I was very impressed with the overall experience of my stay. I highly recommend it.

Condo was as described, very clean with lots of extra’s such as soap, ample towels, kitchen utensils.
Communication with host was professional and prompt.
Pool was clean and warm, other residents made us welcome.

College Ave is very close and can get a little noisy at times if you are out in the lanais overall a great condo

Great place and location
My wife and I spent a month here and would rent again. Very clean and great location to restaurants and beaches! Owners were wonderful answered questions promptly.

This property was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated. Very good experience.

Just as expected!
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Jist like described and pictures shown. The only feedback we have is it would have been nice to have a binder of some sort detailing the wifi password, directions to pool, garbage details, near by attractions, restaurants etc. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful Apartment
The place. was excellent all brand new. In an excellent place close to every thing. A wonderful place to stay. Close to all stores, and 20 minutes to the beach., Comes with all amenities.

Great updated condo in an excellent location near shopping and activities. Owner very helpful with cable and water issues. Could use more dishes and kitchen gadgets, but overall great accommodations.
