Ce domaine de luxe propose 4 chambres Cal King avec salle de bain privée dans chaque chambre. Il y a deux zones de barbecue, l'une avec un bar Palapa. Terrain de volleyball. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour les voisins, vous pouvez écouter de la musique à l'extérieur et vos enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine aussi tard qu'ils le souhaitent! Bruit sans souci !!

La maison est une coutume construite près de 3 hectares. Cette belle maison à quelques minutes de Palm Desert et Rancho Mirage avec un accès FWY très proche. Les appareils de cuisine haut de gamme comprennent une table de cuisson Wolf à 6 brûleurs, un réfrigérateur Subzero, un double four, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, des comptoirs en granit, un grand bar circulaire avec machine à glaçons pour un espace de réunion idéal à la maison. We had reserved this house for our family trip where we had people in every age category. Sadly when we were checked in we noticed that the ice maker and part of the fridge were broken. It was not a big deal for us and the host offered that he can purchase the ice for us. Later that day we encountered a mouse in the kitchen area. It is not ideal when there are elderly people and more importantly infants. We had family members leave because they did not want their children to be around mice. We got video footage of the mice which we realized were a few of them. When we notified the host about the issue they told us that they have never encountered any mice and tried to blame us saying we might have left the door open and they came inside trying to escape the heat. They offered to send someone to remove the mice but with one more night of stay it was not really ideal for us. They did not want us to send them the video of the mice. Overall it was a great house with great potential but its sad that they do not believe their clients and try to avoid taking responsibility.
I would also like to mention that the cleaning crew is not very good. The house was dusty in areas and we found a women's swim suit that did not belong to us in one of the bathrooms.

We had a few minor issues and He tor dealt with them in a timely manor. The kitchen could use some supplies, cutlery, spatula, crock pot etc…

Multigeneration family of 10 celebrating 3 birthdays. Property is very spacious with both inside and outside areas where our entire party could gather. Also plenty of space for privacy when needed. Beautiful pool / spa surrounded by lounge chairs, eating areas and a large tiki bar with a gas grill and fridge. Location is isolated and private. Very relaxing stay.

My adult children and their families vacationed with me in your lovely home, and we had a wonderful time! The pool was well used by the children and the hot tub by the adults. There was lots of room to do everything we wanted. Details, such as utensils and toilet paper, could be fine tuned (more and better) but we were able to work through everything. Beds, particularly, we’re very comfortable and nice to sleep in.

A few things about our stay we were not happy with:
Shower in bedroom w/high bed could not get hot water. waited over 5 minutes and only got luke warm.
Smokey chemical smell outside each day that deterred from pool area relaxation.
Everything so tall-could use a step stool for high shelves.
In first bathroom on right, no trash can and fan doesn't work.
Hot water takes long time to get to the shower.
Pool guys came Friday morning early, which is fine, probably their schedule day, but would've been nice if we knew they were coming, and not surprised when two big guys show up!!
Could not sue the Casita - bad smokey chemical smell, plus mustly smell.

This home is lovey. The pictures online do not do it justice. So much room for everyone, and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Had a small issue but the host took care and of it quickly. Our team is already talking about next year. Hope it will be available for us to stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our time at this vrbo!! More than enough room for our group of 9 women. The actual home and outdoor space is so much larger than the pictures show. Beds are comfy, and coming from a sheet snob- the bedding is soft and luxurious. The outdoor space has everything you need to enjoy a day poolside with those you love! We hope to stay again in the future!

We are a group of women 65+. We call ourselves the Bunko Chixs! We play bunco and decided to head to Palm Springs. There are nine of us so we needed a big enough place to accommodate all of us. This place is an amazing house so big. Very comfortable beds almost all kings. We had so much space and the place is so beautiful. I also liked the fact that we didn’t have to be quiet at a certain time! This is a lot of women together and we laugh all the time so we were pretty noisy !! It was very clean, big swimming pool, which we were in all day!! It was a quiet place at night no airplanes flying over head! No traffic!! Just the best place ever!!! Will definitely rent the place again!!! Also will tell my friends and family about it. Loved, loved , loved it!!!!

Overall the house was great. First of all, it’s huge! There was more than enough room for the eight of us. The common areas are great for games or visiting.
The location seems a bit unusual as it is on a somewhat remote street but it was 20-30 minutes from everything and everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect.
The house is showing some wear but overall nothing that affected our stay. The hot water is a little tricky in a couple of the bathrooms but once you figure it out there was plenty of hot water.
Communication for check-in was great but lacking at check-out but it all turned out ok. Would definitely stay here again!!

First of all, I can’t say enough good about Jesus and Hector. They are both wonderful communicators and always there when we needed to talk to them! The house is ideal for large groups who want to entertain at the property. Location is 10 minutes from most things. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing My Family have stayed here 6 times and have never been disappointed! Hector is amazing . The house has everything you could ask for, yes there is some minor thing that need fixing. Again you have to understand this is a vacation home and sometimes they get Unfortunate guest that don't take very good care of there time @ the home and Break things. We were eight guys on a golf trip and the home was great for our needs. It was nice to be able to sit in a backyard and not worry about talking to loud or listening to some music. Hosted a bachelorette party. Property is waaaay nicer in person!! Location was a bit of a farther drive from downtown than I thought, but honestly we hardly wanted to leave our pool. You can play music as loud as you want, as late as you want, which made our stay very fun. Hector, our contact, was incredible! I would give this more stars if I could. Will definitely be back!!

The home is enormous and perfect size for our group. . The house is exactly like the pictures very beautiful inside and out. It has like little wear and tear that wasn't a big issue . The celing fan from living room didn't work, would be nice if it did since its a big house. Everyone was comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The pool was very beautiful only had problems with it ,but Hector did his best to fix the problem and we were able to enjoy the pool. The location of the house is great, no neighbors to worried and one thing that we like about it is that we were able to play music not like other properties that we have rented that is not allow. Other than that I would rent this property again for our next summer trip .

Our family has been to this amazing property 3 times and it never disappoints. It’s absolutely beautiful and always impeccably clean. Hector (the property manager) is the absolute best! Very easy to talk to, gives clear instructions on all the fabulous amenities, and the most friendly and accommodating manager you could find!
The home is enormous with lavish decor, comfy beds and bedding, plenty of towels, all your starter needs, and beautiful outdoor furnishings to enjoy the resort- style pool with waterfall. The best part is you can enjoy your music and pool-time fun with full privacy and no bother to anyone around. I have already booked my next trip! Thank you Hector for making it another fabulous getaway!

Beautiful home
The home and outdoor area was beautiful. Hector was wonderful to work with. There are many things that need fixing around the home especially the dishwasher, that was a nightmare. It works but the tracks are gone and is so difficult to slide in. The shower in one of the BRs didn’t work well. Overall we had a great time.

50th Anniversary Celebration
The home, pool and spa with 4 bedrooms and the casitas was perfect for our family get together. Overall the property lived up to what the VRBO pictures represented. The minor wear & tear issues never created a problem and were barely noticeable. Would very definitely return for a future visit. And once we finally met Hector he was a very helpful host

Great property for families.
This was a great house for our two families to meet during Christmas week. We had 8 people total so didn't use the optional casita. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, so everyone had their own space. The heated pool, whirlpool and foosball table were great. The house had all the dishes and cookware we needed. There's not much in the town of Thousand Palms where the house is located, but it's a good location in that it's about a 15 minute drive to either Palm Springs or Palm Desert. A fun hike up a mountain is just a few miles away from the house.

Perfect Family Retreat
Our family traveled from the east coast for our son's wedding in Palm Springs. This was the perfect house for us - very spacious and comfortable - the entertainment areas both inside and out are amazing! The pool was perfect for our toddler, or any guests wanting to stay cool but not get completely wet - with a wading area and umbrellas set up for shade. We enjoyed everything this magnificent home had to offer and recommend it to you for your next vacation in the Palm Springs area! Hector was great to work with!

Huge property
Well this is our second time back to this location and once again we had a blast and everything was functioning correct. Most of all , the host Hector was super responsive and attended to all outr needs . If your looking to party all night outside. This is the place for your party. Music etc is ok outside all hours! Unlike the property's on the other side of the 10 Fwy in Palm Springs or other neighboring cities ,which a NO NOISE RULE after 10pm! And no music outside whatsoever. You'll get a huge fine. This place is not far from AGUACALIENTES CASINO. And not far from Palm Springs area if desired to dine or shop out there.

Great bachelorette party!
We had a wonderful time at this place! It’s huge, beautiful, and the outdoor landscaping was so fantastic for spending all day out at the pool. Even though the outside temp was 110, the house felt cool enough and sleeping was comfortable. The only thing I’d add is that it would be nice to have salt, pepper, and cooking oil in the kitchen since we did a lot of cooking. Hector was super responsive, kind, and helpful. What an amazing spot—10/10 recommend booking!

I confirm everything that Brian pointed out and a minor yet reveling point. We had a family dinner one night and between the two properties the Casita and the main house, there were nine forks for 10 guests. Small details!
The size of the property was wonderful. The space for the family was perfect. But some of the small things were so easily repairable it was very disappointing that there was not more pride taken in the property.
I am VRBO property. I would be embarrassed to have a property so lacking in the basics. That being said we would come back again and Hector was very nice. I think to start with written rules that gas could refer back to you would be extremely helpful. Something I did not know is the east side of the valley is far windier.

Great Bachelor Pad
Stayed here with 9 guys on a bachelor party and had a great time. Hector is super responsive to texts and was able to come by to fix a few things and drop off sheets for the pull out couch. The property could use a bit of TLC as other reviewers have mentioned but honestly it was just fine for our group of guys. The pool was bit dirty when we arrived but it was super windy and that likely had an impact dust and dirt flying into the pool and I don't fault Hector for that. This is a great location with no next door neighbors to bother and is also next to pretty much everything you need via a short uber to downtown.

Fantastic House that needs a lot of TLC.
This house is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is their were several large items that needed immediate repair and you could tell they have been issues for a while. The front door would not lock with the key, the AC unit had a horrible noise that kept us up, there was an outside ceiling fan that was broken and made horrible noises that kept us up as well. This house also needs some serious help with amenities, for instance there were no wine or champagne glasses, no pot holders for the oven, the screen doors would not work, broken blinds, broken TP holders in bathrooms, all the cabinet doors were loose and the list goes on and on. I would love to stay in this house again if all these issues were fixed.

Heaven on Earth
This palatial home is located in an out of the fray cul de sac within fifteen minutes of everything in the area. There is a grand entry that takes you into a home designed for entertaining. The abundance of space is only overshadowed by the plethora of seating areas and bathrooms! As a small group we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and the laundry room are accessible, convenient, and fully stocked. All of this is second to the outside space. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and waterfall along with outdoor shower, bar, fireplace and grills is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor sound system and many, many seating areas allowed for us to feel like we were in our own music video!!! So if you want to enjoy the desert like a rockstar or relax like you are at a spa, this is the place for you.

Location and ammenities awesome, needs some fixing up
Hector was the BEST to deal with. He was on it with our every need. The house is truly amazing and we will absolutely rent it again. It needs a lot of TLC and a great handyman to fix knobs, toilet paper holders, handles, and such around the entire house. The master bedroom door frame needs replacing but other than that the house was perfect for 4 couples having a fun, long weekend.
