The location was a good location.
Nothing in the room has been updated. The dresser where the tv was located was badly broken and missing drawers. The door looked as though someone tried to break in and the hinge was badly damaged. The bathtub had scratch marks on the bottom and faucet part of the bathtub was off the wall revealing the inside of the wall. There wasn’t any hot water.. it was lukewarm. There were stains on the ironing board that looked like rust or blood.

That the staff charged me for damages to my room, when there was none at all. Will never be back

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Good location to the town and work. Plenty of washers & dryers although they were a bit small.
TV was a little messed up. Part of the screen was not viewable. Had to sign back into the wi-fi every day. Floor didn't get swept or mopped during my 12 day stay.

Wifi worked. The door locked.
Uncomfortable bed (woke up several times with my back hurting, and it squeaked.). Broken chair. Broken shower (Knob literally came off in my hand. It just spat water; couldn't close it.) stove top missing knobs. Telephone dead (tried to call desk to repair shower.). No USB ports.(I had to go buy a surge protector w/USB to charge my phone.) A/c spits black dust bunnies. No blanket/coverlet, just 2 flat sheets and a thin fleece blanket between. Only bar soap as personal care amenities. Snack/drink machine broken.

Advertising $10 for a pet fee online at this location but charged $15 at the front desk. The younger gentleman at the front desk explained that it was what the manager of the hotel is charging when the company advertises and charges only $10 at all other locations. Very disappointed in the management staff here. Even the front desk worker agreed with me that it was messed up.
