this is a good value if you’re gonna be staying on the island and in a good location, but the hotel rooms are weathered and need updating.

Desperately needs a restaurant. Over priced. Kiosk desk service. Cold and boring breakfast.

The location was convenient . Room was large enough

The location was close enough to walk into town and to a beach. There was a nice pool and lounge chairs with free ice water and towels. There was a breakfast bar with juice, coffee, muffins and cereal and a relaxing lounge to enjoy it in. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were gracious enough to let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could wander around the island throughout the day. After checkout the next day, we were able to leave our luggage again, for more sight seeing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to stay here!!
The price was still high though lowest I could find on short notice.

Location, staff, the pool, easy going and friendly atmosphere.
It could have been cleaner. A/C very noisy. Lack of daily room cleaning/tidy. No bikes available for guests and no food options. Felt like a cheap motel.

The location, which was just a short walk to the center of Town, and the Pool where the highlights of this stay. Also like having the Sandy Pedals at the front of the hotel. It made it extremely easy to rent an e-bike and made returning back to our room very convenient.
It would have been nice to have two nightstands. And the TV was a little small, but perfectly viewable. Other than that, the place had all of the conveniences that one would expect from a high-end motel.

It had a pool. Not the best pool, but a pool on Nantucket isn’t an easy find
overpriced. minimal breakfast options. staff was hit-and-miss. and the location is a decent 15-20min walk from town (in broiling heat)

I was very surprised at the age of the establishment. Old bathroom fixtures, single sink, toilet itself was very low to the ground, signs of age around tile in corners, etc. For the price they charged - 4 nights for $3,888 - one would have expected something a bit nicer.
They do not clean rooms unless you call them daily and even then, they don't do it. They only emptied our trash when I asked, never changed the sheets, and had to ask for fresh towels daily. Their "breakfast" was a joke, muffins in plastic bags, and overly sweet iced tea. Coffee maker only had 2 Keurig coffees, so had to ask for that every day too! No transportation services offered, even for downtown. Unable to print boarding passes to leave as wifi spotty at best and unable to connect continuously to internet.

It was over priced, I wouldn’t give you $300 a night for the room there , but because it was located in Nantucket you rob people for the less than ordinary room.

Such a great location, between the beach and the center of town! Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Nantucket! The staff was so accommodating and great with any questions we had.
