Beautiful apartment - clean and warm and very cosy. We really appreciated welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. The views are amazing! Comfortable beds. So convenient for getting into the town along Fistral beach. And easy parking. Thank you so much we would love to return .

Lovely position, enjoyed the walk into Newquay above Fistral bay. Evenings and mornings sat on the balcony with friends, chatting eating and drinking were what made this place just lovely. Added bonus (seasonal) use of the outdoor heated pool. Super clean, all you could need and a parking space.

Girls away for the weekend - we have a lovely time. The house is very clean & welcoming with nice little touches in the kitchen to make our stay very comfortable. Located very near the beach and within walking distance of the main town. Lovely neighbour too who was very helpful. We used this as a base and visited many other parts of Cornwall as well as Newquay. Communication with Christine has been very easy. A perfect place to stay.

A lovely house in an excellent location. You can hear the sea from the balcony and wake up to the view from nearly all the windows. The house was immaculately clean (thanks Carla). We would definitely return and so would the dog - the little dog treats were such a kind thought. A really lovely place to spend your time

We enjoyed our stay at Christine’s place. It was spotlessly clean and had some biscuits, tea/coffee and milk available on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long drive! It had everything we needed (we were aware there was no washing machine). Amazing shower in the bathroom! Bedrooms small but plenty of storage. Mattresses on the soft side and the blinds could be noisy when the windows were open. Curtains may be a better option. We did miss a dining table inside but made use of the outside one when the weather was good. My son liked the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The area was very quiet at night. We made use of the heated swimming pool after days on the beach. It’s an easy walk down to Fistral beach but a steeper walk up! Crantock also easy to access at low tide (bridge) or high tide (boat). Gorgeous walks down the headland and the Fern Pit Cafe is definitely worth a visit. All in all we had a great week and would stay here again quite happily!

Property was beautifully maintained and spotless. The welcome pack was a nice touch especially the Chocolate Hobnobs! The views from both front rooms and the terrace over Fistral beach were absolutely stunning even in the rain. The town centre was a short 15-20 minute walk away and the beach just a short walk. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet but within walking distance of all the things that Newquay has to offer.

The property was spotless and well appointed. There was a very nice welcome pack which came in very handy as we arrived late. The beach view was awesome from every room. The shower was large and everything was in excellent order. I could have moved in and lived there forever. One tiny little gripe was the lack of a sun lounger or soft seating area, the seagulls made it pretty impossible to eat outside so a swap might be an idea? I don't know maybe that was just us. Would thoroughly recommend the property. It was also a 3 minute drive to the beach and we always found a free parking space near to the entrance. You can also use the public footpath for a 10 minute walk although it was a bit rocky for older folk. All in all very sad to leave and a big thank you to the host and the person who cleans the property. I hope she is paid well!

We arrived at the property on Wednesday and left this morning. We were surprised and delighted with the facilities left for us milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, very appreciated x the location of the property is 5 mins from the beach. It was a wonderful break away would definitely return in the future. Thank you very much

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very clean. The two single beds were extremely comfortable. The double good. The outdoor pool was a lovely bonus due to the hot weather. Nicely heated to take then edge off. Beautiful views. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Much appreciated after a long drive. 18 minute walk to Rick Steins and the beach. 12 minute walk to Lewinick Lodge (highly recommend) Christine was great at replying to my messages. We would definitely return. Thank you.

This place was lovely, and our stay was so fun! It was clean and had everything we needed. Plus it was so close to the beach and walks and good food! I'd definitely recommend it!

This is our second stay in Fistral Court having rebooked as soon as we returned last year! Breathtaking views of the sea and the beach from the living room and main bedroom. Cozy, clean and modern, short drive or 25 min walk to Newquay centre but the immediate area is peaceful and quiet away from the nightlife! The neighbour is lovely and her bunny rabbits that visit the balcony are adorable! Highly recommended!

Our second time staying in the house this year. First Christmas ever away from home and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was cozy and with a Christmas tree to put our presents under. We all had a great time and will be repeating next year.

Absolutely fabulous spot to enjoy views, and is walking distance to Fistral beach, Crantock tidal foot bridge, lovely cafes, and the Pentire walks. Very clean and cosy, and has everything needed for a small stay. I would suggest it would benefit from a new double mattress soon, and a cheese grater! Some people would struggle with the stiff key turn and rusty gate latch. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This apartment is all about the view and wow, what a view. Apartment is small but cosy and spotlessly clean would recommend it to anyone.

Great accommodation with views of Fistral Beach, Headland and golf course. Car parking, welcome pack, walks to local cafe and restaurants and coastal views all good.

Could not use the TV, kept saying it was not connected, did not know how to turn off the large round lights top of stairs and in bathroom and had difficulty with key in front door, views were spectacular

Cannot recommend this place enough. Christine’s property ticks all the boxes it really does, a short walk away from local beaches, stunningly beautiful views (the balcony for morning coffee was my favourite), the place itself was super clean and tidy - with everything you could possibly need. So well organised and thought out, communication beforehand, booking and duration of our stay was excellent. I don’t have anything negative to say at all. Thank you very much :-)

Lovely house with a fabulous view from all aspects. Couldn’t have had a better time, sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning watching the activity on Fistral beach….perfect. Christine was a great host and answered any questions very quickly, usually within the hour. I’m sure that we will be back.

Great facilities and the balcony/view were out of this world. Would highly recommend as a perfect place to stay. We were a family of 4 (with 2 teens).

We had a great stay at Christine's place. Great location, easy parking, and Good space for baby, dog and husband. Christine was very quick at replies, just wish there was a washing machine instead of heading to launderette in town.

Feel mean taking a star off for cleanliness, as it was clean but just a couple of points. I got hoover out to pick up some rogue dog hair that had got trapped in the cables of the standard lamp in the corner (it happens!) and I disposed of a couple of empty beer bottles that were left in the wardrobe, and a discarded cigar end under the table on the balcony. The recycling outside was full so perhaps had missed the last collection? But didn’t detract from being a great place to stay with our cockerpoo. REALLY appreciated the welcome goodies, especially the milk in the fridge, as was gasping for cuppa when we arrived! Very well equipped with everything we needed and the location was even better than we had hoped. Thank you very much for a super break, and the dog treats were a very nice touch.

Booked this stay for a long weekend for 80th birthday celebrations. Property was very comfortable, clean and tidy with convenient parking,lovely welcome pack on arrival including some treats for our sausage dogs.Excellent location for visiting many fabulous places Lovely views accross fistral beach. Slight downside, blinds in bedroom a little irritating as clattered alot if window open so unable to listen to the sea and didn't offer any protection from early morning light .
