Love the warm infinity pool, our kids loved it. The room was a good size. Love the bathtub and the pine trees view. The breakfats was good with lots of variety of Indonesian and western foods. They also provided traditional drinks ‘jamu’. The staffs were very attentive and helpful.

Limited parking space, small kids playground. On our last day the door lock was broken, it takes times to fix the lock so the technician gave us the manual key cause we had to get ready to pack our things and check out.

The hotel's location is quite good, even though you have to go through a narrow highway. The location of the room is very far from the elevator, and the view I get is a golf course with half a view of the swimming pool. The breakfast menu is delicious, it's just that the staff is not quick to refill it so you have to wait 2-5 minutes to get a breakfast menu.

I came to the hotel at 3 p.m., precisely as the hotel stated for check-in time, but Akbar said the room was not ready. So I demanded compensation for the late checkout, but he refused. I wasted my 1.5 million on this overrated hotel with zero guest experience value. I will share my experience with my colleagues and tell them to stay away from this hotel and better spend 1.5 million on another hotel in Bandung. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL. UPDATE: This afternoon I was contacted by a person who claimed to be a staff member from Hotel Swissbel Resort Dago. He apologized but also DEMANDED that I deleted the review I wrote. I am disappointed with Swissbel Management. One of your staff members IMPUDENTLY called and asked me to delete my review even though it was input to you. Final words: This is an overrated hotel. Choose at your own risk.
