This was a very pleasant surprise. We were only able to book a room three days before traveling and we thought we would have very slim pickings. There were several good options but we were bothered by the "additional fees" that were charged on top of the advertised rate, so we went with this option that we believed to be more palatable. We were surprised at how roomy the condo was. It is very well equipped and the extra half bathroom was very much appreciated - especially when we had guests over. The stack washer / dryer in the condo is very convenient and in addition to a wonderful welcome packet that Vacasa had waiting for us, they had all the laundry soap, dishwasher soap and pots, pans, utensils that we needed for our stay, including two dinners we prepared on site for visiting friends. The condo was very clean, had plenty of beach towels and extra bath towels. There was even a basket of beach toys for kids (though we didn't have any kids with us). Though promoted as an ocean view, there is only a very minimal view that I suppose qualifies (not a big deal for us), but there is a locked gate just a few yards from the steps / elevator and the apartment. It is easily accessible if you have the code for the gate, so make sure they give you the correct code (we received an incorrect code, but an owner gave us the correct one). I walked the beach every morning and it was delightful. It is a very "skinny" beach both ways and when the tide is up, you almost can't pass in some places without walking in the water (not a big deal though), but there is a great grassy area between the building and the beach with plenty of beach chairs. There are no representatives on site to assist with questions, but Vacasa is very responsive to texts. No issue at all with that. Overall, we were very pleased with the facility and would stay here again. It is only a few minutes from the airport and very close to great restaurants, etc.

The only negative thing was accessing the building complex for the first time. GPS won't get you the final 200 yards as there has been a diversion of the road that used to go in front of the building. Once you figure it out, it is easy access.

Es ist nicht das, mit dem hier von den Bildern geworben wird. Es wird mit Absicht mit falschen Fotos und falschen Aussagen geworben um den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Für diese Lage mit Aussicht zum Parkplatz hätten wir dieses Apartment nicht gebucht. Daher ist der Preis auch zu hoch. Wir fühlen uns betrogen und wenn man genau hier nachliest, booking.com sieht es anhand der Bewertungen, dass hier bewusst Urlauber getäuscht werden und hilft mit zu betrügen! Leider sind die benötigten Infos zB. Code zum Pool/Garten nicht im Apartment hinterlegt, mussten sehr umständlich diese Infos uns selber einholen. Ich kann nur nochmal erwähnen, sie bekommen keinen Meerblick sondern Parkplatz Blick mit Geräuschen von der Hauptstraße. Leider ist das eine riesige Enttäuschung!!!

Everything inside was great except the blind window of the living room didn't work the whole time we were there. We couldn't use the balcony to sit outside for breakfast or coffee. it was dark inside the place. I called the next day of our arrival and I also talked to someone in the office but they never came to fix it. We were very disappointed that they didn't fix the problem right away. A handyman showed up at the same time we were leaving the place.

Everything about the property was great. The location was right on one of the best beaches. Excellent pool. The apartment itself was modern, clean and well equipped. Vacasa even left a nice starter food pack for us. Washer, dryer within the unit was a pleasant surprise. From beach towels to surf boards to snorkeling gear- everything was available within the apartment. Free parking. Everything was great.

The pictures are of a place with an ocean view but the unit we got had a parking lot view and no ocean. We wouldn’t have booked this place if we didn’t think there was an ocean view. This was totally deceptive and not appreciated!!!!

Condo has been renovated

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The photos on Booking.con ARE NOT the actual condo! The Vacasa listing for condo 201 is totally different! You have access to the beach but the condo faces the highway which means tons of street noise. Vacasa manages the property and knows that the Booking.com listing is FALSIFIED and does nothing to change it. Also: Washer dryer were broken, elevator lost power, no dishwasher soap or coffee filters. Again, we were expecting ocean views based on the photos and description. TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING.
