Spectacular Seabrook Island Villa, unlike any other, includes Club access
Après avoir franchi la porte d'entrée, vous êtes attiré par les deux étages, du sol au plafond, avec vue sur la rivière Bohicket et la marina. Lorsque vous vous souvenez enfin de regarder autour de vous, vous verrez immédiatement l'escalier en acier personnalisé menant à un coin salon en mezzanine, 2 chambres principales chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. En bas se trouve une autre chambre principale (également avec sa propre salle de bain) et une autre demi-baignoire. Près de 1 900 pieds carrés d'espace de vie flambant neuf. Appareils de cuisine haut de gamme en acier inoxydable et plus de 400 pieds carrés de terrasses. Téléviseur de 55 pouces avec barre de son Bluetooth et téléviseurs dans chaque chambre.
Notre villa est située dans le village de Bohicket Marina fermé et à quelques pas de la promenade où vous pourrez vous promener dans les magasins, restaurants et bars. Louez un bateau, pagayez en kayak ou explorez la région sur une planche à pagaie. Vous pouvez également vous détendre dans la piscine extérieure privée du complexe.
Vous pourrez facilement faire du vélo ou marcher jusqu'au complexe de tennis Seabrook de 16 courts et au centre de loisirs de Lake House, avec ses installations d'exercice complètes, sa piscine intérieure chauffée, sa piscine extérieure, son lac et ses sentiers de randonnée. Sautez à vélo pour une balade rapide de 10 minutes au centre équestre ou à 10 minutes à pied des magasins de Freshfields, une magnifique zone commerçante avec de bons restaurants et plusieurs événements tout au long de l'année. The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.

This was my 4th time at this property and once again all expectations were met and exceeded! The views are definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. But so are the comfortable furnishings, the layout, the fully stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The townhouse was immaculate and the communications with the owner were seamless. No doubt I will be back for a 5th time!

Not an accessible property if climbing steps is difficult.

We had a lovely stay. Jack reached out ahead of time with lots of helpful information concerning parking at the villa, seabrook gate access, and amenity cards. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated and had such pretty views of the water. It might be on the listing but could be useful to note that guests must walk up about twenty steps to reach the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We have visited this property several times and just love it. The property always spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The owner is responsive and welcoming. Bohicket marina is relaxing, with spectacular marsh and sunset views, primo walking and biking, great beaches nearby, golf and tennis close, and even good shopping. Highly recommend it!

This condo at Bohicket Marina is exactly what you see and is represented on VRBO. Anyone who has used the VRBO service knows that this is not always the case.
Let me start with the location. Bohicket Marina/ Village is on Seabrook Island. It is about a 6 minute drive around the island to Kiawah Beachcomber Park - for those inclined to go to the beach. However, with the boardwalk and the boat traffic in and out of the marina itself, it is a great place to hang out! If you're going to Charleston, you're about a half hour / 45 minutes away from downtown. So you get the beauty of the island and the lowcountry and have easy access to Charleston also.
The condo is simply stunning. It is very tastefully and nicely decorated. It has a sizable "hang out" area in the living room, and deck space for keeping an eye out for dolphins, etc. The gourmet kitchen has every pot, pan, glass, dish or utensil that anyone could possibly need to keep you and your party well fed during your stay.
The owner, Jack, was simply outstanding to work with. We had a couple of questions upon our arrival, and they were answered promptly.
This condo is simply a fabulous place to spend time in the Charleston area, and I hope we get the opportunity to visit down there again soon. We would stay here as often as Jack would allow!

We had a fantastic vacation staying at Jack’s home. The Villa had everything we needed and is conveniently located at the Bohicket Marina next to Kiawah Island and on the doorsteps of Seabrook Island.
Easy access to Freshfields Village and local restaurants. We made use of the villa pool as well as all of the amenities (beach, pools, lake house) which are available for use as part of the SBI club. Use of the club gym is also available to use for a reasonable fee. We rented bicycles which were delivered and biked around the island many times! Early mornings and sunset evenings are a must on the deck! We already miss it but are looking forward to returning! Thanks!

This property is exactly as described and did not disappoint! We had a great week with our family, including our 1 year old and family dog. This spot was perfect for us, my son loved watching the boats in the marina and we all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Location was very convenient, a short drive to the beach and a short walk up to FreshFields which was perfect for grabbing breakfast and morning coffee. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very clean. We would 100% stay here again!

We returned for another week and this time we brought friends! Everyone agreed that there is nothing missing in this property. Gorgeous, relaxing and spotless. Love the view from the deck of dolphins, boats and sunsets. We find this location ideal as we can walk or cycle to restaurants and we drive to the beach or my fav, The Pelicans Nest.
