Lovely home in a great location. Near its own beach but also not far from others and so close to the North Fork wineries. Very, very clean and plenty spacious for our group! Tons of farm stands nearby for produce and lots of restaurants within short driving distance. Cori was wonderful with communication, which we only barely needed. The bottom twin mattress was a little uncomfortable but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay! We absolutely recommend this place and hope to visit again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about this house ! Perfect location - witch just a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minutes drive to the town, shopping and other nearby attractions. Private backyard was super relaxing. House itself was stacked with everything we needed for a week there. We are very happy with our stay, thank you!

This was our third year renting this home and we continue to enjoy our stay. The home is clean and well managed with great amenities that are perfect for our family. Questions are always answered quickly. We love this Reeves Park gem.

We have been renting houses in the NOFO area for the last 4 years and this is by far our favorite.
The house is impeccably clean and has great decor, that does not clutter the space and allows you to truly relax. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, with ample storage, all the cooking basics and even some fun kid accessories; my son is still talking about the"special bowls with straws". My entire family loved the house and can't wait to stay here again!

This is a great home. Everything was nice and clean just as the pictures and reviews suggested. The beach is a 5 minute walk with exceptional views. The property is within 15 minutes of everything. We will definitely come back to stay here for a longer period. Thank you!

The property was very nice, well appointed for children. Didn’t use the beach due to time of year, but was close enough. The only issues is that the mattresses were uncomfortable in the twin beds for the kids, the blankets are not heavy enough for fall weather and we had to borrow some. Lots of housekeeping rules considering the cleaning fees.

The house is very clean. Towels were plush and lovely. House came with coffee filters, toilet paper, salt and pepper, a good amount of dishes and silverware, and hand soap. The area is lovely, the beach is close, and the weather was wonderful! We would stay there again!

Had a great stay with my BFF at Cori’s house. A quick 5 minute walk and you are on the beach! Also so close to great wineries in the North Fork area. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed picking up wine, cheese and crackers and sitting outside in the private backyard. We loved the authentic Italian food at Grana. Cori was an amazing host! Would definitely book again.

Cori's home was more than we expected-the pictures don't do justice to the space and at-home feeling. My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday, friendly community, and shirt distance to so much of what the North Fork offers. 10/10 would recommend!

Comfortable, well equipped home - very close to the beach, but hilly - we drove my parents to the beach and then parked the car at the house. Outdoor shower is great, great grill and kitchen for home cooked meals. Cori is a great host, easy to communicate. We would come back again!

This cute beach cottage is exactly as pictured. Can't beat the location for it's access to farm stands and all the little towns on the North Fork while still being close to all the stores one might want (including a Starbucks less than 10 minutes away). By far the best part of the location is the few minute walk to Reeves beach, which offers a couple of miles of unspoiled rocky beach terrain for avid walkers like me. On my morning walks, I saw Cormorants and in the afternoons, a beautiful blue heron. Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous no matter the weather. And best of all, one doesn't need a permit because beach access is a 2 minute walk down the hill from the house.
Be sure to bring everything you need because the pantry staples are minimal (just salt, pepper and sugar). Pack laundry detergent and dryer sheets and bring your own dishwasher pods too. There were only 2 for our 4 day stay, and they might have been left over from the folks before. This is all laid out in the rental agreement so it wasn't really a surprise, although I tend to stay at rentals run by Superhosts who do supply these things and so I found it all a bit unusual. Cori is easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. Do make time for a long walk on the beach if you can - in sneakers. You'll want to cushion your feet against the rocks, which are truly beautiful.

This was our first time vacationing out on Eastern Long Island, and this property was a perfect launching-off spot. The home was clean, roomy, and outfitted in every way. In addition, the owner always responded quickly to our inquiries. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful gem on the North Fork
We decided to explore the beautiful wine country of the north fork of Long Island over the holiday weekend with our friends. We found this gem on VRBO and were so happy to book it. Everything was made easy by our wonderful hosts. Cori responded quickly to any of our questions, she provided us with an excellent recommendation list of places to go and restaurants to eat at (which all turned out to be fantastic recommendations)! Check in and out procedures were all spelled out clearly which made staying there a breeze. The neighborhood was so peaceful and a close walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in a beautiful area. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great house! In a quiet neighborhood steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated in a beach house theme. Well appointed, comfortable beds, plus a bonus lower level tv/game room. Communication with Cori was seemless. Close to everything you want to do on the North Fork. Great place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Quite with lots of room
With three bedrooms, two full baths and an extra separate toilet there is no problem for older folks and their younger families to find a very relaxing place to stay. A bonus play room in the basement with full washer/dryer makes this a good location for longer stays. The neighborhood is very quite at night.

Great for family vacation.
Stayed at this home with my wife and our five children. Plenty of space for a large family like ours. Nice private backyard with grill. Quiet street. Nice quiet beach walking distance from the house. Kids had fun swimming, collecting rocks, and playing in the sand with the sand toys provided. Our teens liked hanging in the basement/game area watching TV and hanging out. Very clean and well kept property, recently renovated. The area is close to everything that will please anyone in your family- shopping, outlets, beaches, farmstands, restaurants, a Waterpark, all within 10-15min drive. We did it all, and had a blast!

Reeves Park Family
We have been staying at a family house in Reeve’s Park for years but our family is growing and this property provided us the extra house needed for our family reunion. Communication with the owner was excellent and the house was clean and very well organized. We really enjoyed how spacious the house was, the beach items that were provided and the proximity to the beach.

The only recommendation I’d have would be to update the spring coil mattresses which were very firm. Cory was super fast to respond when I had a question which I really appreciated. We enjoyed this location very much with a short walk down a steep street to a really lovely beach. We took 10-20 min. drives to farm stands, wineries, groceries, and Tanger Outlets. The Hamptons and beautiful south shore beaches were within an hour for easy day trips. We also took the LIRR all the way to Penn Station for a day in NYC. There’s so much to do, with a lovely and convenient home base in a really relaxing area. Highly recommend!

Relaxing fall weekend getaway
My family and I had an amazing weekend at Cori’s sweet home. Everything was as described and more! Our young girls were so happy to discover a closet full of games :) Cori was so responsive to my enquiries and we appreciated her recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. We will definitely come back to this lovely home.

Lovely home close to the beach
The home was lovely and exactly as pictured. We stayed with my husband, 2 y/o son, and MIL. It was comfortable and clean and had everything you’d need for a family vacation (except paper towels and garbage bags which is to be expected). Our hosts were very responsive during our stay and everything was super easy. The beach was a short walk, but the hill was a bit of a beast on the way back esp with a carriage and 30 lb toddler.

Lovely House Close to the Beach
House is beautiful, clean, comfortable and complete with everything you'll need. Especially loved the new outdoor shower! Neighborhood is quiet and it's a short walk to a lovely Sound beach. There are plenty of farm stands, wineries, good restaurants and shopping all in close vicinity. And the host couldn't be easier to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of is the room with the bunk beds is better for children and was a little uncomfortable for our adult daughter. Would highly recommend for a lovely family beach vacation!
