This apartment is fantastic! Location wise, it's only a 15 minute walk from Disney or a 5 minute bus journey (the number 47 bus stop is a minutes walk away) and a 5 minute walk from the shopping mall with restaurants, a supermarket (Auchan) and shops. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and super clean. It's in a very secure complex (3 different codes to get in or your key swipe) and is very quiet. A number of the apartments are obviously owner occupied so you feel like you are part of a community. The balcony overlooks a quiet and peaceful garden and beyond that you can see the balloon from Disney Village and Newport Bay hotel. The apartment has almost all the amenities you could want, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The only things we felt were missing was an extra seat in the living area (the settee only has enough for 3 people), a dryer for overcast days and the ability to connect to Smart Tv would be nice for when you want some downtime. Other than that, the flat was amazing and I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!

We had a great week in this apartment. It was in a great location for Disneyland (15min walk) and Val d'Europe (5 min walk) with easy access to Paris via the train. The children really enjoyed the local playground which was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed baguettes and pastries from L'Atellier each morning they were open and had a nice evening meal at L'Interprete. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Family of 4 this apartment met all our needs. Perfect location we walked to Disney 15minute stroll. Supermarket nearby and lots of shops and restaurant 5mins away by foot. My only grumble was the beds very firm but that’s my personal preference. The apartment could also benefit from some wine glasses. A perfect 5 star stay. Very happy

En general el apartamento nos ha gustado. Nos ha faltado vasos y cubiertos, habían los mínimos. Tambien nos ha faltado un mantel para la mesa. Respecto a los utensilios de limpieza, pensamos que la fregona, la escoba el recogedor y las bayetas necesitan renovarse mas y acompañarlos de productos para la limpieza del suelo, el baño, la lavadora puesto que si vas pocos dias tienes que invertir bastante en esos productos que luego no te llevas y ademas en el anuncio dice que los proporciona la agencia. Por el resto todo bien, el precio, la ubicación y el trato de la agencia. Volveremos a confiar en sus servicios. Gracias

Apartment and position were really quiet and convenient. Disney was not so impressive. Lots of attractions not working. One person serving ice creams and coffee so queue was 90 mins. Pay the extra and go to Florida. Paris is a poor comparison.

Our apartment was great. Location was perfect and a great location for Disney. Only complaint that I would have is, that the shower/tub only had one shower head and it was so low that it was a pain to use. Other than that our stay was amazing.

We have just had another fantastic two weeks visiting Disneyland Paris. We have previously stayed in a different apartment that we thought was amazing and were a little worried that this one wold not match up. It did in most ways and in some ways was better. The apartment was a good size, especially for this price, it had everything you could want and the location was fantastic. This area is perfect for going into the parcs, catching a train into Paris or going shopping or eating in Val de Europe which is little more than a five minute walk away, Everywhere was spotless clean when we arrived. Communication before we arrived as always was great and having the office close by we know if we had any problems we could just pop in, Thankfully everything went smoothly and we didn't need the support of the very friendly staff, not like last year when my hubby had a bad back and we ordered a massager from Amazon and they helped us by having the parcel delivered to their office. The space in the bedroom with single beds was a little tight for us. My son is disabled and is in a very large wheelchair which we could not get into the room. This would not have been a problem for a standard sizes wheelchair as all door widths are accessible sizes but my son's chair is very long. The sofa bed in the lounge is extremely comfortable and it would not be a problem to use this for a full holiday. This makes this apartment excellent value when you consider that you can sleep 6 adults in the property and you won't feel like you are crowded. The apartment has its own secure parking which is fantastic and also adds to the value. We have several years ago had a holiday at the Hipark hotel which is just next door and the parking for that was charged at 10 Euros a night and this is included in the price for this apartment. We love this area, it feels nice and calm and this apartment has fantastic views towards the Newyork Bay Hotel which is beautiful at night when it is all lit up. You can also see the balloon at the Disney Village as it goes up and down during the day. Another holiday over but it will definitely not be our last with Celine, Kitxada and Susana. They have supported us to have 4 fantastic holidays in this area and hopefully we will be back soon. We have particular difficulties because of my son's condition but the team have been very supportive and we look forward to catching up with them again. Ideal para ir a Disney. Instalaciones y equipamiento del apartamento perfectos. Sin problemas tanto para recoger como pasa entregar la llave. No puedo ponerle ninguna nota negativa. Recomendado 100x100.

The master bedroom it is small but comfortable, the second bedroom is exactly as the photo small with two single beds and the sofa bed is a plus. However we did not needed it since we were a family of 4. The location is only 15 minutes walk from the RER station which we used to travel to Paris. The travel time to Paris normally is 30 to 40 minutes but at the time of or visit the RER was in a strike and it took between 1 hour to and 1:30. There is an shopping mall where you can find a store to buy groceries in case you plan to cook and a street of high ended outlet stores with great discounts. The area is very quiet and safe but there are many very nice restaurants from Spanish food to Groment French and bars walking distance from the apartment. The agency staff are very friendly and helpful. At the apartment the agency provided a book with directions maps, it helps to navigate and become familiar with the area.

The owners were very accommodating. The place is amazing. New furniture and very clean. The balcony is huge with the view to the back yard and one of the Disney hotels. The complementary tea was the best tea we've ever had. We will come back next year same time. Thank you!

The apartment is perfect. It is smart, modern, clean, spacious and comfortable and has a lovely balcony. The location is only minutes away from Disneyland and the RER station to which you can walk to or use the frequent and reliable free shuttle bus. There is an excellent shopping mal and a street of outlet stores with great discounts. The area is very quiet and safe but there are many very nice restaurants and bars walking distance from the apartment. The agency staff are very friendly and helpful. The information and service is actually the best I have experienced in all my years of travelling.
