perfect size for 4 people. I love that each bedroom has it's own spacious bathroom. The house is up to date with very nice furnishings. Everything you need is there for you. The beach is perfect! If you bring your own snorkel, there is a perfect spot to see lots of fish not far from shore. Watching the sunrise every morning from the porch was also great!

We just returned from a week stay at Bahama Blue. Everything about this stay was perfect!
The house itself is fabulous. It's a five-minute drive from the airport, which is perfect after a long travel day. The house was spotless, spacious, full of light, with gorgeous views from every window. It's very well stocked, including a shed with chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys.
It's a one-minute walk from the beautiful back porch down to a beach that was practically private the whole time we were there.
Wendy was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful and accommodating, from giving us tips and recommendations on different vendors and restaurants, very specific directions from the airport, and flexing our check -in and out times around our flight times.
I sincerely hope we get to return here one day!

This was our first trip to Bahamas. The Exumas was Paradise!!!! It was so gorgeous. The owner of the house, Wendy, was the best to work with for helpful information for planning and excursions. The house was even better than the pictures. It was the perfect house and when returning I will only stay at her property. It had everything we needed and more. The beach out front of her home was one of the most beautiful we visited while we were there. You could just stay at her house and beach and be in heaven without going anywhere else. I had my mom, aunt, sister in law, niece 18 and my daughter 15. Also, I can’t say enough good things about Denardo the driver. We chose not to rent a car. He took us all over the island. It was a magnificent trip!

Never having been to Exuma, we were blown away by Bahama Blue. The house is exactly as described in the listing. So much space, very clean, lots of supplies for your every need. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of beach towels. My kids LOVED having the beach right out the door and had so much fun with the boogie boards and inflatables. We used the kayaks on a calm day. There are plenty of chairs to sit and watch the waves. The house location is perfect for exploring all over Great Exuma. Thank you, Wendy!! Location is literally across the road from the airport. House was very comfortable for 6 adults. Lots of room. Large screened patio and very large unscreened back porch. Beach is right out the back door. While the beach is public we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Wendy and Gabby were very responsive to all our questions or concerns. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first trip to Exuma and this property location was perfect. It is very close to the airport and right in the middle of the island so you could explore both north and south areas. The house layout was great and the kids loved having their own room with two twin beds. The house is right on the beach which felt like we had all to ourselves. Often we were the only people on the beach. There are kayaks and beach chairs you can use which was very helpful. Wendy was great with suggestions and helpful tips about what to do and bring on the trip. We will definitely be back.

Bahama Blue is a beautiful property. The layout of the accommodation provides privacy for 3 couples with ensuites attached to each bedroom. The beach is steps away and goes on as far as the eye can see. Phenomenal!

Can't say enough about this place, the best of both worlds - raw nature but still the comforts of home. Exuma has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The house is exceptional in its details and amenities. The views are truly stunning, with a perfect view of the sunrise. Everything you need is provided from fluffy bath towels, soaps and shampoo, to plenty of beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even plenty of spices and oils.
Communication with both the owner and property manager was easy. Questions were answered promptly and Gabby even popped right over when we had a problem with the TV.

Great place with wonderful views of the ocean and is located close to the airport. We basically had the beach to ourselves the entire week. Would highly recommend this rental to anybody who wants a quite beach experience.
