Loredana and Williams are fantastic hosts!!! initially we booked a Casita (one bedroom) but they upgraded us to the three bedroom house (each room with its own spacious bathroom) with a huge and very well equipped kitchen and a living room. swimming pool with jacuzzi. The neighborhood is so calm and outside of the hassle of Tamarindo downtown. You have a small (and very expensive) supermarket within 100 meters and a couple of restaurants where to grab lunch or go out for a dinner. The beach is amazing especially if you cross the river and continue going along the shore you will be alone. Playa Langosta (the name of the area where the villa is) is good for advanced surfers, if you are a beginner you’ll take a 20 minutes stroll to Tamarindo downtown beach. I will definitely return there with my family!!!!

not so easy to find: our taxi (Uber) that we’ve taken from the airport could not find it, and he left us with all the luggage and we had to walk to find Villa Wasabi.

Gita and William are very friendly. The house is located in a quiet place near the beach (~4 blocks)

They enter into the house to fix some things, without asking me when I went to the beach. The curtains in the house are translucent so you feel you don't have so much privacy.

Apartment was lovely, owner very quickly addressed a few small issues

Ants in the closet, bathroom, kitchen. Noise throughout the night from lizards walking on the roof.

Hosts were incredibly friendly! It was super close to the beach - maybe a five minute walk. And a super quick drive into Tamarindo. Super lovely pool in the backyard as well
