Beautiful Luxury 4 Bed 2 Bath w/ Huge Yard and Hot Tub
Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, puis certains. Super endroit calme à seulement 12 minutes du centre-ville de Denver. Toutes les finitions de concepteur, matelas de qualité, literie et serviettes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, et tous les ustensiles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Aide-toi aux assaisonnements et au café. Buanderie garnie d'agent de blanchiment, de détergent et de détachants. J'ai construit et conçu ceci pour ma maison et mis beaucoup dans les finitions. Maintenant, je voyage la plupart de l'année, donc vous avez une belle maison de détente près de nombreux endroits que Denver a à offrir.

Awesome and Peaceful
Beautiful, updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge yard and trees, don’t even realize you are in the city. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive. If we are ever in Denver and looking for a place to stay I will definitely rent this place again!

Amazing Property
This was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, and great back yard. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Only thing is we would have loved a gate in the back yard for our kiddos.

Loved our stay here for a group of 6 friends. Plenty of space and the hottub was a great perk!

Perfect Rest and Relaxation
We arrived late, late and the house was ready to go! Getting in and out of the neighborhood and the house was a breeze. We loved, loved, loved sitting in the hot tub while it snowed. There were also a pair of Northern Flickers hanging around the backyard.

Loved the sheets!
Everything was perfect! A great landing for our time in Arvada. Every part of the house was clean, up to date and helpful!

Great house! Large, well kept, well stocked. Owner, Stephen, very accessible and helpful. I grew up in Golden and was in town for family wedding. Location was perfect. Would stay again!

This is a great property!
This home definitely lived up to the photos and in fact we felt it was better than depicted online. It was totally clean and there is lots of room. The kitchen was large and well appointed. We were getting together with family in Denver and it worked perfectly for us. The owner was traveling but was nevertheless responsive to any questions. I and my wife both would stay here again.

6 friends were plenty comfortable with room for all. House was clean, well maintained, and beds were comfy. Location is great, close to Sloan Lake with lots of bars and restaurants less than 2 miles away. Hot tub was great, backyard was big and welcoming. Would definitely encourage you to give this place a try. Stephen the owner was helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay!
Perfect home for our stay! We had 2 couples and each took a floor of the house. Everything was new and clean. The hot tub and outdoor space were great! Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Stephen's home is clean. The bedrooms are ample. The neighborhood is gorgeous with big trees that shade the street.

The house was very nice...everything new. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the hot tub! The owner was very prompt and easy to work with.

We were very happy with this rental. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was recently remodeled and we admired the choice of light fixtures, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. The owner responded to questions immediately prior to our arrival. We had no questions or problems once we arrived -- everything worked! It was a hot weekend, but the shade in the backyard and the excellent air conditioning inside made it comfortable.

Spacious Home in Convenient Location
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Denver, and it was comfortable and had plenty of room for us to spread out after a busy day. I think the sheets were the softest I have slept on! We would be glad to stay here again on a future trip to the area.

beautiful home close to Denver
We were looking for a last minute get away and Stephen was very accommodating and quick to respond directly to all of our questions about the house. The home was very beautiful, the pictures online hardly do it justice. The hot tub was in perfect condition and very nice after a long day. It was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay including a wine opener! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, older and cute. I would recommend staying here to friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
