Nouvellement rénové, meublé, appartement au rez-de-chaussée historique Brownstone Harlem. Master BR avec 1 lit king-size, deuxième BR w / grand lit; salon et salle à manger. Cuisine complète internet et WiFi; un bain complet. À distance de marche des métros express et locaux, des bus et des points de repère de Harlem; 20 minutes du centre de Manhattan. Idéal pour un couple d'âge mûr cherchant une vie agréable dans un environnement qui combine les notes de grâce d'une époque révolue avec le confort des commodités modernes. Pas d'escalier une fois que vous entrez dans le bâtiment. Cette unité peut accueillir trois personnes et est idéal pour les adultes. Pour les groupes de quatre à six personnes, en particulier les familles avec enfants, veuillez vous reporter à la liste de nos soeurs, Harlem Comfort, au numéro de référence 484350. Everything was seamless and effortless. Carolann is a gem! She was waiting for us when we arrived and even assisted with luggage. Carolann gave us a quick tour of everything, made sure we had numbers to contact her and then made her departure. I had a question the next day and she responded within minutes! She has thought of everything a traveler would need from food ready to eat upon arrival to toiletries you may have forgotten! Her place is also waliking distance to subway so we were able to get everywhere with ease. We felt right at home at Carolann's!

Home in Harlem

There are stairs to get into the building, but once in this unit is on the main level. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and the central living space is cozy and inviting. The bathroom has been recently updated and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location was walking distance to 2 different train lines, so we were able to get around Manhattan so easily. The best part of this listing is absolutely the host, Carolann! Her patience with our pre-trip questions and her attention to detail made our visit! She had goodies for us in the kitchen and was overall so easy to work with. Love the historic charm of the building and the neighborhood.

Convenience & comfort in Manhattan, NYC: Week of 9/18/19 - 9/25/19
Carolann is a very gracious and attentive VRBO property owner. As transplanted New Yorkers we appreciated her attention to details. A home away from home
A spacious apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood, and furnished with old-world charm. What really made our stay memorable was the thoughtful owner, Carolann. From airport transfer to a well-stocked pantry, she had provided everything a guest might need. Our flight was late but she was there to welcome us. We came as strangers and left as friends.
