Needed more of a variety

I am wondering why I got charged an extra $157.27 when I paid total for 2 nights $344.26

Large rooms. Polite & Friendly staff. not too far from city centre, shops and mall. parking onsite. Small gym and pool onsite.

No meals after breakfast. meant going out every evening for dinner. gym is a bit small and limited.

I liked the location of the hotel. The cleanliness outside the hotel, the surroundings and the corridors. The breakfast is good, acceptable, and the comfort of the beds is very good. The room service and the attention of the staff was very good

They didn’t change the sheets. They were dirty.

Location was excellent, comfortable beds, quiet and spacious rooms, wide-array of choices included with breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Fixture in bathroom had some rust (i.e. towel rack). Wished breakfast was served earlier than 7am to have been able to enjoy prior to early checkout.

The rooms were spacious, and the continental breakfast was spot on every morning. The front desk staff were always extremely kind and helpful.

traveling with a family, I do wish that the pool was heated.
