Well equipped apartment with almost everything you need, apartment says for four people, we had only two, 4 would be very tight but it would work.
Hosts were very nice and helpful

Amazing property, lovely host. Perfect location for Skiing. Short walk to bud route - D Morzine and A for Morzine and Avoriaz. Great apartment - clean and awesome. Highly recommend- pictures don’t do it justice.

This was our 4th time at the apartment and in short we shall continue to return.
We travel to Morzine every year as a group of 3 and ever since our first visit we try to book the apartment as its ideally situated; clean, tidy and perfect for our needs.
Communication with the host has always been easy and we'd very much recommended and book again.
Look forward to next year already..

We arrived late on a Thursday and our host was great as we changed our arrival time a few times!
The apartment was spotless, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, washing-up liquid, dishwasher (and tablets!) and a few necessities like coffee...it's the little things!
We skied in Avoriaz and the lift is 10mins walk away.
I would highly recommend staying here, it was warm, spotless, quiet and so comfortable, we honestly did not want to leave :)

We went for 4 days skiing and the location of the apartment was perfect for walking to main gondolas in Morzine - no more than 10 minutes walk. There’s also a bus stop for the free bus service 2 minutes away. The apartment is exceptionally clean, very warm and comfortable. It’s easy to dry your ski gear if you get wet.
Small but well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in, but there are many restaurants and bars close by. Would stay there again.

Very clean and well kitted out. Ideal for our stay. A short walk downhill to the ski bus. Supermarket also convenient. Recommend the Clin D'oielle near Carrefour for a meal (need to book)

The accommodation has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bus stop ( line D) for Pleney and Super Morzine just 2-3 minutes away.

Thank you Gilbert. We had a wonderful Christmas break in this small, compact apartment. It had every thing we could have wanted for two adults and a teenager. It was spotlessly clean, modern and new. The sofabed was very comfortable. The shower was great and very hot. The view was to die for and the parking just outside the door was ideal. Gilbert was very helpful, kind and generous. Walking distance to the lifts, or the bus stop. We loved it and looking forward to returning.

We had an excellent stay and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the centre and main lifts in Morzine.

Gilbert's apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The apartment is located just over a 5 minute walk from the supermarket which is convenient and there is a ramp near the apartment that takes you directly down the hill.
You can catch the ski bus from the bottom of the road to the main slopes.
Gilbert was welcoming and accommodating throughout our trip. We would definitely stay again.

The Chalet is in a quiet yet only a short walk to the centre of Morzine and the ski lifts. Perfect for a 4 day stay with fantastic views over the Morzine ski area. We'll be back

Our second stay in this property and it was even better than the first. Super apartment with everything you could want and much, much more. Top location, just a few minutes, easy walk to the free bus stop and amazing views of the town and Pleney slopes from the lounge window.. Gilbert is a lovely host and we simply can’t wait to return.

What a lovely apartment. Just had a perfect week. We found the reviews all helpful and accurate! It is in a great location for skiing, as well as being only a short walk into town of an evening. The window view was stunning, the apartment well equipped with comfy beds As well as a fab kitchen and bathroom. Gilbert was a lovely host and quick to respond to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Morzine.
