We had a great time at Paul’s house, which had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was great, very quiet, and only a ~35 min drive to Stowe ski resort. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Stowe and closer to nature. The hot tub was excellent for unwinding after the slopes. Paul provided everything we needed to maintain it, including detailed instructions.

Beautiful little lakefront property, close drive to nearby Stowe mountain. Great quick trip visit! Would stay again.

This is a great rental location and house if stating in the area. It is well stocked and very comfortable. Excellent communication with property manager re any questions. We did not use hot tub. So cannot comment on that. It is a beautiful area.

Great stay on Lake Elmore. We could not have asked for better weather and lake access. The housewas exceptional and had everything we needed for a fun week with our family.

Being able to stay in this home on Lake Elmore in Vermont is my favorite way to vacation. The location on the lake is exquisite; watching the fog rise from the lake each morning is just so beautifully peaceful. Friendly village, terrific General Store, maple creemees at Sugarhouse, welcoming church, fun hike up the mountain, hot tub and kayaks, what is not to love?! Charm and practicality, the home exudes both. I love it and cannot wait to return.

Stayed here with my family several tomes ove rthe years. The location is perfect and the home is clean, comfortble and spacious. Property is well maintained wih great ammenities.

We are returning visitors to this lakehouse as it leaves nothing to be desired! The house is welcoming, linens are fresh and crisp, the kitchen is fully stocked and the view from the porch is heaven. We really enjoyed the fireworks over the lake, the parade of boats and our stay over the week of 4th of July.

Our family of 5, including three teens, had a perfect week in this house. The location on the lake and near the State Park couldn’t be better. The kids loved walking down the road to the Elmore Store daily. We also loved being near Morrrisville and Stowe, just a short distance away. The house was comfortable and appointed with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed fishing off the new dock, and paddling the kayak’s and canoe. We definitely hope to return to this special place!

My family and I had a wonderful week enjoying this quiet and relaxing lake house. It is in a great location, close to food stores and restaurants, and a short walk to the Elmore Store. The house is comfortable with plenty of room for several adults. The deck facing the lake is expansive with great views, steps from the water, and a great place to listen to the loons’ call. Paul, the owner was always available if needed. We hope to return again to Lake Elmore in the future!

We had a great visit to Lake Elmore. The house was comfortable and having the lake 25 steps from the back door was perfect. Whether swimming, paddling, sitting on the hot tub, reading or playing games while hearing the loons call you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. Great location so enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the views. Jacuzzi was a plus. Access to the water a bit challenging for folks with some mobility issues

This lakefront home was everything we were expecting and even better! The beds and living spaces were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The covered lakefront porch was a favorite spot to hang out at when not fishing on the dock or kayaking or hiking. Centrally located to many popular Stowe area attractions, every day was a fun adventure! We very much hope to return to this piece of paradise!

We have stayed at this lake house for years and every time it is a wonderful, relaxing week away!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The home is wonderful. It is all on one level which was convenient for young kids, and has great water access and a large yard. Sitting on the porch you feel as if you are right ON the water! Other bonus is being walkable/bikeable to Elmore Store and boat launch. Paul was an easy host to work with and very responsive. We hope to come back soon!

The pics don't do it justice...what an absolutely wonderful place right on the lake. There were a ton of water toys (kayaks, canoe, floaties) which was great. The location is perfect for multiple hikes and day trips as well as getting great pizza! Paul was also extremely easy to get a hold of and answer our questions. This is our second visit to Lake Elmore and we absolutely love it! Taking in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings are the perfect way to relax and unwind. There is plenty to do if you love outdoor recreation, like kayaking, hiking, biking etc. And bonus, its just a short drive into Stowe! We love this place!

It's a relaxing lovely place to stay . The loons are so pretty , and their haunting calls are special . You can hike , and then jump in the hot tub!

I stayed at this property and it never disappoints. It is comfortable and roomy enough for family to relax. Swimming, fishing, hiking, and kayacking its all here. Close enough many other activities. All in a very secluded spot.

I absolutely love this property. It’s everything you want it to be — each morning begins with breathtaking beauty as the fog lifts from the lake and the sun breaks through clouds, highlighting the mountain. [My son discovered that being on the lake in a kayak at daybreak was the highlight for him.] My husband looks forward to a friendly walk (for the neighbors along the Camp Rd are quite friendly) to The Elmore Store for a breakfast sandwich. There’s ample space on the deck and in the house so you never feel cramped. Although the weather this week was a bit toasty for a hot tub, I enjoyed it, still — at night, under the stars. Lovely. If I could stay year ‘round, I would! Hands down. And The Elmore Store is hiring — doubly perfect! But seriously, the location is central to easy day trips where’re a vacationer might want to go if the simple, quiet, restorative lake life was not enough. Mt. Mansfield gondola and zip line rides, Waterbury’s Cold Hollow Cider Mill and Ben and Jerry’s, Montpelier, The Bread and Puppet Theater Museum in Glover, Willey’s General Store and The Miller’s Thumb gift shop in Greensboro, Craftsbury Common and Craftsbury’s Mill Village, and the Fisher bridge

We always enjoy our getaway at this Lake Elmore lake house. A great deal to do in the area or just relax on the back porch reading a book as you overlook the lake. So many family memories made here. Everything is always fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We fished off the dock, paddled in the lake, and slept soundly in the comfortable rooms.

Stayed here with my family in September 2020 and we absolutely loved it and plan to come back! The setting is beautiful, the house was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the fireplace, loved the views, loved the location. The hot tub is spectacular, with views of the mountain. The whole area in general is also beautiful and scenic, Stowe nearby, excellent scenic drives, the State Park is awesome with the hikes and trails. Paul (owner) was super responsive and helpful all week. Loved it here!

We loved our stay on the lake! It was the perfect getaway for our family to enjoy some relaxation and beautiful views! We loved spending time in the water, hiking in Elmore State Park and exploring Stowe which was a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

A great house and location. The house is neat, clean and comfortable. The owner does a great job in maintaining this property. A perfect place for a family getaway. IMy family has stayed at this property before and everyone loves it here. Secluded but close enough to everything.

Our family so enjoyed our week at Paul’s lake house. The place was even more charming than the pictures provided and RIGHT on the water. We had our 8month old and 3 year old with us and the spot was kid friendly. Our son rode his bike down the road and to the store to get ice cream on several occasions. Added bonus was the closet full of board games for late night adult fun! We are already talking about going back!

We traveled here from 25 miles away to relax and kick back on the lake and were not disappointed. Great deck, lakefrontage, dock and access to kayaks and canoe made for lots of fun on and in the water. The house was comfortable and had what we needed for our stay.

We have stayed at this Lake Elmore property several times now and we are never disappointed. What a wonderful way to start our summer.
