Cette une chambre au 12ème étage condo est situé env. 20 blocs au sud de la zone du centre-ville de Myrtle Beach. Il vient d'être complètement rénové printemps 2017 et est magnifique. Profitez de magnifiques levers de soleil de la côte Est à partir de votre balcon vue sur la mer ou simplement vous détendre et profiter du bruit de l'océan et laissez la brise tranquille vous détendre. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes avec un lit dans la chambre et un canapé-lit et une chaise de-lit double dans le salon. Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour manger dans les jours où vous voulez juste vous détendre à la plage.

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It does sleep more but it was comfortable for the 2 of us. It was very clean and cozy. We loved being at the end of the hall. The resort was very nice. We loved the pools and tiki bar.

It was very nice. The pull out couch mattress was pretty worthless. Felt like you were sleeping on springs. Other than that great location and had a good time.

This unit on the 12th floor was clean, but a few upgrades would take it from like a 7 to 8.5. Blinds needs replacing, toilet seat needs replacing, light plates need replacing, stove a bit dated, toilet tissue holder needs replacing, and upgrade the linens they were clean but stained and dated. These upgrades will cost like 50 bucks w/o linens about 400 with linens. bump the score to an 8. BuT all the matresses on all 3 beds needs replacing most of all... replace these things you got a 9 easy. Clean is most important. I like its on the beach and the unit is at the end of a hall by an elevator. Oh yeah. The table is nice but too big but no negative impact for the taBle. It is a nice table. Check in was easy amd i enjoyed looking out onto the ocean each morning and at night

Property was cleanly & organized! We had everything we needed, & luckily we had the beach as our backyard view!! A little hard at first trying to find the room & no management was available to help us locate it, but other than that we had a great time!

We loved the pools and hot tubs. The pizza shop was very good. We were glad you had extra parking, because our truck is good size. Everyone was very nice!

Recommended to follow their suggestions on things to bring - there’s a mini mart & beach store in quick walking distance.
The coffee shop on 13th is AMAZING - it’s 0.6 from the unit. A great walk in the morning for unbelievably good coffee!

We enjoyed our stay in April. The place was very comfortable with good lighting and nice amenities. It is ideal for a couple and we enjoyed the little balcony where we could watch the ocean and the people on the beach.
The property is fairly priced for what we got. We will definitely consider coming back here again.

ALL OUR NEEDS WERE MET, AND OUR EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND FULLY STOCKED FOR OUR STAY. AMENITIES ARE CLEAN, PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY, WE HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS HAVING ONE KEY CARD, WHICH WAS DO-ABLE BUT A LITTLE INCONVENIENT. WOULD DEFINATELY BOOK AGAIN!

The place was beautiful. It was right on the beach. You walked out the door around the corner, and there was the walkway to the beach. I did have a couple complaints but with a quick email everything was fixed during our stay. Place was very clean. This was mine, my boyfriend and his kids first family vacation together and we had a blast couldn’t keep our son out of the ocean, the beach was not too crowded. If we go back to myrtle, we definitely would stay again. The views were beautiful in the morning and at night time. Definitely not a place for more than four people wasn’t very big but it’s suited our family. Hope you enjoy your stay like we did.

We had zero problems. Rental was clean and any questions I did have were answered promptly! The pools were nice, the pool bar was fantastic! The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious. We had friends at other resorts (that were much more expensive) and they all had huge issues. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

It was easy to find. the beach was right outside the hotel.
Our only complaint was a security guard that harassed us on two occasions. he asked about our bands insisting we each needed to have one. We never saw him ask anyone else for a band.

Originally booked 12th floor. Was half way down & received a call stating the stove was broke and we had a choice between the 4th or 1st floor.We chose the 4th.Was dirty,coffee mugs were dirty, coffee maker had grounds in it,no toilet paper,no dish soap, this place needs to be remodeled bad. We have been down there 3 times to see my in-laws. We chose the blue water because we loved all the other times. I had spoke to a representative on the phone and regarding the room change. She said she would talk to the GM/DM and get back to me. She never did so I emailed her. No reply. My husband called and was informed that they do not provide TP, dish soap or shampoo or bath soap. All of this has always been supplied to us in the past. How do you not inform someone of that!! She said she would have the GM/DM get back. STILL NO REPLY. I booked the original room because of the floor and also that it had been remodeled. I would greatly appreciate some sort of compensation. I look forward to hearing from you.

My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves for our four days in Myrtle Beach. The location and beach were simply amazing. The food scene is the really good. Although we were there in August this seemed like a new destination staying in the south side of the beach. See you all in 2023.

Issues occurred beyond your control for Steve Hussey and family to stay at OTE# Ocean Terrace E3 located at 2001 North Ocean Blvd, Cherry Grove area.You moved us to Bluewater Resort, Unit 1210, 2001 South Ocean Blvd, South Myrtle Beach.This change of location was communicated via cell phone on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 4:36PM ET. This create stress on us since we were less than an hour to arrive at Ocean Terrace in North Myrtle Beach.We stayed at Ocean Terrace E3 unit last year on October 9-16, 2021 , loved it and are repeat renter for this year. We had talked about always celebrating our second wedding anniversary OTE E3.All family activities were planned around the Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach location. We had to drive over 18 miles one way for these family activities and took over 30 minutes each way to travel to anything we had planned to do. We drove to Cherry Grove every day this week.We had half the square footage, one bedroom and one bath, in comparison to 2 bedroom, and 2 full baths at Ocean Terrace.Parking was a long walk to a parking deck at Bluewater Resort and we were able to park under the condo at Ocean Terrace.

Great location! Great apartment!
The location of the Blue Water property was great. Just a short drive to the many attractions of Myrtle Beach and just a short walk to the mai attraction - the beach. The apartment was well kept and provide plenty of sleeping room for us and our kids. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but the black out curtains in the primary were a real plus. There was a small problem with the parking garage gate, but it was quickly resolved and we only had to wait one time. The kids had pizza from the on-site restaurant and said it was “pretty good”. Must have been as I didn’t get a slice!
We look forward to vacationing again in Myrtle Beach and we’ll likely be back at the Blue Water property.

Vacation at Myrtle Beach
Access to the property was easy. The resort was well kept, and the staff was nice. It also provided quick access to the pool and beach. There is a restaurant on site as well, and the pizza was tasty. The unit was clean although there was a foul smell in the air when we entered the room. More concerning, there were roaches in this unit. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice location
The overall resort was great and very secure, the location was wonderful as well.
The condo gave the appearance that it was clean, but there was sand all in the bathroom floor and the tub wasn’t clean, there were also bugs in the condo, and a very strong odor of mildew that even my children complained about.
The beach was fabulous and a very short walk from the condo, the life guards are amazing and very friendly, my 10 year old son was in the ocean when a life guard spotted a large shark next to him and called my son immediately out of the ocean.
I would recommend taking your own towels and wash cloths as only 6 of each are provided unless you want to spend a lot of time in the laundry room at the condo. Also make sure to take extra toilet paper and paper towels as these items are not provided by the property management company. There is a Walmart about 0.2 miles from the condo.

Everything about the condo itself/structure and layout was really nice. Very updated and awesome for our little family of three. I absolutely did not like this whole idea of a linen package that you had to pay for... I do not bring my own sheets and towels at a hotel? But for convenience we paid for it and had to pay for them to make the bed... WOWZA? There were roaches. I called the next morning and maintenance came by and left me a card that said looked for bugs and called HOA -- How did that help? We kept killing them the rest of our stay. They were in the kitchen and we found a couple in the bathroom area. Condo was nice... Fix these little issues and we may come back...

Beach was sreos away,, views of the water and beach were wonderful.Negatives: Street noise, restaurant and bar not open for business. They are working on re-opening both. First stay in Myrtle Beach, SC
The property was in good shape with the exception of remodeling next door and within the whole building. We really enjoyed the condo and my husband who doesn't like heights seemed to adjust well due to the location of the condo. It was at the end of the hall and there was an elevator close by. We especially enjoyed the weather and walking on the beach and the view from the Condo.

This is the second time staying at this condo. We like this condo with the view of the ocean. It comes with beach chairs and beach toys. It's cozy and comfortable. We have no problems with the condo itself. What we did have a problem with is the management company. The key card did not work when we got there. They didn't get a replacement out to us for over 24 hours and then that one only worked for less then a day. They never showed up to replace it. So we spent the week not being able to get into the parking garage and into the side doors of the complex. Very inconvenient. I would like to stay again next year but hopefully not have this same issue.
