We had great stay and will encourage other family members to stay here as well. Very clean and updated. Away from the city but still very close. We did a family members stay to watch the football game at northwestern. It was only 10 miles away. I highly encourage anyone needing to visit the area to stay here. Plenty of restaurants close by. This property is in a great location and is nicer than the pictures indicate. It was very comfortable and we had all the amenities of home we could think of. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here with my father, son, and Uncle. Boys trip to see some baseball games and a Notre Dame football game. House was great. Really clean and the remodel is very nice. Jefferson Park Neighborhood is really cool as well. Wished there were a few more good places to eat/drink close by. But we explored and found some good ones. Pretty close to Wrigleyville when there is no traffic! House is really nice and so are the beds. Only item we wish we had was an additional half bath since there were 4 of us. But no big deal. Loved it. Owner was VERY easy to work with.

The apartment is just as described, communication is easy with Adrian, the neighborhood is nice and secure, you can get back late at night,. Even tough the apartment is not near downtown, you can find public transportation in a short walk. We would definitely stay at Adrian’s place again.

It was perfect for a family trip to Chicago. Convenient street parking out front and a short walk to the Blue Line. Very clean.

This property was exactly what we needed. As a family with 4 kids we needed a place that could support us all and this was it! The location was on a great street with easy parking and the decor was nice but all at heights friendly for a 7 month old. If we come back to Chicago we would love staying here again.

This is a really nice, clean location. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The neighbors were playing music Saturday night until very late, but that's not the owner's fault! Overall we really liked this place and appreciated how conveniently located it is. Would definitely stay there again!

What a very nice place to stay! Having three bedrooms was fantastic. Very clean and many thoughtful little amenities. Was so very nice coming "home" after a long day of sight seeing and being able to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. Short trip to a local grocery and Joe's Pizza. Thank you Adrian! It was such a pleasure meeting you and thank you for such a great experience. Will recommend for business and leisure.

This property was perfect for us. The right location. The property manager was excellent. The place was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed and more. The extra touches were appreciated….plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Appliances were top notch and everything worked. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Overall good experience in this property, easy access to shops and nice neighborhood. Only complaint is that we were not informed about the street parking policies in regards to street cleaning days, being that we are not from Chicago. Aside from that, pleasant experience.

Great location, convenient to OHare. Quiet despite being close to the highway. Free parking out front. Modern kitchen, comfy new furniture, and nice little extras provided. Our A/C went out one evening (it was a cool night thankfully) and the owner showed up in 15 minutes to fix it.

It was so easy to Uber to downtown and Wrigley. Will for sure stay again!!! The pictures online do not do it justice…clean and comfortable and accommodating!

The whole experience was wonderful. The home is beautiful and located in a great area convenient to Chicago and surrounding areas. Our hose was wonderful and accommodating. Will stay here again when in town.

We stayed on a warm humid weekend and the apartment was a cool quiet respite at the end of our days of sightseeing. It is located within easy walking distance of the train from O’Hare and to downtown. We parked our vehicle in front and dropped off our luggage and didn’t have to drive the entire time.We’ll be back and thank you Adrian!

Place was great! Very clean! Very roomy. Adrian was awesome. We had a tv go out during our stay and he came over right away with a brand new one and replaced it!!

Home was spotlessly clean, and very well supplied with whatever we needed. It appears to have been newly remodeled. Very beautiful home. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions.

Really enjoyed the walks to get Weston Coffee and Gorilla Sushi(both also recommended). It is a well designed and maintained property. We would defintely stay there again when in town.

My daughter and 7 year old granddaughter spent 10 days here while my daughter received out patient therapy for a medical condition. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. This was my first vrbo experience but won't be my last! The checkin process was as simple as reading an email. The owner allowed us to check in early since our first therapy session was done by noon. The apartment was exactly like the pictures showed it to be. It was very well stocked. The only thing I can honestly say that we needed and didn't have were measuring spoons. We tried to eat in as much as we could so we cooked lot. If that's the only supply missing, I have to give the owner a huge pat on the back for the way he keeps the apartment supplied! The neighbors were super friendly as well. My granddaughter played outside with the neighbors kids and on our last night both little girls were crying because we were leaving! I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is great to work with. He responded to every question I had in a very timely manner. If we come back for another stay we will look to rent this property first!

I was raised on Chicago's North side in a "two flat" so this was like going home. Though the property is not from the expressway noise was not a problem. The apartment itself was great. Very modern kitchen, nicely decorated and comfortable. We will stay there the next time we visit . I do not think you will be disappointed in this lovely appartment

Our family had a great time exploring Chicago, and after a long day of walking around town, it was nice to come back to this place tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was extremely well kept - clean, well stocked with everything needed to cook, and high end touches throughout. As an added benefit, there was ample free parking on the street out front, and it was a quick walk to the Jefferson Park 'L' station; be sure to stop by Westons Coffee & Tap to grab a drink (across the street from the station).
