Bienvenue dans votre magnifique refuge central! On ne pouvait pas rêver d'un meilleur emplacement pour visiter les sources! Cette maison ouverte calme et lumineuse n'est qu'à quelques minutes de l'UCCS, de DIEU, du centre-ville, de l'I25, de l'Air Force Academy et bien plus encore!
Dès que vous entrez, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous! Cette demeure pittoresque peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes. En entrant par la porte d'entrée, vous entrerez dans une suite confortable au niveau inférieur / rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre qui a un lit queen, 3/4 salle de bain et un salon. Sortez de la chambre à coucher sur un patio privé dans la cour arrière impeccablement entretenue.
En montant les escaliers, vous entrez dans une grande cuisine et un salon à aire ouverte. Détendez-vous sur le canapé ou traînez dans la cuisine pendant que vous vous divertissez avec votre famille et vos amis. Sortez de la cuisine sur le pont supérieur et asseyez-vous autour de la table de patio et prenez un verre et / ou préparez un barbecue sur le gril.

Comfortable for the family of 8, close to many things that we wanted to see and do, relaxing.

The original property that we were to stay in had a leak so we stayed in a different Nestago property just around the corner and it was wonderful. Great space for all the family to be spread out but still share dinner time together and play games together when needed. We Loved it! Thank you for helping us and taking care of getting us a new property quickly.

We had a great week.The house was the perfect combination of being close to Colorado College where our boys were staying on campus and being accommodating.

We were so sad to leave! This house was perfect for our family of 5 + friends. Plenty of room to gather and plenty of room to spread out. Ceiling fans in every room and labels on the cupboards and switches made it easy to navigate. All of the beds were comfortable with comfortable bedding and pillows with extra blankets and pillows too. The youngest in our group was a teenager but they had baby items available yet out of the way. The kitchen was amazing! It had everything we needed and even had spices for your cooking needs. Eating on the back porch with a mountain view was heaven! The showers had excellent water pressure and the hot water came on quickly and didn't run out. The hosts communication was quick and informative and the price was worth it!
We vacation in the Springs every year and we will try to book this property again. I felt at home there and so did my party. The house was in a great neighborhood and close to everything you could need. The drive to the attractions was quick -Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the highway are easy to get to. The house was also very comfortable to just hang out and relax in. Plenty of parking available, and just a perfect vacation home. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend!

TJ came right away to change the battery in the smoke alarm that woke up my young adult children around 5 am, so kudos to him. The place was clean and well equipped to accommodate 8 adults. The place was comfortable and everything works, except for the dryer, but we hung our wet laundry on the chairs and it eventually dried. All in all, was a great place to bring my family to attend the USAFA graduation week activities 😀

Enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving with family, enjoying the view of Pikes Peak, cozy living area, great sleep, and nice park nearby with walking paths. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was great! The property was clean. We had a great time until I was informed on the day we were leaving that the couple in the master bedroom found a bed bug in the middle of the night. I have contacted management and hopefully they respond back to me. Other than that situation it was a great time. Also a beautiful little view of the mountains from the top porch.

This property had everything we needed and a great layout. Everyone had their own bathrom and plenty of room for 6 people. We loved the outdoor games and a wonderful view of Pikes Peak. Definitely would recommend this property.

Plenty of Space/ Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. Having two family rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out. My daughter is still in school and was able to do her online schoolwork - wifi was great. Our favorite part was the lower level (tri-level home) family room - which made a great movie room! Sofas were super comfy and a smart TV that allowed us to use our own subscription apps. Owner was very responsive and the smart lock made it super easy to lock up without worrying about a key.

My big complaint is that there was no where to prop my feet when I shaved my legs in the shower! Gee! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
