Loue appartement situé au bord de la plage de El Campello (13 km d'Alicante), vous pouvez donc profiter de l'animation de bord de plage (restaurants, bars...) sans aucune nuisance sonore car vous êtes dans une petite résidence au 4ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR. La résidence est très calme.
Vous disposez également d’une piscine (au pied de l'immeuble, les photos que vous voyez sont prises depuis le balcon) et d’un parking privé fermé (je fournis une télécommande à votre arrivée).
L'appartement comprend 3 chambres (2 lits de 2 personnes et un lit gigogne de 2 lits de 90cm), une cuisine équipée (avec plaque vitro-céramique, four, frigo-congélateur, micro-ondes et lave linge), salle-salon, une salle de bain avec douche, 2WC et surtout 3 terrasses avec vues sur mer desservant 2 chambres, la cuisine et le salon (une terrasse a été fermée pour aggrandir la cuisine).
Il est très bien équipé, vous disposez ainsi d'une connexion Internet WIFI, d’une TV Samsung Led 43'' avec TNT espagnole et TNT française (soit une quarantaine de chaines environ), chaîne HIFI, frigo - congélateur, lave-linge, … Vous disposez également d'un Lidl à 2mn et de tout autre commerce sur une place commerçante à 5 mns à pied (cafés, banque, restaurants, office de tourisme, supermarché,..).
Je serai sur place pour vous accueillir et pour vous remettre les clefs. Transports vers l'aéroport et la gare d'Alicante au pied de la résidence.
Vous disposerez dans l'appartement des couettes et des oreillers.
Les draps, torchons et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Vous pouvez apporter les votre ou les demander en supplément.

This was our third visit to the apartment. It is very comfortable and well equipped. It is in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

arrived late after 5 hour delay at airport but no problem Agnes understood and her husband was there to meet us
Property as described and good value for money. Some out of date food and toiletries left from previous people which perhaps should have been cleared when cleaning in view of covid.No smoke or carbon monoxide alarms or fire extinguishers. Contract online was in french so hadnt realised that there was a charge for electricity until we arrived In spite of this we had a good time

We've just returned from our 2nd stay in this apartment,we stayed for 3weeks last September and again 3 weeks this September.
And like last year,nothing disappointed us!
The apartment was spotless,had all the necessary items required for a 3 week stay-in the kitchen,comfortable beds,bed linen and towels,good laundry facilities and excellent communication with the owner Agnes too.
The closeness to the beach,bars and restaurants is not exaggerated,just outside your door.
We used a lovely little coffee shop across the road called Miguel Perez,which was just on our short walk to Lidl(shopping trolley also in apartment).
We hope to return again soon😎

Our first stay in El Campello,and we had 3 great weeks and will very definitely return to the apartment!!
Met Agnes outside apartment, and she was extremely helpful and friendly,and good communication through WhatsApp.
The apartment was great-spotless,comfortable, had everything catered -the kitchen had all utensils needed,utility area, very comfortable sofa,beds very comfortable-important for our 3 week stay.
2 balconies looking out to the sea,only negative, they only get early morning sun,but with beach a minute away, didn't miss it at all.

Very close to amenities-both Lidl and Mercadona, good transport links with the tram from Alicante, we did not have a car,but didn't need one.
Already planning when we will return.

The property was amazing. It was a great location on the beach with views of the sea from the balcony and the noise of the sea coming in the windows. We have been visiting Campello for 20 years and love it. I would highly recommend it as a holiday location and this apartment.

Spent one week in this cosy and well equipped apartment. It had wonderful views and just a few steps away from the beach.

It was beautiful in the Apartment it is directly at the beach and you can sit on the balcony and look to the beach. It was perfect for us and we even did not want to go home at the end of the week.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Its clean and cosy, close to all amenities (shops, supermarkets, cafes). The beach is just in front of the apartment, there are several playgrounds for children in the area, and Alicante is just 20 min away by tram. Agnes is a great and reliable host. She greeted us at the arrival and accomodated our needs (potty, baby cot, taxi). If we had to return to this region, we would choose the apartment again! Highly recommend.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious. Great communication with owners. Location is excellent close to beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket and tram. Would recommend.

Just got back from 7 nights staying at this apartment.
Agnes were very helpful and couldn't be more helpful, a great person! Nothing were too much trouble even arranged taxis to pick us from Airport.
The apartment were immaculate condition and had everything you required. Very clean and right on the beach. Excellent comfy beds, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
A couple of things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been English T.V (Only French and Spanish) and being on a lower floor (72 steps - 5th Floor), however we didn't spend much time in the apartment to watch T.V and the stairs kept me fit !
We are going back again next year as it offered good value for money.

Stayed for three weeks, wish it could have been three months :-) The flat was fantastic, it served all our needs. It is recently renovated, very clean and has all the things you need. Agnes was great, very friendly, and even arranged taxi's to and from the airport. She was always just a whatsap message away .El Campello is a lovely town, well away from the beast that is Benidorm , although it is worth a visit , easy by tram.Alicante is also on the tram line, and worth going to. Nice shopping in the Rambla, and surrounds. If you don't like noise, and like to listen to the sea lapping on the shore at night, this is the spot for you.While we were there, the beach was cleaned every night, and the sea is glorious to swim in.The sea front has a fair number of restaurants a bit further down, with menu's and prices to suit all pallets and wallets :-) . Or lidl is 2 minutes walk away, shop for provisions and use the flats kitchen to cook up a feast.We are coming back next year for sure .Agnes speaks French, Spanish and English, my French is non existent, but I can try in Spanish :-Agnes, Muchas gracias por el uso de su piso.
