Cette maison au bord du lac de 5 chambres est située au cœur des montagnes de Pocono et à seulement quelques minutes d'activités de toute l'année comme le ski, les sports nautiques, le golf, les casinos, les sites historiques, les parcs de loisirs et bien plus encore. Cette maison de 3 niveau peut accueillir confortablement 12. Les caractéristiques principales de cette maison sont un plafond cathédrale, une cheminée à bois, la climatisation, un bain à remous extérieur, un barbecue, une plage et un quai privés, un canot et une barque. Il ya beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur. Il ya des vues à couper le souffle depuis le pont du pied 700 pieds carrés donnant sur le lac de 100 acres, ainsi que de la 8 1/2 pieds Table à manger de chambre, grenier, le quai et la véranda. Cette propriété est dans une communauté fermée sur Big Bass Lake. Vous serez dans un 3/8 mile à pied de la zone de pique-nique familial et une plage privée. La communauté dispose de nombreux équipements, dont une piscine extérieure chauffée de taille olympique, une pataugeoire et une piscine couverte. Les laissez-passer d’utilisation des équipements doivent être achetés pour les locataires de 7 ans et plus uniquement si les équipements sont utilisés. Le parking est gratuit.
La configuration de la chambre à coucher est: Dernier étage: la chambre principale a un lit king plus une salle de bain privée complète, la 2ème chambre a un lit queen et 1 ensemble de lits superposés (2 lits superposés, 1 chambre en bas) avec salle de bain, 2ème étage (niveau de la cuisine): lit, 4ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux avec salle de bain complète entre les chambres; 1er niveau: 5ème chambre avec lit queen avec demi-bain à côté. The stay was great - we grilled, hot tubbed, hiked and visited the nearby water park. Managed to get 9 holes in with the 5 golfers in the family and even took along the non-golfer to take photo's for us. Great view, Great feel and the 7 of us had a grand time with our dogs too!

This property was perfect for our annual family vacation with 8 people and 2 dogs. The house was spacious and very clean and well stocked with both kitchen needs and lake equipment. The house was right on the lake which made for easy access. A beach in walking distance made for fun swimming for our kids. We also went on great hikes and visited nearby small towns. We would absolutely rent here again!! The linens service is a must.

We had a great week at this peaceful lake. The house was plenty big for 6 adults and a child - even had an “extra” bedroom. It was clean and well organized with a well stocked kitchen. The lake was great for fishing off the dock or taking one of the boats out. We didn’t swim because of the weather, but the small sandy beach area by the lake was perfect for my grandson to enjoy. Marlene responded to questions right away and communication was great. Would definitely return!

Better than expected and our stay was too short. The home was cozy but spacious with room for everyone all together or off to yourself. I want the lake view for my own!! The owner was great to work with and the home (especially the kitchen) is well equipped for 8-10. Very nice and some great memories!!

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend here. The house was spacious and incredibly clean. We really loved being right on the water and having the canoe and row boat. Marlene wasn't kidding about the sunsets, we had amazing sunsets every night. We will be back!!

Wonderful few days on a beautiful lake in the Poconos. The house was comfortable and clean and had charming extras that brought our family closer! We played board games, roasted marshmallows, grilled on the deck, soaked in the hot tub, sat on the dock at sunset, had a fire in the fireplace, played pool downstairs, took the boats out in the water. Just a wonderful time. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the rental, there had been a big snow storm & the house had a down hill drive way. It had been dragged with a snow plow, but it was a sheet of ice, so we had to park at the top on the street. However, we had not been there 30 minutes before a maintenance man showed up with his son & poured dirt & gravel over the ice so the driveway could be used. They went out of their way to help us. His son helped my husband unpack the car, which was at the top of the hill. We have a Sienna van, & it was fully packed. Unfortunately, as most of you remember, the unusual big snow fall & frigid weather was during this week of Christmas. Another big snow came after we were there, & of course, the dirt & gravel on the driveway was covered with ice again. We managed with our cars ok. Under the circumstances, the owner did everything she could to make it workable for us. The house had 3 different heating systems, & we stayed warm & toasty inside! We very much enjoyed staying here. I have to say our family of 10 had a lot of quality time together during this Christmas week. Will plan to stay there again. The young people & 2 dogs had fun on the frozen lake!

Our family needed to get away for the weekend and this was the perfect place! The home is very clean everything is in working order, the boat and canoe were such a nice touch. I forgot bathing suits so we didn't get to use the hot tub. The views from the deck and the dock were so beautiful, caught and released lots of fish, multiple bald eagles flew past outside, in the evenings we played pool, air hockey and board games together all supplied by the home. Wish our stay was longer, we hope to stay again next time we need a getaway! Thank you Marlene!

My family and I enjoyed this stay very much. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the teenagers, kids and parents to all hang out together or separately. The game room was a huge plus and the kids really enjoyed the canoes! It was a chilly fall weekend and the hot tub was a great touch.
If I had to pick one thing to critique I guess I would say that the appliances are a little old/outdated BUT they all worked with out a problem so it really didn’t matter.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was beautiful. Communication with the owner was easy with very quick responses. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back there this winter when the mountains are covered in snow!

We had the most wonderful week here with 9 adults and one toddler. The property was very clean and well maintained, nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time using the canoe and swimming in the lake. It was a short walk to the playground and the beach which was perfect for our almost 2 year old. The adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. Sunsets from the deck and the dock were gorgeous. There was plenty of space for all of us to spend time together or spread out. It was the perfect property for our family vacation.

Owner responded quickly to inquiries. Rental was as described. Kitchen was well stock. Gas grill with back up propane was a great addition. Everyone enjoyed the use of canoe and boat. Close to Delaware Water Gap tubing, Paint Ball and Butterfly Sanctuary. Family of 12 ages 73 to 2 months, something for everyone.

Beautiful Lake Views
We had a great long weekend at this Big Bass Lake house. Eight family members of various ages. Plenty of space for everyone. Each bed room having its own control for heat made it nice and easy for everyone to be comfortable. The spacious deck and hot tub got lots of use. As well as the game room. Great location. The owners were very communicative and made our stay easy and worry free.

A Relaxing Bachelor Party
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party and it was exactly what we wanted. We were able to relax and have a perfect low-key party at the house while being able to go into Scranton and hit the bars. The wood paneling gave it a nice old school kinda vibe which was extra fun. Every one of us agreed we'd stay at a place like this again.

Our Favorite Family Vacation Spot
We were happy to once again be able to stay at this lovely home for a family vacation. It was as wonderful as we remembered, having stayed here in 2019. Sitting on the deck and looking at the lake, shaded by trees which also provided privacy, was a favorite. Fishing from the dock and canoeing brought lots of happy smiles.! The home is very clean, well stocked with all that is needed, comfortable and large enough for our family. Communication with the owner was always easy and pleasant and our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The community of Big Bass Lake is a lovely community. We are already looking forward to next year! Many thanks to the owner for providing a wonderful vacation home for us to use!
