No hot water in the shower for 4 nights. Wooden beams in the bedrooms are extremely low if you are over 5ft. No sea, garden view as advertised. Need to climb out the window to an unfurnished terrace. Lock on the door is broken - we were locked in for 30 mins until we managed to open it. No windows in the rooms upstairs…must be dreadful in summer months.

Instructions were not clear. Spent most of the time looking for a RED MOOD Convenience store. Finally found our way into the place, then to find.... via swipe type of key at the front then you had to climb the stairs to push through a broken door that revealed a modern style foyer to the apartments. 1} mold on the ceiling of the downstairs shower, the toilet seat broken, and the door to the bathroom wouldn't shut due the washing machine was too big. Then later while trying to wash our clothes, the washing machine tumbler wouldn't open. we had to try 2 other cycles to get our washing out. it wasn't draining the water out or something. 2} To use the microwave, you had to open the freezer door to access the microwave in the kitchen. 3) Our luggage had to stay downstairs as the circular stairway mad e it impossible for you to take it up there. 4) the so-called bedrooms were not up to par at all. These are on the mezzanine. We only got a bed sheet on the bed and a sheet to cover us. The bed heads were torn, which they tried to high with the crappy pillows. You could not be sure if the sheets were washed. This is not the worst of it. The so-called bedroom in the back is like a cell, except for the doorway, no windows or light except for a strip of led lighting. I was itching all the time. All side bed lamps did not work. At least with the other bed, it was not enclosed but again the sheeting, pillows, lights were not up to par. The bathroom on that level was clean at least. You had to bend all the time so you wouldn't hit your head. The aircon worked occasionally, one night, I slept on the couch as sleeping in the dark room was not appealing. We contacted Maurice on the first night as we arrived at 11pm, about it not being up to par and trying to get our money back so we could move on. No such luck. Contacted booking .com. Incredible location, plenty of space, and the air condition worked great

The location was great. Near the beach and restaurants / cafes.

1) We arrived in the morning and was told they could not help to store our luggage for us before check in at 3pm. I informed them this 6 months before and also days before arriving. They insisted they can’t help us and that we pay for storage and the place they recommended cost us 24 euros. Not a great host. 2) In the shower, there was a smell from the huge amount of mold on the ceiling and sides of the shower. It was unbelievable that they thought it was ok to have guests stay there in that condition. It made us feel horrible washing ourselves in that cabin. I read past reviews about this but thought they would have fixed it by the time we get there. 3) The faucet in the bathroom was unhinged and falling off. 4) The toilet seat slips off when you sit on it. It’s also unhinged. 5) The ceiling upstairs is on a slope and it’s uneven. Which means you can not stand up in half the space inside the bathroom or the front bedroom upstairs. There are also big lower wooden beams that are even lower than the low ceiling which you can easily hit your head on. 6) They only provided us with one house key which was really inconvenient with 2 teenagers when everyone may want to different things at times. It was not a deadlock door so you had to have a key to lock up when you leave. We only took the risk to stayed there to be as close to family who was in another apartment in the area. But I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Everything about the place was inconvenient and unpleasant. The location doesn’t make it worth it. Stay further away but be in a more normal apartment with no mold or sloping ceiling so you can at least stand upright upstairs!!

It was easy to find and close to the beach.

We didn't have hot water for the last full day. You can see the sea but it isn't right outside your window like we thought. There was instructions for the washer. The loft where there are two beds is a very short ceiling which we didn't expect.

Accomodation is comfortable and as described. Location is just perfect to enjoy a stay in Nice. Maurice, our contact point was responsive and very helpful. Maybe there is indeed no better location :-)

Great location, clean and tidy .

Video of door access needs updating. As it doesn't show the new updated security panel . Pillows very hard .

Location excellent ,very central ,secure building,a few mins walk from Nice old town ,close to Cours Saleya market etc.

The only issue was how low the beams were in the upstairs mezzanine area ,definately not suitable for tall people!
