Peaceful cabin getaway close to Ellicottville and Holimont.
Belle cabine toute saison. Se trouve au sommet d'une colline avec son propre étang privé sur 4 hectares de propriété. La cabine principale est de 850 pc et a une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes et cafetière. Deux lits queen, mezzanine, salle de bain complète, TV, laveuse / sécheuse, poêle à bois et grande terrasse. Il y a une mini cabine détachée de 400 pieds carrés qui a un lit queen, salle de bain complète, mini-réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et télévision. Les deux cabines sont chauffées et climatisées. Immense foyer avec vue sur l'étang avec grill pour le dessus. 25 minutes en voiture rapide à Ellicottville, NY et la station de ski Holiday Valley! Endroit idéal pour le camping, la randonnée, la chasse, les sports d'hiver ou tout simplement pour se redresser, profiter du feu et regarder les cerfs prendre un verre tôt le matin hors de l'étang. Les télévisions par satellite sont compatibles WIFI et le service de téléphonie cellulaire est généralement bon dans la cabine pour installer un point d'accès mobile. Il n'y a pas d'Internet. Les deux cabines sont incluses dans le prix de location. Arrivée à 16 h 00 et départ à 11 h 00. L'étang n'est pas rempli de poissons. Nous n'acceptons ni espèces ni chèques pour le paiement.

Had a fantastic stay! This is our second visit and we will be making it an annual tradition! Wonderful private pace with a pond that has a ton of wildlife. Additional side cabin for extra guests. All ages will love this place. Super pet friendly

We met my daughter for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful with a lovely additional guest cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

This was our 5th trip to this cabin. We really love the remote area and the atmosphere. This year it seemed a little more worn and we had a minor issue but overall it’s a great place!

This place was exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to watch the leaves fall and have a cozy fire when it got cold. The cabin next to the house was so nice to have a separate space but all be on site with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful getaway!

Loved the property! Was a much needed relaxing vacation for my family and I. Our 2 year old Husky loved it as well! Definitely recommend and a day trip to Letchworth State Park is only a 40 minute drive.

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.

Peaceful getaway
The cabin and surroundings were perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life. Did the short drive to Ellicottville for dinner. Were able to let our pups swim and explore freely which we love. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue was satellite dish TV box in guest house could not get a signal. By the way the guest house was as beautiful as the main house. Cannot wait to book again in the future.

A wonderful escape to the woods!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this cabin - waking up in the morning to that pond view with the crackle of the wood stove was everything we wanted and more! Information to get here was clear and helpful. Taking a walk around the pond with our dog in the morning was a treat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Dreamy weekend spent in this beautiful cabin. It's a gorgeous home on beautiful property. We had so much fun exploring the outdoors and cozying up inside. Will return for sure!

Ski weekend home base
This is our 3rd time staying at this property, so I can honestly say that I recommend it - if you're looking for a rustic setting/experience. The cabins and furnishings are nice but not fancy, and being true cabins, they can be a little cold in the winter - especially the floors. That is fine with us however since we're there for a ski weekend and wear warm clothes anyway. The setting is scenic, back in the trees beside a pond, and the location is near the end of a dead-end road so there's no traffic noise. The owner was very responsive to requests. The driveway is probably 200 yards long and has a slight downgrade as you go toward the cabin. If the snow gets packed down to ice (which has happened to us every trip) it can be hard to get enough traction to get out. However, when I contacted the owner, they quickly sent someone out to sand and salt the driveway and we were able to get in and out without trouble after that. The trip to Holiday Valley is not too long, between 20 and 30 minutes depending on road conditions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great cabin for a family getaway.
This was our families second time staying at the cabin. Ours sons love playing on the property. Location is convenient to Ellicottville, as well as some great state parks for hiking (Letchworth, Allegheny., Rock City). Will definitely be back.

Perfection
Everyone LOVED their experience at these cabins. We came as a family with ages ranging from 4 to 68, and it was cozy, safe, clean as a whistle, and fun.
The kids ran wild outside, and the grown ups relaxed.

Perfect Family Getaway
We loved our stay! Two adults, two kids (10 and 8) and two dogs and this was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our paddle boards and the kids (and dogs) loved paddle boarding in the pond. The fire pit was perfect to cook on and of course lots of s’mores. Traveling with dogs can be tough, but the location and space was perfect for them. We got to relax and enjoy nature, we will definitely book again!

I can’t recommend this property enough. Excellent views of the pond, cabins were both very spacious, and clean!! Would rent these cabins again if we were ever in the area again!!!

My family had the best time in this beautiful Cabin. The check in process was so easy. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, cooking supplies, and more than enough firewood to use. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. Our younger kids slept happily in bunk beds, in the private bedroom, and my husband and I slept in the lofts full size bed. I will say, that the open ladder used to get up and down from the loft is not for the faint of heart, or for young children I sleep there, as there is no gate at the top of the loft.more of a spiral staircase would be a better way to access the loft, in my opinion. However, the smaller cabin next door has a beautiful set up, so that could be used for an extra sleeping space. It snowed while we were there, and the indoor wood burning stove kept the house warm and toasty. The view from the house is ideal. A beautiful lake, which you can walk around. And morning visits from Canadian geese and afternoon strolls through the yard from deer. With its close proximity to several parks and hiking trails, there are several options to explore. We made a couple trips into Ellicottville to pick up food and visit some local stores.We look forward to visiting again soon!
