The room seemed really spartan and cold. The bathroom amenities were only just what one would need and no more. Little table and chair were uncomfortable.

The age of the place was showing in the seams of the floors and walls. Just won't go back - Plus the property charged me for a third night when I wanted just two; a billing error that resulted when I added a second night to my original one-night stay reservation.. It took a month to straighten out and I had to go through my CC company to do it.

Location is nice. Staff is really friendly. Great price.

Overall my stay was pleasant, but the motel is in need of a little TLC. Shower takes a while to heat up.

The owners are very nice and accommodating, very easy to talk and converse with. The outside of the property is very well maintained and nice; able to sit outside and have a cocktail.

Our room could use a little update but not bad.

This family run motel was very accommodating. We were having trouble finding a place to stay with our birds and this motel was able to accommodate us. We enjoyed the family-run feel. Also, when we had an issue with our shower late at night they immediately came to repair it. The AC kept us cool during a hot summer stay. Met our expectations as a budget motel and would stay again.

The motel needs updating. The floors were uneven with old carpeting, and with no latches on the windows. There was a cross glued to the refrigerator door.

Perfect for the price - cheap and basic, but it's very clean and the rooms have everything you need for a quick stay when visiting Bryce Canyon. Plus the owners were super friendly and helpful!

We just arrived at the hotel and the lady manager came to us and told is that our reservation will be cancelled. Why? Because we parked our car inside her motel on the parking place before we went in. The woman thought that we did not have a reservation here and told us that we have to leave. I told her that we have a reservation here and than she told me that she will cancel the reservation and that we should find another place to sleep that night. I never had this experience ever in my life. The husband came and he talked a lot with his wife about the way how she treated us. After a while the husband told us that the reservation will not be canceld and that we could sleep there. After a while the woman came and apologized. But I do not believe that it was real. Again. I have never ever had this incident in my life and I travel trough all countries in the world with thousands of hotels and motels. This whole incident is also captured on video. I was fiming with my gopro on my head while I was driving and when I arrived at the motel the camera was still on, so everything and all the words that she said to me is on video.
