We stayed here for a few months while we were in the process of moving to the area and it worked out amazingly well. Our families got along well and our kids loved it. The bunk bed has a twin on top, a full on bottom, and a pull-out bed underneath so when my son or daughter were sad at night my wife and I could both sleep in there to help them feel better. Everything inside is in good condition. We were so close to restaurants and grocery stores, especially since Timpanogas Highway gives us a straight shot to all of the shopping and the 15 freeway. We would definitely stay here again if we hadn't just bought a house in the area.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family during our visit to Utah. The location was great. Everything in the rental was clean and comfortable. We loved curling up every evening by the fireplace. Jordan and Jamie are great hosts!

This basement apartment is comfortable and has everything we needed for our family. We have 5 children ages 1-14 and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The owners were great to work with. They provided a pack n play for our youngest and allowed our children to play in the back yard. We forgot a couple of items when we left and they were in contact with us so we could arrange to have them picked up. Really felt like they went above and beyond. Highly recommended place to stay!!

I think this was my 6th time staying here. The owners are so hospitable. They give you your space but are available if you need anything. The unit is SUPER clean with everything you need for cooking and toiletries in the bathroom. Plenty of extra bedding. The bunk bed has a trundle and there is a roll-a-way available too. The 2nd room can sleep 3-4. Another smaller child could sleep in the "Kid's Hideout." The location is just off a main highway and super close to restaurants, grocery, gas, and American Fork Canyon. We love this property, the owners, the price, and location!!

We enjoyed our stay. This place was so close to everything! The separate entrance was nice so we could come and go as we pleased. It was clean and equipped with extra sheets and blankets. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVE this property. This was our 4th stay. With 2 teenagers and a toddler, this is perfect for our family. All the beds are comfy. The Kid's Cave is so fun. The kitchen has everything you need. The suite has plenty of room without feeling like you're on top of each other. The hosts are super fantastic. They do everything they can for your personal comfort. They are quick to help in any way. They give you your space but are just too fun not to get to know. We're looking forward to staying here again.

This place is huge! I love the additional little nook got the kiddos to play, the only thing I can say is my husband is 6”2 and the bed was a bit tiny for him But this place was perfect Amazing reclining couch, Apple TV with surround sound and workout equipment if needed Definitely recommend this place

We loved our stay here! The owners are very accommodating to our needs. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful. It is very family friendly. They had toys for the kids, lots of comfortable beds, noise machines for sleeping, a great kitchen for meals. The place is a very clean and comfortable environment. It felt like being home away from home.

We stayed here with our young children and were very happy with the accommodations. There was somewhere for all of our children to sleep, and they especially loved the little play area. Everything was clean and we appreciated having use of a kitchen, which you don't get in a hotel. Owners were responsive if we had any questions. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

This basement apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Having small children, we liked that it is walking distance from a park (on sidewalks). The only downside was noise coming through from the owners who live in the upper level - we completely understand they were not doing anything overly noisy, but it was surprisingly easy to hear them (footsteps on the ceiling, as well as voices through the stairwell door). I would recommend adding more soundproofing to the stairwell door - it has a visible large gap at the bottom, leading me to believe that a few small soundproofing measures might go a long way. Owners were exceptionally responsive via text which I appreciated. Having fresh eggs from their backyard chickens waiting in the fridge gave us an easy way to make breakfast the first morning before we had any groceries!

You would never guess this was a basement. Very comfortable beds. Owners were very friendly. I would definately stay here again.

This was our third time staying here. We love this place. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. They are very accommodating but still give you your space. They make sure everything you need is ready to go. I'm a people person and have had a chance to meet both hosts. Wonderful people! The property was clean, comfy (especially the new couch), stocked with what we needed. There's plenty of room for a small family. We're looking forward to our next visit.

We were passing through SLC and needed a place to stay for one night. This place was perfect for what we needed! The owners were super friendly, communicating in advance about our upcoming stay, and making themselves available should we need anything. There was easy access into the basement apartment, which was spotless upon our arrival! Just as advertised, the place was spacious and comfortable. We love this property! This was our second stay here. The place is very clean, roomy, comfortable, and well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We love the kids nook- roomy enough for one or two children to sleep in. The master room has a very comfortable bed. The second room has a very comfortable bunk with a twin on top and full on the bottom. The bathroom showerhead is adjustable to your water pressure preference. The location is close to the things we like to do when we visit. The hosts are very accommodating. They provide fresh eggs from their chickens and a basket of snacks. They are warm and inviting and fun to talk to and get to know. But they will also give you your space if you’re not up for talking. Their children love to have playmates. We highly recommend this place!

This property was clean, spacious, & had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and the eggs were delicious. We felt like we were at home!

The place was lovely; I enjoyed coming home after a full day and turning on the fireplace to warm my bones while relaxing with my feet up. The place was clean, the kitchen was loaded with everything you need if you wanted to make a meal. There were a few snacks in case you arrived empty handed. The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked great with enough towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap to leave mine home. When I arrived, there were 6 eggs in the refrigerator from the chickens the owners raised, and that was nice. For me, I can't eat eggs without toast and butter, so I picked some up the next day to enjoy with my eggs! The accommodations are located in the family's basement, but the way the unit is designed, there is a completely separate entrance if you want to avoid interacting with the owners, and there is plenty of daylight coming through the standard and over-sized windows! Don't hesitate because of the unit being in the basement. There was no musty smell, it was dry and extremely pleasant to stay here. The family's children greeted me as I left each morning and twice I had contact with the owners as I was coming or going. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Do not bring any pets, even service animals as they are not allowed on the premises. This home is completely pet and animal free! (except for the chickens in the backyard!) I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again. Linda

We had a great time. The rental was very convenient and easy access to American Fork canyon and Thanksgiving Point. The hosts very very kind and easy to work with.
