Location

One of the beds was very lumpy...the one next to the window. Fortunately I was alone so had another bed to choose from. That bed was fine.

Location was perfect for the Paton Hummingbird Center and Patagonia-Sonoita Preserve. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel rooms are dated. But hotel itself looks historic in a cute way.

Very clean room, ice cold air conditioning, convenient location to other local attractions

The swimming pool was under construction and wasn't available for guests to use.

Never saw an employee and everything around closes for food by 8pm

great location. Property was a bit more dated than I expected, but it was very clean. The pool was in disrepair and the property overall could use a new coat of paint.

The front desk was not very friendly. Also if you have heavy luggage or multiple luggage to bring in, there is no elevator to the second floor. You have to bring your luggage up the lobby stairs and out through the patio door on 2nd floor.

Large, quaint, clean and well equipped room. Appreciated the power strip with many charging connections. Great amenities and lovely grounds and location. Check in and out was super easy.

Would loved to have pre-made coffee provided in the office. Disappointed there was not a restaurant onsite, or snacks at least in the office.

I didn't know what to expect - the reviews were good and they were right - A lovely king size memory foam mattress - we ask for two extra pillows and got them - I knew it was older and given the price not top luxury but it was great - small but NOT tiny fridge in room - free water there - We were very happy and would come back again!

room had perhaps not been used for a while as it smelled very musty and unpleasant. also, room faced out on a terrace where diners at restaurant were eating so that added more unpleasant noise and smells to the experience.

bed was hard. at least one of our pillows was old and thin I had to double them up. No carpet on the floor only cold hard tile at least put a rug by the bedside please No towel bars in the sink area Heater was old and noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on and no temperature settings only a scale of 1 to 10 hot to cold

They had an electrical outlet for my Tesla. The room was nice and very comfortable. We liked that they had a refrigerator as well.

There was NO breakfast offered

Those people were the most unfriendly and the most uncaring weather or not you were happy, It is overrated and way priced for what you get, You had to ask for anything that you wanted or needed that was supposed to be furnished, It seemed to be an imposition for all the people that worked there to do something for you, If any of them would have ever smiled ,it would have cracked water. We left a night that was paid for and went elsewhere. Do not go there if you are looking for a warm welcome or a thank you Conley Woltmon

We loved the western style, and it felt like walking into grandmas home. It was so comfortable and helped to ease our minds down to get a good nights rest. We will be coming back again for a wonderful stay.
