The property was as discribed, however the bathbooms were very small and bath off the kitchen was not accessible with a mobility device. The porch railing was in desperate need of repair, safety concern. Great location and easy to find. Would stay again and or recommend. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. It was pretty clean and layout made sense. It is very well equipped for entertaining. We really appreciated the privacy fence that allowed us to comfortably hang outside! Excellent location near restaurants/businesses and highway. The host was very responsive and helpful. There were some minor cleanliness issues and one of the fridge shelves could not support a lot of weight. Everything considered, I would recommend this location and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I was a great place to come back home to each night or have pizza with the family. Beds where comfortable and towels heavy not thin like some places.Loved walking to 6th St for breakfast and a cute place that use to be a firehouse. for a drink and dinner! Only real complain is fixable. As you open the gate there are holes at the side of the sidewalk that my son stepped in and almost hurt his ankles . The railing to the porch isn't sturdy. Besides that, a comfort cozy home!! Talked with Shannon a few times . She was always quick to get back with me and friendly!

Simply perfect. Nice neighborhood, my wife and 15 y.o. daughter felt comfortable to go for a jog in the evening. Super clean and organized house. Super close to a super Walmart for groceries/items needed..We didn't need to contact the owner for anything. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer worked great.

We had a wonderful time in Tacoma for our daughter's graduation from UPS. Great location to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was very welcome given the busy schedule we had for the weekend. Wish we had known of this gem well before our last days at UPS. Lots of great touches and good living room to relax and recharge. Would recommend to anyone needing a place.

There was "everything" you needed if you were to cook in. We were back and forth to the Air Force Base so only had breakfast in, but the place was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This small, yet cozy home is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, easy to get to almost anywhere in Tacoma. We were visiting our daughter at Univ. of Puget Sound and it was just 2-3 minutes away. Off the main drag enough to be quiet and peaceful. Great private yard to hang out and bbq. We really enjoyed our stay with 2 couples.

What a cute little place to stay! We had a fun girls weekend. The house was equipped with more than we expected. Laundry soap, coffee, toiletries. Exceptionally clean and decorated- so cute! One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in with amenities. It was close to a lot of places to eat and just a couple minutes drive from Temple theater where we saw a comedy show. Don’t think twice about booking - just do it! If we come to the area again, this will be at the top of our list to book!

What a wonderful little home for an extended stay in Tacoma. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked for all of my needs. There is some significant road work in the area that impacted parking a bit, but nothing too inconvenient. And the windows are double paned so street noise was not an issue. I plan to be in the Tacoma area quite a bit over the next few years and will definitely look to stay here again.
Only one problem arose during the stay (circuit breaker popped) and the owner was responsive and addressed the issue within an hour. Thank you for sharing your home and being so responsive!

Good size, room for privacy, great location, pleasant ambiance, well supplied, comfortable. There were three of us staying, and 2 guests visiting. We never used the TVs. Small Cadet heaters in each room were sufficient. We found that the jack-and-jill bathroom to be the most comfortable, but nice to have the 2nd bathroom and would have liked to have the time to use the large tub. My one complaint is the really uncomfortable tall kitchen chairs and table. I couldn't sit there.

We loved this place so much the last time we stayed here, we had to do it again. The owners are great; the property is super clean, well decorated and outfitted; and the location is right off 6th Ave and central to all of Tacoma. Hoping it’s available the next time we’re in town.

Everything was good except no batteries in remotes and somebody hit my car and didn’t leave a note. Sidewalks were under repair which was a minor inconvenience. House and host were great

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay - the place was well stocked especially for the price and the linens were quality. I loved having the lamps in addition to overhead lighting and we loved how many restaurants were easily walkable from the place.
Street parking wasnt as easy/convenient as I had hoped, could have been due to some temporary construction work on the street.
Host was super sweet and communicative and really went the extra mile for us with a left behind item. Would stay again!

Everything was wonderful! Easy check in. House was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and cute decor. Lots of fun touches like condiments in the fridge, complimentary bottle of wine and comfortable throws on the couch. Everyone slept well, and I love that we had the option to make 3rd bedroom a king or 2 twins. It got a touch warm while we were there so having the window unit in the kitchen to cool things off a bit was much appreciated. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and fun local shopping. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when in Tacoma!

Love the house in a very safe part of town. Close to University of Pugent Sound and UW Tacoma. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Shannon was great. Definitely would be staying here or her other property.

This is a lovely, well maintained home, stocked with everything to provide a very comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
The only wrinkle was that the owner has said to text with questions, but did not respond to texts. We called instead and were able to work things out.

Very well equipped home. Appreciated the extra blankets and pleasantly surprised to see box fans in every room to use if needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the claw-foot tub in one of the bathrooms. The totally enclosed yard with the tall fence was appreciated for the kids. Would definitely stay there again.

This immaculate, well appointed house with a private fenced in yard has everything you need for a getaway, family vacation or to visit students at nearby universities. The kitchen is well stocked but you are only a 2 minute walk from multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

While the common area was a bit snug, it felt cozy and inviting as we enjoyed a weekend away with friends. Was very close to the event we came to town for as well as the Pancake House (walking distance!)! Owners were extremely easy to work with and were quick to respond to the very few questions we had. Only negative was that common space (living room and kitchen) but for 1000sqft? And how spacious the bedrooms are? Really impressed. Definitely worth a stay!
