Good mattresses, clean room. Breakfast was good.

bed sheets were stain. The stain looked like feces. When I brought it to the mangers attention she blew me off. I felt like she didn’t care and I felt minimized as a patron.

I didn’t like anything. I was unable to come to Philly because my flights were cancelled. And to add to my pain I didn’t get the free cancellation that I believed went with the rooms I chose. Flights were cancelled after the deadline hotel is claiming. Out of my control .Won’t stay again.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Spacious hotel room.

The view. Not the best. Limited menu at the restaurant. Also, I forgot to pack body wash and was hoping the hotel would have the typical complementary bottles, but there was none. They did have the small dove bar soap. Definitely not enough for two people and my trip was business related, so I kept forgetting to pick up body wash. Maybe consider providing one or two complementary bottles?

The cleanliness, the ambience, the staff was very welcoming. and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

hospitality was exceptional and I have stayed at Hilton and Hyatt and Marriott all my life when traveling first time at a Holiday Inn and I'm hooked. So clean and rooms are beautiful with automated window shades and perfect heating system with clean beds and bathrooms 10/10

Hotel is very clean and updated. Nice bar and restaurant, although we didn't use them. Plenty of parking.

Our bathroom sink did not drain properly so water collected in sink for several minutes. We arrived too late to have it looked at but notified the clerk upon our check out. It was the only downside to our stay.
